Staff was very helpful in checking Vera's teeth out to see if she also needed any work done even though she was not scheduled for a consultation. Scheduling process went smooth without any issues! Appointment for braces to be put on went very well! We didn't have to wait very long before they called Adrianna back to get started! Staff was also very accepting of allowing Adrianna's entourage, or sorry I mean family come back with her and didn't seem to have any issues with our photo shoot of the experience! Adrianna loved getting to pick the color for her braces and especially her favorite color teal! Adrianna enjoyed the entire process and didn't have to much pain after her braces were put on!

My first appointment, someone made the wrong type of appointment for me and after I sat around for 40 minutes, was told I'd have to come back another time. Never even saw the dentist. Then when I finally did get seen, an assistant removed my permanent retainer and said I'd have my permanent retainer in 2-3 days, dentist popped his head in to "meet me" and didn't even say 2 words. After I called them repeatedly after more than a week, I FINALLY got to pick up my retainer and it's disgusting. Looks like someone else has already worn it instead of brand new. Save your time & your money, and go elsewhere.
