I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs honest people to repair damage. This company is anything but professional. When confronted with the job not done they wanted to charge me more. They overcharged for service that didn't make mathematical sense. They brought in dirty dehumidifiers into my home causing my family and I to get sick, and then victim blamed saying my home was dirty, even though I have proof my home was dust free! They tell you what you want to hear them wreck your home. Please do not hire. They only care about money and not protecting you or your home. Edit; The owner is saying my claims are untrue. That's why I posted pictures so you can see for yourself! They'll leave your home in a mess and destroy your home. They will claim you make up allegations and refuse to acknowledgment of any wrong doing or damages. Pictures tell the story and I wish I could post all of them. The first picture is my carpet, brand new home, has a white wash where they spilled paint and poorly attempted to clean it, let's not forget they removed the wrong wall in remediation and over charged me for 2000sf of insulation removal but to return the same volume was 1000sf! Oh and they punctured the water lines while stapling the plastic up to the wall, so when we got home, the main water was turned on and it poured into my exposed bathroom wall! They claimed I never let them know about incomplete work yet the date of that message shows that I contacted them, followed up by a phone call. They also tried 2 times to manipulate the post remediation testing by leaving air scrubbers running and attempting to return to my home, which we weren't here for the entire remediation, to turn off the machine right before the mold testing company arrived. The list of dirty laundry and why you should avoid this company is continuous! They're also disputing and trying to remove my reviews! Too bad she can't pull it off of here. Heed warning, go with a bigger company that cares.

On a Friday night, (7/21/17) the ceiling in one of the rooms of my home decided to collapse. The contents (drywall, insulation, particle board) were soaked. My roof had a leak in it. I had no clue what to do and called my insurance company who then directed me to RP ... thank goodness! RP had a repair technician out in no time. Tito arrived at my home around 1:00 a.m. and removed all the "wet stuff" on the floor and still in the attic area surrounding the huge hole in my ceiling. He set up blowers immediately to help dry the area as well. I know this is what they do however, he was extremely kind and patient with me as I asked questions. I also have two little dogs that tend to bark at men and also love to get under people's feet. Tito was very understanding with this as well. Awesome service! He did what he could given it was close to 3:00 a.m. when he completed the initial work and assured me that someone would come back during daylight to examine the exterior damages and do more cleaning/repair. Sure enough, I got a call at 10:55 a.m. from another repair technician, Giuseppe, saying he was on his way. Giuseppe arrived and examined the damage, got on the roof in the blazing sun and waterproofed the leaky area, and just like Tito, answered all of my questions while dogs tried to get in the way. Not only that, he worked hard to get everything squared away before the afternoon storm hit. No kidding, he was done and 15 minutes later, the rains came DOWN! I know the repairs are "the job" but what impressed me most was that two different RP technicians came out to help and they were polite, informative, patient and did excellent work. They also made sure I knew what my next steps were in this repair process and offered to help if anything happens in the meantime. That says a lot! This kind of service is hard to come by these day.
