I went to Grace Kerr Orthodontics for my teeth for 8 years and was extremely disappointed. From the…read morebeginning, Dr. Grace Kerr prioritized the idea of maintaining my side profile, something I had never asked for, but I trusted her judgement as a medical professional. The outcome of this led to my teeth being pulled out forwards, exposing the roots out of the front of my jaw bone, causing them to become so unstable that I was advised to stop all contact sports due to how they were positioned over the years by Dr. Grace Kerr. I was told I would be out of braces by my sophomore year of high school, but I am now 22 still undergoing corrective work elsewhere to fix the issues developed during my treatment at Grace Kerr Orthodontics. This has significantly affected my confidence and no real accountability was ever taken. I'm sure she has moved on from my case, but I still think about her, and am forced to deal with the repercussions of what she did to me every single day. Based on my experience, I do not feel Dr. Grace Kerr can be trusted with anyone's dental care.
