After experiencing a significant issue with a new Lexus NX 350, I had the opportunity to see that side of Lexus of Route 10 firsthand. The team made a challenging situation as smooth and stress-free as possible. Brad, Billy, Tommy, and Tammy were outstanding throughout the process. They were responsive, transparent, and patient, and they consistently treated me with kindness and respect. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed, and worked hard to reach a great resolution. It's easy to provide good customer service when everything goes perfectly. What impressed me most was how this team handled a situation that was far from routine. Their professionalism, integrity, and genuine commitment to making things right gave me confidence that they truly cared about me as a customer. I'm grateful for everything they did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lexus of Route 10 to anyone looking for a dealership that stands behind both its vehicles and its customers.

I fell for the sales pitch and just want to warn others about it. Soured the whole experience of purchasing a car for a family member. I love my Lexus vehicles and wish all the success in the world to the honorable people of Japan who engineer and build great cars but can't say the same for their American car dealerships. The finance guys sit in better offices than the sales people For a reason and is the last opportunity to squeeze everything out of you. They are pros at maximizing profit for their owner. They will talk about their family and yours as though they are your next door neighbor but it's just luring you in before yanking the hook. Just remember that any prices that end in $ - - 95 is that way for a reason, especially when they offer a $500 on the spot discount off the regular price. Others may not admit when they have been scammed. I am not too proud to say that I was duped by an experienced pro. What they don't know is that I too have many friends and will do my utmost to warn them of this shady practice. Word of mouth is a valuable tool For the consumer. The so called detailing service before delivery would leave the Japanese people at Lexus shaking their heads if they knew how their cars are being sold here. I came home and found stains on the driver seat that was not touched, trash left inside the car, folding seats not secured in place and crud all over the hatch. Apparently, no one looked under the hood either. Fluid levels should have been checked and latches should have been lubed. We go to a Lexus dealer expecting a higher level of service, detailing is not just a car wash with shiny tires.

The first time I had service done it was a mobile visit to the house for a recall and a couple other things. When it came time for my first scheduled maintenance I thankfully did not even need to worry about mobile service with the Iselin location now open. Along with the scheduled maintenance, I needed to have my keycard access fixed. It was something I only recently discovered wasn't working and most likely it was a problem from day one. That took a little more than a day to figure out so mobile wouldn't have worked either. Bottom line, seeing it all come together via the Rivian app was amazing. Yes, I know other car companies do this now too, but it is all new to me! All of this combined with an extremely friendly drop off, rental, and pickup experience made me love my car that much more. One thing they do need to do better is signage for drop off. If you have never been there before, you end up driving around the parking lot wondering what to do.
