Heather was friendly, gave great advice and had a crew here before noon! Seth & Morgan were professional, friendly and took time to explain in great detail (because I asked tons of questions) what was needed and how they were going to repair it. In less than 2 hours we had water again! I was so impressed by the price, the great workmanship and the professionalism from start to finish of Action Well & Pump then if I ever have another issue with my filtration system or my well or any other portions of any of these things, they will be the first call I make!

The 20 year old submersible pump had become mired in sand and was extremely difficult to pull up by hand but was eventually recovered and replaced. From the initial contact to the job completion, the staff were courteous, concerned about the problem I needed to be fixed and prompt to respond. The technicians and office staff were technically knowledgeable and had all the parts needed to diagnose and correct my well water problem. I judged the invoiced price to be fair and competitive.

They arrived at my home and procrastinated for about 45 minutes until Pam the owner had to tell them what to do. Talk about milking the clock! I explaind to to Bryan the situation and he convinced me that the problem was the Check Valve which he said was on top of the well pump. This information was totally incorrect, he really had experience he would know that, Most high quality submersible pumps will have a check valve built in from the manufacturer at the discharge. So again waisted time, trying to diagnose something that was not correct. I think that he must have been on drugs or something because he was extremely figity and bouncing around like he just couldn't stay still. He was saying not so nice things about the boss and he was just on his phone constantly, whispering to the young man who looked to he about 18 and was not talkative at all. So they pulled the pump out put a check valve on the pump didn't even show me what they did before putting it back in the well, which seemed very shady to me. I turned the breaker on for the pump and again it was not fixed. Doing the same thing it did in the beginning. Why was the pump not tested first before installing the check valve, again lack of knowledge and experience. So needless to say the pump is ruined and will have to be replaced. The owner tried to con us into spending $2000.00 to replace the pump which they ruined, Pam acted like she couldn't get in touch with my father so that she could convince me to agree to the repair. I will add that the time they waisted for me was unacceptable and an inconvenience. I did not appreciate the unprofessional approach of the technicians and Pam. I would not recommend this company for any kind of water repair, they can not be trusted.

We did so, but Kohler sent the wrong part (not the part that Ben said we needed), which Ben discovered when he came out the second time to fix the faucet. So, we went back to Kohler, convinced them that Ben knew which part was needed. They apologized and promptly sent it, and Ben (and Mason) came out a third time -- it was the right part, and Ben promptly fixed the shower faucet. Big kudos to Ben, for his expertise, kindness, and patience, and to Mason for being his great helper.

Will was very responsive and quick to follow up when he wanted to get paid but when it came time to make good on his repair he was unprofessional and non responsive.
