A friend insisted I call Acme Auto Body before committing elsewhere and I'm glad he did. It was during the initial phone call, with Steve, that I knew where my business was going. Having not seen my car yet, he kept most things/pricing rather vague - but honestly, as long as he wasn't outlandishly far above the average estimate; it was a done deal. His personable approach, unlimited time, and willingness to field any/all of my questions was unparalleled. It was extraordinarily refreshing after my first few estimates and past experiences. From start to finish, the attention and care that I (and my car) was given was incredible. My perception of the standard auto related experience, has been far surpassed...Acme raised the bar. The work itself was also flawless. I paid 1K out of pocket for nothing. It's been 3.5 weeks and haven't heard of the pieces arrived, ETA, nothing but he sure is enjoying that money. Do not come here at all!
