We have been in the home buying process in Eustis and they have done both inspections we have had on houses there. With a 2 month old, we are wanting to make sure the house we move into is safe and sound. They have went above and beyond to make sure we knew what state the houses were in. When the first house didn't work out they were very accommodating to get us worked in when we found a new house. John and Amy both make sure to walk the house with you as they go and not only point out things you need to know, but also make sure you understand what it means when it comes to the integrity of the home. Can't say enough good things about them!

RG&S delivered and exceeded our expectations at an exceptional value. Their commitment and dedication to quality, communication, and customer service were outstanding. Kyle was our inspector and he has many years of home-building experience. His three phased inspection reports, delivered to us by email and in PDF format, were structured and formatted professionally and contained detailed descriptions, locations, and photographs. Kyle found many defects that went unnoticed by our builder, a testament to his skill and craft. He even went back to the home build site at no additional charge in order to complete his inspection report for the framing stage when it became apparent the builder wasn't quite finished with certain items, a testament to his excellent customer service. If we ever build or purchase a home in the Orlando area again we'll definitely go back to RG&S to be our home inspector. We will be recommending them to our family, friends and colleagues.

The report was clear enough and covered the basics I needed to know. However, the experience after the inspection was less positive. Over the following week, I received multiple emails asking--sometimes practically begging--for a five-star review over multiple platforms. I understand that small businesses rely on feedback, but the persistence felt unprofessional and unnecessary. It put a sour note on what had otherwise been a decent experience. Overall, the inspection was fine, but the pushy follow-up makes me hesitant to recommend without reservations.
