My wife noticed the TPMS light on when leaving your store. She said it eventually went out on the way home, but when I checked the pressures, one front tire had 73#, and the other had 80#. I adjusted them to the correct pressures. This of course was when I noticed that all but one of my valve stem extensions were missing. There were originally 6 installed. I attempted to check and adjust the tire pressures on the right rear, and noticed the inner valve stem was not lined up. And that a regular valve stem cap was installed on the inside dual. This resulted in my having to lift the truck, remove the outer tire and then spin it to get the valve stems realigned and adjust the tire pressures as needed. While my wife was in your store, I asked her to check on the price to install 4 new tires that we would provide; and was very surprised she was quoted $240 to do the same dismount/mount & balance for 4 tires that you had just completed and charged her $80 for. When asked why the big discrepancy, she was told if you damaged a tire that you did not provide, that you'd have to replace it. Which, the tires that you just rotated were not your tires, so if you damaged one of those, then what do you do? When you combine all of the issues I found in just a simple tire rotation, and what looks to me like price gouging, unless I can get a better explanation I will probably not be coming back to your store with my trucks. read more

We came by and visited and several employees were saying to a customer that they were an idiot and that they didn't know what they were doing. I was actually looking for a shot that might help me with A future repairs on a couple trucks. If the employees treat customers like that poorly I would send my business and my friends elsewhere read more

The novel that I could write about my husband's time of employment to this company would have mouths on the floor. I'm going to try to keep it short. OWNERSHIP: The owner, Jesse, gets drunk in front of his employees and has not cared about a single employee for over 2 years. It's sad because things did start out hopeful-- Jesse would drive an hour just to talk to his employees and check on their needs for their workplace. Now, I don't think he knows a single employee's name. My husband has tried to set up meeting after meeting with him to discuss the continued hostile work environment created by management and has not received a response in over a year. MANAGEMENT: The managers, Tim and Wiley, at the Jerome location were given their title by relations. Both men hold little to zero experience in management. They have both verbally abused their employees on the clock in front of customers and coworkers. They have both placed blame on their employees in order to take the responsibility off of them. They are both highly unprofessional and hold zero communication skills. They both hold no respect for their employees or their employees families. Tim Tibbits, head manager, has even encouraged my husband to stay the night at his house instead of returning home to his wife and children (documented). PAY: My husband has worked so hard for this company and truly enjoyed the work he does. He got up every morning without a complaint to be gone for 11 hour days. His knowledge and overall work ethic has been acknowledged by family, by customers, and by his colleagues. He was even given multiple job offers from WTP customers. Given this, in the years that my husband has worked for this company he was given ONE singular pay raise after begging, but also received promotions without further benefits? They have told many employees that they are not in a position to give raises, but continue to hire while their long term employees receive a pat on the back and the new employees stand around with no work. SPECIFICS: Due to a new policy, my husband could no longer put in his vacation days at the beginning of the year and instead needed to submit them 30 days prior to the requested time off. In February he submitted his request and was verbally told it was approved and nothing more needed to be done (the management does not keep things on a professional level and my husband has learned to not question them in fear of retaliation). So we booked and paid for our vacation. Come March and ONE day before leaving on vacation my husband was told that his vacation days were not approved. After begging and pleading and showing evidence of the thousands of dollars being paid, they gave in and let him have the time off IF he found a replacement for his after hours phone. He was unaware of this "new policy" but found someone nonetheless. This person was apparently unapproved by management and my husband was told to not worry about it. Now fast forward to the end of our vacation. My husband shows up to work on his first day back and was immediately sent home on suspension without pay because he did not find a replacement for the after hours phone. The owner, Jesse, refused to respond to my husband and hold a meeting. Then we found out that during this time his vacation pay was cut short because his vacation hours were unknowingly used on a sick day in January (again... "a new policy"). *THIS is just one of many incidents during my husbands time of employment at Wickel Tire Pros. FURTHERMORE: I would like to acknowledge the ladies in HR and the Burley front desk. They are the reason my husband was able to resolve some of our concerns and have always been supportive and communicative. Thank you! The employees who have not left the Jerome location yet have had the same poor experiences with management-- we know of over 5 men employed who are looking to leave. As a wife and mother, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR EMPLOYMENT OR FOR SERVICES. If you care about your spouse and children, this is not the company that will support you in anyway. read more

Tires and service are excellent !!! We own a business and have them service all of our vehicle, never had one issue

The service itself was fine. They got it done quickly. However, my main complaint is that they have a very distinct sign on their women's bathroom that says "Women only!!!" (with multiple exclamation marks just like that). On the inside, and I quote directly is a sign on the door that says, "This restroom is for women only!! If you don't fit into that category by birth you are in the wrong room!! Thank you!" (with "women" underlined) I found this not only discriminatory, aggressive, and unwelcoming, but also nonsensical as it is a *single person* bathroom. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, and will not be returning. read more

Okay service, with the speed they preform your oil change, but I've had family that I sent there that have had change/money taken out of their car/truck while the service was being preformed, only a few dollars, but still wrong! Some people shouldn't assume money in the coffee holder is a tip. read more
