Do not come here. Don't waste your time and money supporting this place. Their website says an appointment is required for oil changes, so I called and a woman answered. She told me I didn't need an appointment its first come first serve. I said oh but on the website it says to please call and make an appointment, she said "yes we have that up because if youre a 49er fan we make you wait, but if your arent then we help you." I immediately hung up. Its not funny to joke like this because this low IQ mentality is who I am supposed to trust with my car? If you discriminate who people support for fun in sports, I cannot imagine the damage this place does to cars when they find out the car owner supports a certain thing or person or group. This is a very unprofessional place and was a HUGE waste of my time calling. This place needs a reality check. This is how they left my car after an oil change. Failure to screw the cap on resulted to oil being spewed across my engine bay. Scam alert! They refused a refund and called me personally to take down my review. They are blaming their rushed, lazy job on my oil pan being cracked. Scam artists. Not to mention $100 for a messy, lazy oil change. Take your business elsewhere. They wanted me to bring it back to dump more money into their establishment. Look at the pictures of how they left my car. What a joke!! Because I wont take down my reviews my car suddenly has "multiple oil leaks"... so an oil leak came and unscrewed the oil cap? BE FOR REAL! I came here 2 years ago to have my Nissan Murano get an oil change. They said it would take 45 minutes and instead took 3 almost 4 hours. I came back within an hour and there was an identical year make and model to my vehicle that they were working on instead that wasn't there before. The manager had to tell them to start my oil change. I came back a second time and picked up my car. After 2 days I turned on my AC and it would no longer turn cool. I took it to another mechanic who stated that I needed a new compressor ($1,400 fix) which didn't make sense as my car was in mint condition. I have a feeling they switched my parts out with that other vehicle as it was not in the same condition as my vehicle and an oil change should never be that long. I would never come back here unless you like mechanics who steal your car parts. read more

Did smog check, "didn't pass" they did a VISUAL check just because the air filter was broken. Which in my experience it should go into the system to proof it didn't pass and still charged me for the smog and still wanted to convince me to change the filter and do smog check again. I respectfully paid the smog check that didn't pass and left. I went to another place right after and It passed right away the filter didn't have a sensor to indicate their system for it to not pass. I would definitely not recommend this place you go for one thing and they come out with other things that aren't necessary needed. read more

Trash location. We had our van previously worked on here and had to come back because the work wasn't completed properly. This time was a whole new level. I won't go in to much details, the photos explain it pretty simply. After questioning their Freon scam, they kept my van overnight only to not fix anything. I went to put groceries in the back, only to realize the back of my van was gutted. Note the screwdriver When we brought it back, the lady in the front, and the technician that came to look at it, did not even take accountability. Not a "I'm sorry for the inconvenience", or my bad, nothing. After waiting for them to fix it, I interrupted the front lady for my keys. She asked me to wait so she could make it right, and I said hell naw. So I will give her credit for making a final attempt but honestly, they had already denied working on our car so there was no resolution at this point. read more

A man using the name Roberto did the following work on my car. It is not clear that any of the work was needed. The car was NOT running hot. The car was NOT leaking fluids onto my garage floor prior to taking it to the shop: Work he claimed to have done and what he charged: Oil leak inspection $80.00 Transmission fluid exchange (2006 Buick) $159.95 Air filter replaced $24.96 Water pump replaced with NEW $338.17 Labor to replace base gasket on new water pump $120.00 Water pump base gasket $36.71 Top off coolant $39.95 I had no leaks on my garage floor prior to his supposed work. Now I have leaks all over my garage. And the mechanics I took the car to says the water pump is leaking and it is not clear a new water pump was put on. Unbelievable! This is a company that has simply chosen not to be trusted! I requested a refund and Roberto refused. So I have reported this operation to the BBB. How unfortunate that someone would do business this way! read more

Just had my 2013 Corolla here for a synthetic oil change, brake pads, and rotors. The shop was so helpful and professional. They had my car inside and being worked on in under 5 minutes. They checked everything and rotated the tires to make sure my vehicle is as safe as possible. While I was waiting in the main lobby I noticed their main service person named Tannah is the most friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful person ever. She explains everything to everyone in a way that makes sense and tries to help in anyway she can. She even walks people out to their cars so they can see for themselves what she is talking about! I came here with an Vintage car that has a motor with less than 10000 miles , It uses a standard 454 Chevy engine said they had the parts no problem. when I tried to use the coupon they stated well we can't do it because the miles are high. I said the miles are not high it's a restored vintage car but he said he wouldn't honor the $29.95 coupon instead would be $69. So I just walked out I feel that nobody ever here wants to honor a coupon and there's always some type of way for them to escape honoring them.
