A solid week of trying to get answers from Crawford's with no response, we heard back and were told that someone had probably jumped the fence andd they are not responsible. However their outside yard has razor wire along the top of the fencing. Kinda odd how things just vanish from their yard.

The other problem is it had been serviced less than an hour prior to fixing the tires by another place that did an over all check and never mentioned a problem in the struts. She went and had them checked over at another place and there is no problem. Get a second opinion even on your cars. Sounds like a company taking advantage of an older lady who trusted her mechanic, but not anymore. Beware of scammers in our own neighborhood.

Even though she was short staffed she managed to find the time to get our tire fixed under one hour. And she did not charge us for the service. First time this has ever happened to us. We came back a few days later for routine maintenance. Of course Madison greeted us. Madison and the staff at this dealership know how to provide a positive customer experience. Below is a review that I gave in July 2016. It is now January 2018 and the service we received continues to be excellent. They deserve five stars since their service department continues to provide excellent consistent service. We are visiting again today on January 8, 2018 - we traveled to Rupert from Minnesota to visit family and had our Dodge Ram truck serviced. I had one of the worst vehicle purchasing experiences of my life with Young Automotive Group…read more I purchased a 2024 Ram 3500 for over $72,000, and the entire process, from payment to delivery, was disorganized, poorly communicated, and ultimately unacceptable. I mailed payment on January 30th. The dealership received it February 9th. Paperwork was completed and returned by February 13th, and I was told everything was good to go. What followed was weeks of delays, unclear timelines, and constant follow-ups on my end just to get basic updates. Delivery was a mess. I was given incorrect timelines, no clear communication, and my wife was left coordinating a late-night handoff around 9PM with two young children after multiple delays and missed calls from the transporter. We were also never clearly told that the transport company would not be taking the trade-in at the same time. When the truck finally arrived, there was no paperwork included as promised. I had to follow up days later just to get it emailed. Then came the most serious issue. The truck failed Maryland state inspection almost immediately due to a cut in the tire sidewall that had been covered with rubber tape and transmission fluid leak. I was explicitly told before purchasing that the transmission issues had been resolved with a replacement. That was clearly not the case. Despite all of this, I was forced to pay out of pocket to replace a damaged tire that should never have passed any inspection, let alone been sold on a $72,000 truck. I also made my first payment on this vehicle before I even had it in my possession. I escalated this to executive leadership, including the President and Vice President, and received no response. At the end of the day, I paid a premium price for what should have been a smooth, professional transaction. Instead, I dealt with poor communication, questionable vehicle condition, and zero accountability. Buyers beware, this experience was unacceptable from start to finish.
