We inherited a beautiful 1950s vintage pool table. It was "free", bit moving a 800+ pound object from Northridge to Camarillo isn't a do it yourself project. Unknown to us, you have to disassemble the table, which takes 2-3 hours, then you have to load it for the move, then it has to be unloaded and reassembled and leveled. The pool table needed to have have three pockets repaired and to be connected to the ball return channels. All of that was done perfectly. All told, it was an 8-hour job from beginning to end. The $700 price was extremely reasonable for all the time and work that was involved. read more

Quality Pool Table Movers - Them in action! - Movers Near Me - Los Angeles, California

recently hired this father-and-son team to move and set up a pool table, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were extremely reliable, professional, and communicative -- always quick to respond by text and phone. I originally contacted them for a move from Camarillo to Arcadia, but when that sale fell through, I had to reschedule. Richard was very patient and understanding throughout the process. Later, when I found another pool table in Tustin, he was flexible enough to adjust his schedule and accommodate me last minute. They arrived on time at the pickup location, worked efficiently, and handled everything with great care. They even cleaned up thoroughly after finishing at both locations. When setting up the table in my home, they took the time to make sure it was perfectly leveled and positioned. I changed my mind a few times about where I wanted it placed, but they were patient and kind the entire time. Before leaving, they made sure I tested the table and that everything was adjusted to my satisfaction. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication really stood out. I would absolutely hire this team again for any future pool table moves or refelting. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled, trustworthy professionals! read more

This was by far one of my best discoveries onYelp to date! Chase and Brett were extremely professional, super thorough and careful, and went above and beyond with not only helping move my super heavy pool table, but also helping with ensuring that the placement was perfectly precise, and even helped with moving other pieces of furniture just for the sake of being helpful! Not to mention, they are a delightful and pleasant father/son duo to work with. I went with Quality Pool Table Movers because Richard made me feel like he actually cared about the job, and I'm glad I did. I was moving a pool table from a friend's house to mine and had delays in coordinating our availability, and Richard was willing and able to work around our schedule. They moved the table with care and did a superb job leveling and applying new felt. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Quality Pool Table Movers. read more

Very pleased with the move and installation. Spoke with Richard originally who was very friendly and gave lots of information. He an one of his sons came right on time and were working pretty much the whole time. As I watched them I realized that I made a good decision hiring them and not doing it myself. They filled me in on what they were doing and let me take all the pictures I wanted. Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend. read more

I had never purchased a table before. I found this company to be very responsive. They were able to work me into their busy schedule, which helped because I got my table at a fire sale, and it needed to move. The three man team was super efficient, and I watched them methodically and carefully put my table together, as well as adhere the slabs to one another, and then put on the felt. They were dressed correctly for the job, respectful, and after it was done they gave me a few pointers on how to maintain the table and the chalk I should use. They even gave me an extra bag of chalk. My table was relocated from Long Beach to Marina Del Rey. Highly recommend these guys. read more

Called QPTM to move a 9' Table for me last week to our new home. They were incredibly responsive and scheduled the move quickly so I could get the table in and ready for our kids who were all coming in for Thanksgiving. They couldn't have been more professional and efficient, the move was quick and the set up was perfect. The table had been at my former mother in-laws's home for nearly 25 years and she was so happy for me to finally have it removed!!! It was amazing to play on it again that night, probably the first time it had been used in years. Thank you Richard and sons!!! read more

If you need a company to move your pool table. Look no further. Clear communication. Very competitive pricing. EXCELLENT condition/care for pickup, moving, and placing the pool table in our new home. The reason I picked this business to start was the amount of upfront education on process to do the job. Moving an 800lb pool table is not something you do with four friends and a pick up.. Glad to hire professionals to do this correctly (dismantle, move, reassemble/level, etc). And they were priced 25% lower than the competition. Great job. Thank you again. read more

Very high-quality work. These guys are craftsmen and take real pride in their work and finished product. I moved and re-covered a table some years ago. Watching the Quality team, made me realize how many corners were cut by the first guy. All of this and they are reasonably priced. Cut out the retail middleman and hire these guys. We are super happy with their work. read more

These guys were amazing. Our office in downtown LA was getting a new pool table, and I contracted them to transport and recover the old table to my home. The amount of care and attention they gave to restoring the old table meant it now plays better than I can remember in 3+ years at its original home. Rates were perfectly reasonable and they were up front about all of the work. Would highly recommend. read more

My wife called around to find someone to move a pool table from her parent's house to ours. After speaking to several places, we decided to have Quality Pool Table Movers do the job. And we are really glad we did. Brett and Chase were outstanding in every way! Not only was it a good price, but we could see the care and workmanship they put into the pool table. They told us that they had worked in the family business and was trained by their uncle, who has done over 10,000 tables. They arrived on time and took their time in doing the job. Quality is more important to them than speed. Both my wife and I were pleased and would definitely hire them again. I have already recommended them to a couple friends with pool tables. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Richard and his team. This is the 4th time I've used them (we've done a lot of moving)! Not only did they move and re-level the table, but they also changed the felt. Quality craftsmanship and highly recommended! read more

These men are absolutely the best of the best. So professional and really took their time to move my pool table from a friends home to mine. They were on time and took such care in every step of the move. Richard and his sons were so informative and even had some stuff I needed to purchase with them in their van for me to purchase (also it was less expensive than Amazon). I also was amazed at how affordable they were where most of the other movers quoted me $100-$300 more. I gladly would have paid more though because they were absolutely flawless. Great sense of humor and so kind, I can not say enough positive things about them! read more

Richard and his sons were wonderful! The day we called, Richard set up a time where HE would come to us to show us samples of the different felt options, rather than making us drive out to him. That same day, he checked out the pool table and scheduled our move. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond--he emailed and texted. They were reliable--showed up exactly when they said they would. While they were there, they worked with us to move the pool table around while we decided which rug looked best under it. They were so respectful of our space and household items. They needed a little more room to work so requested that they lay a blanket down in the hall and do some of the work there. They didn't even have to ask!! But they checked to make sure we were ok with it. They did a beautiful job! We are so happy with their work! read more
