The issue is that approximately two weeks have passed since the cancellation and I have received no follow-up communication from you whatsoever regarding rescheduling my inspection or whether you intended to move forward with it. I spent considerable time researching PureSpec Environmental before deciding to hire your company. I did not research or select the company you referred me to. While the referral may have been intended as a courtesy, it does not replace basic follow-up with a client who had already gone through the process of reviewing your services, discussing the scope of the inspection, receiving an agreement, requesting revisions, signing it, and scheduling an appointment. What makes the lack of communication more frustrating is that I have seen posts on your company's Facebook page indicating that inspections have been taking place during this time. Yet I have received no message regarding mine. Unfortunately, I have dealt with several Florida service companies recently where communication and accountability have been extremely poor, including delayed or nonexistent responses and even being billed for work that was not completed in my home.
