The service man knew where a special funnel was located, in my spare tire compartment, and used it to put gas in my tank. I would have had no idea how to do it. He's probably working on something. When I called he actually came across the street with his machine to read the error code then asked if I could drive over to his shop and he'd do a deeper diagnostic on it.
