The appointment was confirmed, but when I arrived, they presented me with an entirely different Lexus than the one advertised. When I pointed this out, I was asked if I wanted to "try this one instead," only to then be told the original car had already been sold. This is extremely misleading business practice. Thankfully, I'm working with several other dealers and had not finalized the deal here. I would not choose to do business with a company that operates in this manner.

It did take my car about three weeks to get back but only because the at-fault insurance company took FOREVER to respond. The paint job however was pretty bad on the fender... 4/10, it looks okay from 5ft but there's obvious signs of poor prep work, dirt getting painted over, and solid edges on the corners from them just laying the body panels on the ground while wet. Paint is already starting to chip on said panel within a day of picking up the car. Mechanical repair 3/10, returned the car to me with a bent shock just because "it passed alignment"... doesnt mean the shock isn't dangerous to drive on. I chose to go to this shop instead of a national chain with my insurance because i wanted to support a local business but I should have been more thorough in my inspection before pickup.

The owner is not a reliable person and the mechanics there have never done a good job on the two cars I've bought there. The cars are way overpriced for what they're actually worth and they claim that the cars are in "good condition and they'll last you forever without any need of them to be fixed", and then when you have to take the car in to be fixed they act like it was a big surprise. All in all this place is just a joke and I will never do business with them again. Don't ever try to get into a situation with these guys. They're rotten and very slimy people.
