Fast-forward seven years: I have needed his help from time to time, and the service has always been equally excellent. Two days ago, my irrigation technician told me there was no water flowing into the system. I called and left a message, and just as he had seven years earlier, he called me back within half an hour and provided same-day service. Spoke with Romero and told him my situation. We had our well pump go out. The very next day they came out. They spent a little over 4 hours. They were awesome guys and did a primo job replacing our irrigation pump. The water sprinklers now have more pressure and everything is up to code. I had a problem with my well pump irrigation system and Ramiro was able to squeeze me into his schedule on short notice for the same day. He fixed the issue which turned out to be a faulty pressure switch and also came back a few days later to replace an aging water pressure tank which had many signs of impending failure. Their team was highly responsive to my questions and offer great/friendly service. His team responded promptly again a few weeks later when the switch started to behave unpredictably. This team is FANTASTIC !! Got a call back same day of request. They came out the next day serviced my ejector pump. It is located down a steep hill and they got in and out in two hours. Wow! After a few "no-show" plumbers, I found a gem amidst the storm - literally! My sewer ejection pump stopped working and Ramiro was my hero! We were able to coordinate over the phone with me describing my situation and sending a few pictures. Ruben showed up this morning and was probably one of the nicest, kindest, more competent people I have had work on my house ever. He was able to restore my pump to working order and replace the parts needed. Ruben was very communicative and precise in his diagnosis and repair. He left after a few hours with my pump back up and running - the pump was cleaned out and the alarm float replaced. We came home from vacation and discovered the well pump was not working. I did a little research and ended up calling Ramiro. I explained to him what was happening and we made an appointment. Ramiro came out a day early. He came prepared with a new pump and control box, already wired and ready to replace my existing pump. Before removing the existing pump he did a little diagnosing and found that there was a problem in the "control box". He made the simple repair and my pump jumped to life. Spent a fair amount of time trying to determine what the problem was. Of course it was working when he was there. So said to call if it happened again and did not charge for his visit. Later that evening, no water. Romero came back and this time, with additional information from me, was able to find and fix the problem. Charges were reasonable and Romero is a friendly guy who is committed to doing an excellent job. Definitely the guy for well pump problems. Used Quality Pump Service for my Well at home, quoted price was great, Labor rate was awesome, QPS was in on a Saturday Morning and Out on a Sunday Afternoon.
