They always give good advice and never try to up-sell you on work that you don't need. And when you do need work, their prices are very fair. Their oil changes are very quick too. I am usually out of there in a half hour. Today I came in because there was a burning smell coming from car. Even though they were busy, they had my car up on the lift in 15 minutes. It turned out I had a plastic bag that caught on an exhaust pipe underneath the chassis. After spending 30 minutes with my car and taking time out of their other work for the day, they didn't charge me anything.

I went to Goodyear for a diagnostic of my vehicle. I paid $212.00 with taxes. I explained the issue…read morewith my vehicle and Reynold confirmed they'd complete the diagnostic. Reynold called later to explain I need a new engine. The car was picked up and taken for a 2nd opinion. I showed my diagnostic receipt from Goodyear to the new mechanic to show what test were performed and the diagnostic results. My receipt did not show results, codes, tests performed, any misfires, etc, nothing. It simply stated the problem I told them and estimated a new engine replacement of $9,500.+.When I called, Manny confirmed I could pick up a detailed copy of the report. When I arrived, Reynold told me he didn't have the report because he accidentally deleted it, that it was human error, and that He was being honest and that He didn't even have to tell me that! In Aww, I demanded something to show my new mechanic and was provided a quote on what an estimate would be for a new engine and used one. This still didn't show what was specifically tested on my vehicle, what concluded a new engine was needed? I did not fuss with them and knew I'd immediately dispute this charge with my bank for services I paid for, but didn't receive. I WON the dispute with my bank and was credited a full return of my money for the nonsense, non-service. If you are a WOMAN, don't go in there alone! They will take advantage of you with a trustworthy smile! Don't go in there to get cheated, regardless male or female, BEWARE! And never pay with cash to avoid taxes! Had I done that I would have never had the support from my bank to recoup the funds.

Welp, all I can say is by the time I picked up my car and didn't even make it around the corner, the engine light was back on in ADDITION to my airbag light and no AC! I argued with them and the pizza face girl at the front desk started getting nasty saying something like IF WE TOUCHED IT we will fix it. I'm like you DID touch it. I gave them another change to fix it. I left my car for another 2 days while they worked on it trying to get it together. When I called to see if it was ready (they didn't call me) I was basically told it was a big job to tear everything down and try to pin point the problem. Needless to say I took my car and got the hell outta there. There was no way I was giving them anymore money after paying a whooping $1700. They tried to charge me an additional $500 for a tune up! They charge dealer prices and the work is subpar. They must have their friends writing fake reviews because this place is horrible.

I took my Mitsubishi Outlander there today to replace the rear sway bar bushings which were causing the car to make annoying noises when I drove over a bump. After confirming the bushings were in fact the problem Chris ordered the parts and did the job on the same day. I highly recommend this place and will only be letting Chris and his team work on my car in the future. The price for parts and labor was very fair and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of work they did with my car. They also went above and beyond to inspect the vehicle front to back and made sure there was no other issues with my car. They even checked & topped off the air pressure in my tires as well as the grease in throughout the suspension free of charge. If I could leave a 6 Star review I would.
