We were repainting our bathroom, and it ended up taking a lot longer than we had planned. So we ended up calling around and trying to find a porta potty rental on Christmas Day. Junior responded promptly, showed up in 2 hours with a clean porta potty with an included hand-washing station, soap, toilet paper and paper towels. It saved the day as we finished up our work. A 'C' is passing. They were the first response so Yelp works better than reaching out to pump shops. I'm not exactly surprised due to the amount of thin air tossed by auto bots, spam generators and people with too much time on their hands. Last Friday I spent some hours roaming through google search pumping shops and contacted 3 using their online email addresses or contact forms. I did specifically include the "no cellular signals reach my home," so use email 'mandate' I choose to live with. Also cleared full txt msg boxes on phone and full voice mailbox. At last and final count there were ZERO responses from any of them in the last week. This forces me to rethink on Yelp too. Now since this is my final answer about first contact it will take a moment for me to add photos. WARNING: they will be completely off topic and funny, sarcastic or perhaps even thought provoking. The first scheduled date/time I was late and no truck at gate when I got there. Re-scheduled for Friday. I got to the gate at 9 and a truck was there but another was due. About 10:15 the first truck went to look for the 2nd truck. The second truck (950gallon) arrived at 10:41. The first truck (750gallon) showed back around 10:55. They led the way in and we got to my house about 11:30. The 950gallon truck pulled into front yard and promptly parked its front wheels on the edging of brick patio. Did a bit of damage to the bricks. 30 minutes later I'm told $1700usd which was 700 over what I'd expected. We agreed on $1500 and I gave them cash. After they had pulled back out of front yard the 950gallon truck ran over my wheelbarrow as he maneuvered towards my driveway gate. That broke one of the handles on a "Union Made," heavy duty wheelbarrow. When I pulled my car back into the yard I found 3 separate places with 12 to 18 inch spills of sewage. Overall I would not recommend them for 2 reasons. Lack of punctuality and no pricing information prior to starting the pump. read more

If you own an RV in the South Bay, then I'm sure you've noticed that there are very few dump stations available. But why dump when you can get a mobile tank service right to your driveway? This team provided fantastic service for emptying the black and grey water tanks on my Winnebago Revel. I contacted them through their website and had an email response in a few minutes. I was able to schedule them to come right to my driveway to empty the tanks the following morning even though it was a holiday. Their process was very thorough. On my vehicle, the black water tank is just a 5 gallon cassette toilet. They rinsed it 4 times with fresh water. When they were done, they disinfected and sprayed down the driveway anywhere that water had dripped. Fast, courteous, and clean. read more

After trying to find someone, anyone, that could pump our septic tank before it overflowed (and became an emergency), Pichanga Pumping not only responded quickly to my phone call, but actually turned up 5 mins early once we had discussed the job! Can't tell you how happy we are that the risk of the overflow is gone. I have to say, Junior is dedicated and hard working. I spent a few mins talking to him after he was done, asking why he had a smaller truck than the big companies, turns out he's trying to build the business and has only been doing this for a little while, so he is starting off small, but based on my experience with him today, he's going to do well. Don't be discouraged by the limited number of reviews, these guys are out there, making a difference and doing it fairly. It might take them a bit longer because of the small truck, but that didn't stop Junior today. He filled the tank, went to unload then returned to finish the job, no trouble at all.
