The entire staff comes with my highest recommendation!!!

The drivers that we had were all courteous, personable and efficient. The trips included five travelers each time and they offered us drinks and the help with luggage was helpful. On return, we started receiving contact with the drivers about possible delays or where and when we would meet our ride while we were still in the air. It made it so easy to find them when we reached the airport, for sure. I would not hesitate to use them again. In one instance, and it probably is not a big deal, a female driver was FaceTiming her children while she was away from home during the entire ride home. It made me a bit anxious that her focus was not entirely on the road - especially in Boston!!

Well, I was able to book myself and a group of friends to get a SUV (Chevy Suburban with 3rd row…read moreand trunk!) to head up to Gillette Stadium for the Cincinnati vs. Patriots game this past Sunday! I must admit - I've been to many games over the years but this one was even more fun since no one had to worry about driving! Being able to catch up with friends without having to pay attention to the road was great! We requested Glenn as our driver (based on my coworkers previous experience and recommendation) and he did not disappoint! He had no issue with our request to stop at Dunkin for ice and coffees on the way up to the stadium! Bonus! Glenn is a wicked nice guy who does his job flawlessly! He didn't flinch when we asked if he could take a few group photos and even gave us business cards with the parking lot number / row info and his cell number so we would be sure to find our way back to the SUV after the game! By the end of the night I am sure we were all pretty silly - but Glenn took it all in stride! My man was concerned that we wouldn't have enough room for all of our tailgate gear and 5 people - but we managed to fit quite the haul of gear and still had a comfy ride up and back! We had 2nd row so it was just us two in comfy leather relaxing with a huge flip down center console with cup holders! (Example of what we packed along with 5 adults - 2 hibachi grills, a fold in half banquet table, 3-4 coolers, a duffel full of cooking utensils, plates, paper towels, etc.) My only regret? Was not packing corn hole set up because we thought it wouldn't fit!! (A normal sized bean bag toss set or can jam would have fit - of course the guys at work built there own huge version of corn hole!) Having the SUV and driver made this a carefree experience for us all and I would highly recommend it! As I told a few people who asked (we were grilling afterwards and people waiting in traffic seemed either hungry or completely dumbfounded that we had a chauffeur!) - I told them - Hey, it's a LOT less expensive than a DUI and WAY more fun!!! Side note - huge props to the company for providing a multi charger - everyone in the group was able to charge their phones after the game while we tailgated right in the back tailgate! Very convenient!

For years, I've used another transportation company for work travel and always had a great experience, so I reached out to them for a personal trip. Unfortunately, their rate was significantly higher due to needing a larger vehicle... despite the fact that I often get picked up in an SUV for work without any upcharge. That left me a little disappointed and debating whether to ask a family member to drive us to Logan Airport at an absurd hour. Before doing that, I decided to check local recommendations and kept seeing Serenity Sedan Services mentioned in multiple Facebook groups I trust. I reached out and heard back from Patrick almost immediately. He was clear, professional, and offered a rate (including gratuity!) that was far more reasonable than my usual service. Plus, he even gave me a 5% new customer discount - such a thoughtful touch. Patrick arrived early, greeted us with a smile, and was dressed in a shirt that gave off total tropical vacation vibes, perfect for setting the tone! He struck the perfect balance of being kind, professional, and making just enough small talk while handling my loud, excited family with total grace. The car was immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Halfway through the ride, we were still planning to have a family member pick us up at the end of our trip to save money... but honestly, after experiencing how smooth and pleasant the ride was, we decided it was so worth it to book Serenity Sedan Services for the return trip too. On the way home, our kids were absolutely wild (overtired, fussy, and in full chaos mode) but Patrick took it all in stride. He never once seemed bothered and somehow still made me feel like a valued customer instead of a stressed-out mom in a noisy car. From now on, Serenity Sedan Services will be my go-to for both professional and personal travel. Patrick, thank you for running such a stellar service... you've absolutely earned a loyal future customer!
