Helpful, Detailed Inspection Report!…read more During our house hunt, in October 2016, my family hired Active Home Inspection, owned by Adam Jasiewicz, to conduct an inspection on a home that we were under contract on. Mr. Jasiewicz personally responded to my business request with a fast response time (same business day). And, most importantly, he was flexible to accommodate many schedules (buyers, sellers and two real estate agents, in addition to his own). Mr. Jasiewicz arrived to the site, explained his inspection plan (including estimated timeframe) and began promptly. He appeared to be precise and often asked questions to ensure accuracy and, in turn, answered questions posed to him. I was impressed that he spent nearly four hours on property! We received an incredibly detailed home inspection report the following morning. We are second-time home buyers and certainly did not receive such detailed work from our previous inspector. Mr. Jasiewicz provided plenty of photographs to complement his analysis which included red arrows to specifically note areas of concern, when needed. Additionally, Mr. Jasiewicz was forthcoming in identifying properly functioning areas and, of course, areas of concern with his recommendation to solicit repairs from a certified contractor. My real estate agent had a follow-up question regarding an issue that we wanted to fix and, again, Mr. Jasiewicz replied promptly and with full explanation. Overall, my experience with Active Home Inspection was remarkable. Although Mr. Jasiewicz works with many clients, I felt that he was fully invested in my property with my best interest in mind.
