He is extremely detailed, very through checking everything in the home. He was there a little bit before the scheduled time and was able to give us information on what he was going to do and why each step was important. He would even show us things to watch for and give helpful tips for how to keep our house in good shape even after buying it. I would 100/10 recommend him for anyone looking to get their home inspection done. There was a wait to get scheduled with him, but it is absolutely worth it, so just make sure to try and book in advance.

They're very knowledgeable with new build construction, which was one item I wanted to focus on when looking for expertise. I watched a few of their videos to see what type of items they focused on, and was impressed as it included things I wouldn't have known about / thought to matter. Scheduling and booking was fairly easy, with an online intake form, and email/phone call communication to get some details and schedule the inspection. We were recommended to come out with them and be proactive in the experience. I cannot emphasize how AWESOME that is in terms of both service and experience. This is my third house inspection and this was the first time this was ever offered. Upon the day of the inspection, we met with David, who had came out a bit earlier and had scoped out some minor issues he caught. I was already impressed, as he was telling us some super fine detailed items that I wouldn't have noticed. At the end, he ended up with a 72 page report for a NEW BUILD. Granted, a lot was filled with photos, and most of the items were cosmetic, but that was extremely helpful in making sure the builder didn't leave after cutting corners and finished the job properly. It would have been hell doing the cosmetic walkthrough ourselves so at the end of the day, totally worth the cost. Thank you David and Hero Inspection Services! They also said my stove ring did not work but failed to look for button for this outer ring of stove. They also tested AC unit while working in my 2 attic ceiling panels and other 2 crew walking in and out of house and opening windows then failed AC unit? This cost me the sale to this buyer but will make sure I walk next inspector through house next time.

I'd think long and hard before you decide to work with this company. Will can be very charismatic…read morebut charm only goes so far. I had a total of 4 inspections with him and 75% of them were total headaches. The first was the one and only one that went ok - the reason I chose to be a returning customer and pre-pay for the next cluster of inspections I'd need - something I never expected I would regret so much. The second inspection (a pre-drywall inspection) he missed because he went MIA and failed to communicate with me or the builder so he had to refund my money. The third he performed but I had to practically beg to get the report out of him before my walk-through of the house - it took a full week before I had it in hand. The final inspection - an 11-month check in prior to my home warranty expiring - was the worst experience of all. He came out and looked at the house, but I'm not sure he even did a report. For weeks I got excuses as to why he hadn't sent it over yet. Then, I was completely ignored with every call and text going unanswered. Mind you, there is only ONE number to reach him/the company through and the physical address goes to a post office so if he doesn't pick up, you're out of luck. Someone named Brent, who said he worked for Will, did get in touch using Will's work cell and said Will had fallen ill but he would never give me any other way to contact them except through that one number - a number which he too quit answering. He also wasn't able to access my report to send it to me. So, my warranty expired without ever receiving a report and it took more than two months of constantly following up to get a full refund. Save yourself the trouble and hire a legitimate inspector/inspection company because Will Ramey & Frontline Inspections definitely are not. No business I know would treat its customers - especially returning ones - this way. One mishap? Sure - but this was not a one-time thing and I would hate for anyone else to have to go through the frustration I've endured.
