I reached out last minute with a job site that was well outside his usual service area, and instead of brushing it off, he worked with me to find a solution that was fair for both of us. There was an out-of-area trip fee, which he clearly explained upfront, and I really appreciated his transparency and willingness to collaborate rather than just giving a flat no. Communication was excellent the entire time. Wilfredo was friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to provide guidance on how best to load a variety of materials so we could maximize space in the 40-yard dumpster while also keeping everything safe and compliant. That kind of hands-on advice makes a big difference and shows he truly cares about his customers' projects. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free, and very positive experience. I would absolutely use 1 EZ Dump again for similar projects and would confidently recommend Wilfredo to anyone looking for reliable, professional dumpster service with a great attitude to match.
