I was very impressed with Tyler and Bo. They completely made my day.!!!! They were efficient and explained everything to me which was greatly appreciated. As it turned out, my septic tank did not need to be pumped because it was not needed at the moment however, it was perfect time for them to clear out the roots, which they did and charged me for the site visit, rather than pushing me to get the tank pumped. I was so appreciative of their honesty. They also explained to me abt the cement erosion and gave me a heads up on additional work that will need to be done on next pump out. In a time where customer service and honesty is lacking, they have renewed my faith!! Definitely found my septic tank service providers! THaNK You!! THaNK You!! THaNK You!!

I wouldn't know what kind of work they actually do, because they never actually did the job. What I…read moredo know is that they set us back about 6 weeks on the selling of our house, and, while I don't know this for sure, I believe they cost us tens of thousands of dollars in that delay due to falling housing prices. We received an estimate from them for a new septic field. They said they would call us to schedule the job. We never heard from them. We called, texted and emailed them but they never called us back. We only found out 6 weeks later, because our realtor ran into them somewhere, that they decided not to do the job. Meanwhile, they also told us that it would take a year to get a permit and would cost $75,000. But, in fact, another company got the permit in one month and charged us $28,000. The 6-week setback cost us time, money and stress. In the end, we are glad it didn't work out. But someone who can't send a simple text saying we aren't going to do this job, really shouldn't be in customer service. Should get one star, but giving two cuz they seemed like really nice guys and we were aware they were dealing with a family tragedy. But just one simple text in the beginning would have made a huge difference to us and not doing that caused your crisis to become our crisis. I did wait 6 mos.. to post this because of respect for the family.

I asked if I needed to be present, they said, no. I just need to verbal authorize the service. The CSR said they will fix it right away, if able to, or provide an estimate if it is more complicated. My septic pump chamber was having problems with the floats. Cycling on and off constantly. Sparking and chattering the motor starter and short cycling and beating up the pump. All bad! (Perfect way to fry hundreds of dollars of equipment!) I caught it one day and took the controller out of Auto, immediately. Close call I am thankful I caught. I've been pumping it out in manual mode everyday and finally got tired of it. My go to for pumping, Allards Septic, recommended Essential Operations to repair this, since it was a controls issue and that is what this company does. I have a parking lot grade concrete tank and pump chamber. The pump chamber hasn't been open in 25 years. I knew I would end up hurting myself or the tank if I tried opening the lids. I knew this was a job I had better have done and not attempt it myself. Even though I have years of controls and electrical experience. I knew it may require parts, equipment and a possible confined space tank entry..... Essential Operations monitors, programs, repairs and installs all these complicated control systems for these expensive alternative septic systems the County has forced on homeowners. The price I feel is fair. $130 an hour is typical for any service company that has vehicles with parts, special tools and provides on site service. End results: The stop pump signal float fell down to the level of the start pump signal float and caused this problem. They floats were fighting each other. It was fixed and my controller is back in Auto. I am very satisfied with the service I received. When I need a new pump or septic controls work. This is the place that I am calling.
