He is extremely detailed, very through checking everything in the home. He was there a little bit before the scheduled time and was able to give us information on what he was going to do and why each step was important. He would even show us things to watch for and give helpful tips for how to keep our house in good shape even after buying it. I would 100/10 recommend him for anyone looking to get their home inspection done. There was a wait to get scheduled with him, but it is absolutely worth it, so just make sure to try and book in advance.

From beginning, MIKE exhibited a SHORT, BAD TEMPER. He always exhibited an agitated, aggressive demeanor. He truly needs to attend "anger management " counseling. He screamed that somehow I wasn't up letting him do his job. I was being charged an exorbitant amount for a generic herbicide for diquat, which isn't supposed to kill fish. MIKE however, screamed that my job was under bid. That seemed ridiculous when I did not get the results I was promised, and never had any suggestion of reimbursement for the lost fish I experienced. We spoke with their office, they quoted a price and we had water again within a few hours. Received their invoice and it was exactly what was quoted over the phone to the penny. I wanted to hire someone mostly to give me peace of mind and ensure that we didn't have any underlying mold issues before entering the muggy, hot, rainy summer months... aka the perfect breeding conditions for mold. Now that we have a baby in the house, I just wanted to take some precautions. We've all been under the weather fairly often over the past few months, so my paranoia set in. We live in an older bungalow style home, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to check just in case. I connected with Elite Mold Services and a member from their team gave me a call to walk me through their services, how it work, and pricing. I liked that they were very transparent & thorough in their explanation of the process. I decided to move forward and they were able to schedule one of their inspectors to come the next day. I received updates and their agreement via text message. Eduardo arrived promptly on time to complete the mold assessment. He was very kind & professional, explaining what he was doing along the way. He inspected the entire home both indoors and outdoors, as well as the attic. They use special technology to detect moisture behind walls and on surfaces. He paid careful attention to my main areas of concern including the baby's nursery and the bathroom. He did detect some moisture behind the walls of the shower, as well as some mold growth on the outside of the HVAC unit in the attic. We agreed to his suggestion to have the mold in the attic tested to make sure it was not inside the HVAC system, impacting our air quality. He took a sample of the mold (it's $80 for each lab test which they told us up front) and we had the results back within about 5 days. They provide you with a detailed report of the inspection and any lab results, as well as any remediation suggestions & resources for preferred vendors. Thankfully they didn't discover anything that was too much cause for concern which definitely gave me the peace of mind I was hoping for. Now that we have some areas to be cognizant of, we provided the report to our landlord to take further action before they become a problem. Overall, we had a great experience with Elite Mold Services and I would highly recommend them for any mold inspection needs!

I have still felt very unwell and have lived in absolute fear ever since. I am constantly checking humidity levels and trying to figure out if there could still be issues somewhere since my health has continued to get worse and worse. My master bathroom showed some water damage on the drywall near the baseboard and I decided to make an appointment with Elite to have the drywall cut out and have the inside looked at to see if I had finally found the source of mold that must certainly be making me feel this badly. The technician cut out a large piece of drywall and looked into the wall, said it looked good and saw no leaks so they sealed the bathroom off and ran scrubbers for 24 hours etc...... all the basics. When they were done, I noticed a lot of white matter on the wood inside the wall. I asked if that was mold? I was told "I don't know. Mold can be all different colors". I was offered some kind of spray be sprayed all over the wood to "treat it". That was it. Then my boyfriend replaced the drywall for me. So I paid an obscene amount of money for drywall to be cut out and I still don't know for certain if what was on the wood was mold. I could have cut out and replaced the drywall myself. I gained zero information or clarity from this process.

Sean arrived on-time and immediately began the inspection. Upon completion of the inspection, I received the official report within a few hours. This report allowed me to not only meet the deadline for a new policy, but to save hundreds of dollars with a new insurance carrier. Received a bill from Sunshine for $500.55 for 34 days from 10/02/25 to 11/05/25. Apparently, there…read morewas a leak in the irrigation which was promptly repaired. Prior bill for 28 days, 10/13 to 11/04/25 was $61.80. Due to the next bill's excessive bill amount, I called Customer Service and was told I could pay a portion of it and scheduled an autopay payment on 12/2 for $250 towards the $500.55 bill, leaving a balance of $250.55. I received another letter from Sunshine, dated 12/17/25, threatening to shut the water off if bill was not paid by January 5, 2026. I scheduled another payment of $250 to auto pay 12/30/25. There is no breakdown of the past balance or current amount. It's' confusing. Now I have to waste my time called Sunshine for clarification. No wonder their rating on Yelp is 1.7 The Public Service Commission doesn't help. The Commission always rubber stamps Sunshine's increases. I received an online bill for $507.86 due 01/01/01 They used an incorrect year, not 2026. Now I have to call them clarification.

5 Stars for the most on-time, reliable AC man I've encountered! Shout-out to Ruben for bringing the…read moreexcellence! Picture this: 98 degree weekend. AC calls it quites. AC is only accessible through the 120+ degree attic. Saharan dust storm. (OK, the last part isn't *totally* relevant, but you know it sounded cool and dramatic.) A friend of mine quickle recommended calling Ruben at People AC & Heating and he was immediately available to jump on a call. Though it seems like everybody's AC died on that blistering hot weekend, Ruben was able to come by the house and check ours to see if it was a fixable issue, or if the 15 year old AC was caput. Right away, I was impressed because Ruben arrived 10 minutes before the quoted arrival time and texted when he was 10 minutes out. If you've worked with AC folks in town, you know this level of professionalism is really special. Second positive- Ruben was wearing a mask throughout the entire visit (and every subsequent visit). I really appreciated this because we were also wearing masks and it just showed they care about keeping their customers safe and comfortable. Ruben ultimately told us he could patch it with a temporary fix and gave us the price, but also let us know that this AC is on its last legs (15+ years old), so investing in a temporary repair would mean we'd likely have to spend on a replacement soon anyway. Understanding out options, a full AC replacement was the best bet for us. Ruben only works with Trane ACs, which is great because their known for their quality. He put time in his schedule and was very communicative the entire time so we knew ealy on that it would take an extra day beyond what we'd initially been quoted. I wasn't bothered because he was very quick in letting us know and because I already knew that Ruben and his team can only work in the attic from 6am-noon as the heat in the attic becomes far too extreme after that point. In addition to the new AC he also installed a new concrete slab under the condenser outside (placed on the old slab), installed our new Nest thermostat for us and gave us a year's worth of air filters for the new unit. Once we had AC, Ruben has been available to come back after a few days to adjust the airflow to better suit us. I appreciate the follow-through in making sure we were satisfied with the end product (at no extra charge). Overall, I would recommend going with People AC and specifically say that Ruben was great to work with.
