I gave them two stars instead of one because the women answering phones were very helpful and the guys that came out to the house to do the actual work were very professional.

David and his team came out the next day and basically ran the whole process for me. Please know that you will sign paperwork that allows them to work with your insurance directly. I know this is a risk and David and team proved to be absolutely reliable. They have worked with various agencies and know the lingo and coverage better than I do since a sewage backup ideally and hopefully is rare for the homeowner. I was literally able to handle this crisis and have my basement cleaned and gutted over the phone and video chat!Additionally, I have approx. 100 pages of specs and pictures that were sent to me and my insurance company. They are thorough and document it all. I can't tell u how stressful this was and I'm glad I found someone trustworthy to assist!! I will absolutely recommend this team for any flooding and sewage damage you may have. The only hiccup I had was finding an insurance adjuster that would work with this team but they actually recommended one who I am still working with and I don't have any complaints so far. When they finally came out to look at the issues it was discovered my attic was filled with mold from the active leaks from their poor roof job. I had several engineers, roofing companies, insulation companies, as well as mold remediation companies state it was caused by the roof. The ridge vent was illegally done, stretched shingles etc and was not done up to code. They stated they would be back to remediate the mold months ago and have never showed back to take care of it. On the contract it stated if a subcontractor was used to install the roof they would be noted on the contract. They subcontracted this roof and did not have it noted on the contract. This is breach of contract... they also did a roof for a friend of mine and subcontracted it out and did not mention it in contract. Another breach of contract.... This roof also has several issues that need to be addressed from poor workmanship. It is a shame it has come to this but I have given you chance after chance to make things right. I have documentation for everything to prove their poor work as well as breach of contract. This should have been claimed in your insurance policy for repairs. Make "On Call" your last call is what their slogan should be. Spend your money with someone that stands behind their work. Not these guys; sorry John, you had your chance. This is not the end. This is the beginning.

On call came out, cleaned and dried out the basement, as well as cleared the drain pipe. They noticed there was a dip in the main sewer line and self performed the replacement from lead to PVC. After the plumbing and remediation was complete John came out and helped layout and design the finished basement. It's space we never imagined previously. With all that said, he worked with us and the insurance company to make the repairs, and was absolutely fair in pricing the additional work to upgrade our living space. They hired…read morequality first to come out and cut all the water damage out of my home and I was so happy with their work and how respectful of my home they were that I hired them to paint and patch and put my house back together instead of hiring different contractors to do different things and I am so disappointed with the job they did. They got paint on my kitchen sink, poured paint down the drain in the kitchen sink. My tub, sink and fixtures in the bathroom have paint specks that won't come out and my brand new oven has paint on it. They borrowed my hair blower and it has paint on it. They didn't prime me radiator covers before painting and the old paint is coming through. They also got paint on my coat that won't come out. DO NOT HIRE THEM TO DO ANYTHING BUT RIP THINGS APART BECAUSE HE DOES NOT HAVE ONE PROFESSIONAL PAINTER OR CARPENTER ON HIS TEAM!!! I could post more pictures but you get the idea. I do love the floor they put in the kitchen but they aren't worth the headache. Lou kept bragging about how much he spent on the paint and I kept reminding him that I paid for the paint and it doesn't matter if you get the best paint in the world if the people using it don't know how to paint.
