Quantrell Auto Group & Quantrell Collision. I had my front bumper(and other small repairs) replaced on my ATS. A couple of issues developed from this repair(loose screws on vent/light and rear assist sensor). No one was CERTAIN these issues came from the bumper repair and quite frankly, I was unsure if I could trust anyone. A lil unfair but it's the truth. The technician indeed discovered the issues were related to the repair. Costs & repairs were taken care of. I do NOT expect PERFECTION;however, I DO expect accountability, fairness, & truthfulness. We have had Cadillac for many years. We have always appreciated the pride and care they took during service. It was especially appreciated when I travel and work a lot a leaving my wife to get things done on the car. Usually they bend over backwards. This experience was just the opposite. My wife dropped the car off for service and they stated they would call her the next day. That did not happen. They called after 2 days and stated they still do not have a diagnosis, but they would have one today. Today clicks by and my wife calls to see what is going on . They don't return her call that day.... She called again and no returned call from Hayden. I call and ask to speak to the service manager and that happens. They review the things noted above and says yeah we are having customer service issues here. But he would get me an update. He did give me a diagnosis finally and it is a thermostat, which was evident as I searched it on the internet. It will be a week. We ask for a loaner car which they obliged. We pick it up and the license plate expired 11/22. Amazing ..... The day to pick up the car I go and pick it up and look at the list of services and it stated they washed and vacuumed the car. Which is an awesome amenity for Cadillac. They pull my car up and it has not been done. Cadillac gets an epic fail for this one! If all Cadillac dealerships treated customers like this one.... We would definitely not be. Customers and they would probably be out of business. Really sad example of a Cadillac Dealership! Just sad. read more

Quantrell Cadillac - My new to me car! - Car Dealers Near Me - Lexington, Kentucky

I've bought and sold a lot of cars over the years and always make every effort to avoid dealerships and the games they play. I was shocked when we asked them to get some numbers on a new car and our car we were considering trading (not seriously considering, dealerships are notorious for insultingly low offers) and was shocked at what they came back with. They came down a significant amount off the new car sticker price and offered a very fair (not great, but fair) price for our trade. Thre was minimal back and forth on prices, we had reached an agreement in less than 10 minutes. The new car had some problems, which they rushed us in to get fixed, no waiting days for an appointment. The only thing keeping this from being five stars is our salesman Tim ( who I would gladly buy another car from and recommend to anyone) was not an expert on the car he sold. There Were a few small details he was unsure of with the car. Not a Problem, he's new to volvo, and will only get better the longer he works with them. read more

I had looked for months to find a nice Tahoe for the right price. I ran across a reasonably priced 2015 Tahoe LTZ on the Quantrell website. I stopped by and test drove it and ended up purchasing it on Thursday July 1st, 2021. Got the Tahoe home and parked it. Got in it the next morning to take my daughter to daycare and it began making an awful bang/pop noise that came from the front driver side wheel. I once again parked the car over the the weekend because we were going out of town, it really sucked because we wanted to take our NEW CAR on our trip. I texted my salesman about the issue and was told to drop it off the following Tuesday because they were closed that Monday for the Fourth of July. I dropped the Tahoe off and got a loaner (which I am very grateful for). I was texted and told to pick up the Tahoe the following day. They told me that all it needed was a new bushing and that they replaced it. I drove the car home again and parked it for the night. Woke up the next morning and the noise was still there, just not as often. We were leaving to go out of town again, and needed to take the Tahoe, so we did. About an hour into our drive the whole front end was making the same loud popping/banging. When I got back to town I took the Tahoe to Tire Discounters for a second opinion. They said the whole left wheel was "dead locked" and that both front shocks and struts needed to be replaced. They advised I not drive it anymore until the repairs were made. They said the parts would take months to get in due to a shortage. I immediately took the Tahoe back to Quantrell and told them the issue. They said they would have their shop look over it again and let me know. About 2 weeks later they called and said they replaced the front shocks and struts due to "dry rot." When I picked up the Tahoe, they gave me a piece of paper stating that only replaced the one shock... the Tahoe wasn't making any noises and seemed to be better. A couple weeks have now gone by and the ride is still extremely rough. I have had to make an appointment at Sutherland Chevrolet to look over the vehicles suspension. I still haven't received my vehicle registration. I called the county clerks office on Monday, Aug 9th and they said the car was still registered under the previous owner???? I called Quantrell and was told I could pick up a license plate that I could use until they finished their paper work.... At that point it had been 5 weeks. They said they were having trouble with the payoff of the previous owner. On top of all this, yesterday (Sunday, Aug 15) the Tahoe wouldn't start at all. I had to get it jumped 3 separate times throughout the day. I had to take it to Ken Towery for them to check battery and alternator.... So once again the almost $40k Tahoe I purchased 6 weeks ago is in the shop. I have never been so frustrated in my life! I have had to make a payment already for a car that has spent most it's time in the shop and now I am faced with a $311 repair bill for the battery... I wish I had never stopped at Quantrell and gone else where. I've definitely learned my lesson! read more

Beware - Second bad interaction with this company. My car order did not go well and now they cheated us out of an extended car warranty. We asked for a 5 year, 60,000 extended warranty and we received a 5 year, 60,000 mile TOTAL warranty. That means instead of having about 90,000 miles and five extra years, we got two extra years and only 10,000 extra miles over factory warranty for almost $3,000.00. Ridiculous. Shame on me for trusting them a second time and not reading every word, shame on them for cheating us out of what we paid for and what we understood we were getting. Guy writing up the warranty didn't know what he was doing. Make sure you read every word of any contract with them. Bad business. Beware. Gave them a chance to fix it, they did not. read more

I wanted to take this time to write this review because its a story with a happy ending and one of an organization doing the right thing. I recently bought a CPO 2014 Cadillac ELR. The transaction was super smooth and really no drama. I got picked up by the dealership and had an easy car ride back from the Airport (Cincinnati BTW) There were a few issues when I got the car, but due to my tight travel schedule, I flew in from Boulder Colorado, and had to be home the next day, I had to hustle onto my road trip. No time to turn around and deal with them. After a few email correspondences with the dealership, no threats no drama, they stepped up and took care of my issues. I worked with Gary in attempting to buy a used car. This was a difficult situation due to living some 900 miles away from the dealership. It was a difficult to find vehicle that Quantrell happened to have on their used car lot. The honesty was incredible with himself and a co-worker of his that had actually traded in the vehicle. Understanding my situation, Gary was very honest in telling me the vehicle was going to need tires even though there was sufficient tire life remaining that he didn't even have to mention it. They were also very competitive with price. They also were very helpful in taking the vehicle to a local shop (a competitor of theirs) for an independent inspection. If it wasn't ~1000 miles away which increased the cost a $1000, we definitely would've bought the vehicle. We bought a used car from here a few years ago. After buying the car, we found clues that this had been a rental car. We were never told about this. Also, we had the car in for what seemed like unbalanced wheels. There was vibration on the highway. They found no issues. However later we took the car to a tire store. They said the Goodyear tires were cupping. I found this was common on the Saturn Outlook / GM Acadia. For some reason they didn't tell us about this either. By that time the GM bumper to bumper warranty was expired so neither the dealer nor GM nor Goodyear would do anything about it. Also, I was in for a scheduled oil change on a few occasions. I had to wait 3 hours on one occasion and 2 on another. Lastly when you walk up to the service desk, no one will even acknowledge that you are there, even when they walk up to their desk. There was never even an "I''ll be right with you." I will never do business here again. read more
