No pre-teen gets excited about the prospect of having metal in their mouth for years, but Dr. Suffield diffused all my pre-teen angst with his cheery, positive attitude and bright smile. He was kind, caring, and always had funny jokes to tell me as he was tightening my wires--which turned what otherwise would have been an insufferable ordeal into a really pleasant experience. I cannot thank him enough for being such a wonderful orthodontist and friend to me for the 2.5 years it took to straighten my teeth. Being under his care made all of the difference for me: it helped me stay positive about the whole situation, and also helped me adhere to his guidelines and wear my retainers after my braces were taken off. Now, many years later, I'm about to graduate law school and I feel confident inside and out. Appearance isn't everything in life, but having straight teeth surely helps one feel more beautiful. I was then told they were not in network. I was also then told how very transparent and upfront they are with all patients about being out of network. This was not the case with me. If I knew that Heritage Dental was not in network, I would of went elsewhere. I have never been anywhere Dr, Dentist, Hospital when they run insurance prior to treatment that I wasn't made aware of being in or out of network.
