He quickly assessed that it was done by squirrel(s) near the end of a soffit. Soon, a steel mesh was cut and fitted around the narrow gap to prevent any future attacks. He further covered a similar spot on the back site, so that there'll be no worries for me in this regard. Last year, I had a roof vent (not knowing which one) with water dripping down to the basement. After water tests, he figured out the right vent and placed an elbow on it...vent closed and problem solved. I've known Minh for more than 10 years now, and he had helped me in numerous occasions. He is super honest and extremely skillful in what he does, often beyond roofing.....grateful experences for me.

The very polite representative came out promptly and looked at the problem. Two roof vents (kitchen vent and furnace exhaust) needed some silicone sealant applied. Don't know if they are always this far from good or they thought I was a pigeon. ...to continue my review... The work necessary to address the leaks is a two minute adjustment to an existing new rubber gasket and a few ounces of a UV resistant sealer. I was willing to pay for a professional job. William at Top Notch was very responsive to both Yelp messages and emails and completed the work less than 48 hours after sending me his estimate. The best part is I didn't have to be home while he was working so I didn't have to burn leave hours. I reached out to Green Oak after searching on Yelp (s/o), and was extremely glad I did. Brian H. took me through the process from start to finish, including an insightful explanation of the insurance claim process. The free estimate happened within a few days and ended up being lower than the insurance-assessed quote. He recommended a roof "tune up" as part of the package without pushing or trying to upsell me for more, which i really appreciated. He also accommodated my inquiry of adding on the installation of a bathroom exhaust vent cap, which was missing when we moved in.
