As a result, I have many questions and requests to the Grease Monkey technicians. As a result I am sure it takes them longer to service my car than the typical car. They showed me they filled the oil and the washer fluid. Cool, me or my Dad could do that. I go into the car and not one single thing was cleaned. Everything in the same place. Like not even the simplest vacuuming. My mother calls to complain because I payed for detailing. They say, oh yeh..I saw him clean out the inside. Granted not one thing was touched. They say bring it back..we will detail it. I went back AGAIN. They did whatever they claim to do. 100% the same. Not ONE thing was cleaned. Not the dash, center console, no vacuuming, no wiping, every single thing was in the exact same place...not ONE single thing was done to detail it ! I was incredibly nice. I will NEVER go back. I get woke up every morning at 2:00 a.m. and it lasts until 6:00 a.m. with the train that comes through here at that time it's either banging the trains really super loud and then he sits here for like 3-4 hours with the engine running consistently and he starts down here by Arrowhead and stops down at Kelly Bean with that horn going the whole time lay off the horn bud I know you got to do it at The crossings but just do it lightly at The crossings from now on and quit banging those trains together I need my sleep I am very very tired and I'm very very sick I have kidney diseases and I need my rest little bit quieter on the horn and a lot less quieter on banging them train deals together and we'll have it made other than that thank you

I ran out of gas on the interstate near Burley ID on a hot summer Thursday. I was driving a late…read moremodel car and one new to me, and was pulling my travel trailer. I called this company and they responded quickly (within 15 minutes) with a can of gas. The service man knew where a special funnel was located, in my spare tire compartment, and used it to put gas in my tank. I would have had no idea how to do it.
