I gave them two stars instead of one because the women answering phones were very helpful and the guys that came out to the house to do the actual work were very professional.

I was literally able to handle this crisis and have my basement cleaned and gutted over the phone and video chat!Additionally, I have approx. 100 pages of specs and pictures that were sent to me and my insurance company. They are thorough and document it all. I can't tell u how stressful this was and I'm glad I found someone trustworthy to assist!! I will absolutely recommend this team for any flooding and sewage damage you may have. The only hiccup I had was finding an insurance adjuster that would work with this team but they actually recommended one who I am still working with and I don't have any complaints so far. The ground floor of the townhouse that incurred the backup is small (400sf) so there was not much space to move the contents out of the way. Ian also explained the insurance limitations for a level 3 backup when the homeowner insurance as written neglects to reference the HOA master policy. While I was not certain how much damage our roof had, I was certain that I did not want to deal with anyone that is that aggressive about getting my business. Then Nathaniel with Guardian knocked on our door. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He was very pleasant to talk to (unlike every single contractor that knocked on our door beforehand). At first I turned him away, but I mentioned to my wife how kind he was. It only took maybe 1 minute of a conversation with my wife before I went back outside to catch him before he left. Overall, Nathaniel was wonderful to work with.
