For the price I'll give it five stars: clean bedding, staff really cares about their hotel and the front desk was very accommodating in my need to switch rooms due to kitchen noise I couldn't sleep thru. Complementary breakfast is on par with most, staff really hustled (seemed a bit short staffed--it happens) to keep items that were gobbled up as quickly as they were put out at brekkie. Hungry bowling teams here during my stay, lol. If I had kiddos with me, the pool is med-sized & indoors but VERY CLEAN and ADA accessible. Strong Keurig coffee in the lobby got me on my way!! We stayed here last night and were greeted warmly, check in was a breeze with restaurant recommendations that were very helpful. This morning I had a bath and the tub wouldn't drain, called down and within 5 minutes Jordan responded. Tub couldn't be fixed immediately so he ran down and got us access to a room next door to shower! In less than 10 minutes he solved our problem. The breakfast crew was awesome kept the food coming and everything spotless. Will definitely stay here again!! read more

Well yes the Quality Inn is a Quality Inn. I was very happy with my stay everything seemed to work just fine the bed was comfortable. The pillows were fluffy. The towels were soft, nice. The place was quiet I had a nice view of the sunrise I was just an overnight guest. And the hotel did everything I needed. I appreciated the small refrigerator. Had to take a long road trip and needed a place to stay 2 separate night. Its a nice, small hotel, convenient check in, but what really shocked me is how clean the rooms are. Bathrooms look spotless, smell fine, beds clean and comfortable. Free simple breakfast is plenty to get on the road fast too. But major praise to housekeeping staff, I can't ever remember staying at room so clean, I was sure to leave a tip. read more

I was definitely not satisfied with my stay here but it was not horrible for the price. We went on a trip from Moab to Bryce Canyon and we decided to spend the night in Richfield along the way. The hotel was not the worst place I've ever stayed at, but it wasn't great. The Rooms were decent but very outdated and not like the pictures on the website at all. The bathroom was very odd with very strange lights and an outdated bathtub. Surprisingly the beds were very comfortable and I slept fine. If the beds weren't as good as they were I would give a lower review. Another thing to consider was that the parking lot was dark and didn't feel very safe. Also there is no Elevator so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. The free breakfast was good though and totally fine. The reason I didn't give a lower review is because the hotel was very cheap and therefore I wouldn't completely avoid this place. If you are on a budget and you just want a cheap night, I would say go for it. If you're planning on spending a lot of time at the hotel I would say go somewhere else. read more

My family and I have stayed here twice in the past few months driving from California to Colorado and both times we experienced the best customer service! Employees are great and honest! Our last visit we left our iPad and normally if you lose something like that its gone forever! BUT these are honest and friendly people! We called and they said they had it and mailed it to us ASAP! Can I just say how shocked I was how nice and clean this hotel was? Stayed here one night on our way to Colorado and checked in pretty late. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was awesome! Seriously! Fresh eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, and plenty of other goodies. I was very pleased and super cheap here! Your entry, as of the entries' of most Choice Hotels; stink from cigarette smoke, YOU NEED TO RESTRICT THE SMOKING AREA for the COMFORT of your other guests. When I arrived, I asked for the cart, they only have one, for all those rooms. Breakfast was on par with the other Choice Hotels, okay not stellar. The staff (Day and/or Night) staff were friendly and helpful. The Amana HVAC unit is the old style that have dials to set the temperature. This is a hit and miss proposition trying to get a comfortable temperature. The newer units have a digital temperature setting, less hitting and missing, or a remote thermostat could be installed. The HVAC unit is not sealed between the inside and outside, I can see daylight. I had to reinstall the grille on the HVAC unit, didn't the room staff see it needed attention? The room had plenty of outlets for computer or phone charging. The shower had plenty of water pressure and good temperature control. The towels were soft and absorbent. The toilet rocks, that doesn't mean its great. It needs to be tightened down to prevent the movement. Also, the caulking is very sloppy around the toilet base, sink, etc. Shelf space is very limited around sink, I couldn't find much room for my electric toothbrush. This could be corrected easily. The room had a King size bed that was very comfortable with great pillows. A microwave & refrigerator in room 103. Would I stay here again: MAYBE. read more

For the money, an excellent value. Room was clean and spacious enough. The shower is a bit awkward though. I'm not sure how a bigger person could shower in there due to the shower wall being an odd, angled design. It's just not an efficient use of space but it looks modern. I was having a rough day. My head was throbbing, I had shortness of breath and a cough like you wouldn't believe. Far from home, my only option was to stay in town at the Quality Inn. I booked online initially but couldn't figure out on how to put my AAA information in. After my arrival, the friendly front desk person helped me ensure I got my AAA discount. (it was worth it) The facility is really clean for a chain hotel. Everyone there seems to care about the place because I can tell they do. When I got to my room that same care was placed there as well. Some of the most important things to me at the time was shower, sleep, wifi, laundry and food. The Quality Inn was able to handle all things! The shower is what you should expect, nothing more or nothing less. (Just make sure you keep the shower curtain **inside** the tub) The sleep was well worth it as the bed was comfy and with an array of different weight sheets for the perfect slumber. The wifi was great and operated as expected for the 24 hours I was there. The laundry, oh the laundry. There is only one washer and drier available to the whole hotel. In my case I was lucky to intercept the washer mid-morning so I could do a whole load. Cost: $1.75 + $1 for detergent. Someone else had already started the drier but then left with some time on the clock so I swiftly moved my things over. I ended up extending the time ($1.50 I think) And, finally, the breakfast was sufficient granted I mostly drank orange juice and picked at some oatmeal. Overall? A success in my mind. I wish it could have been cheaper as i'm on bit of a budget but we can't have nice things without paying for them can we? I also was out of it most of the time so considering I found no major flaws in my time of need big kudos! read more

One of the nicest budget hotels I've stayed in, really well run and very reasonable. I stayed at a lot of Super 8, Motel 6, etc type hotels on my Southwest vacation, and this was easily the best, and one of the cheapest. Warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in, 5 fluffy pillows on the king size bed, coffeemaker and flat screen TV, and a good pool. It's the antithesis to the standard Motel 6 room. As the other reviewer said the WiFi is very slow, but it's about the only negative I could find. It's located in the middle of the town. All in all, a great place to crash for the night. read more

Nice place to stay coming off the road. I stayed towards the end of July and the room was nice and cool. The room was clean. Bathroom is a little dated but still functioned well with no issues. The staff was awesome and provided excellent knowledge of the area. They had warm cookies out and ice cold water. I forgot my tooth brush!! The front desk gave me a free one. The stay was pleasant and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are passing through Richfield and need a place to crash. read more

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. Our pickup was broke down for a day, so we spent two nights there. Very clean and the staff was friendly. The hot breakfast was about the best I've had at any hotel. The outdoor pool is like an enclosed patio with slider doors around the perimeter, with a sun bathing area outside the immediate pool area. The water was comfortable, a little warmer than average, which made it easy for me to get in quickly (I'm a wimp when it comes to jumping in cold pools). There is also a nice hot tub next to the pool. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in town. read more

Quality Inn was our return trip choice after staying at a neighboring place that we didn't want to repeat, and we were not disappointed. An excellent choice. We had a great stay. Our room was large, very clean and comfortable. Both the heater, a/c and refrigerator worked quickly and quietly. The bathroom was spotless, very brightly lit and well stocked with great water pressure in the shower and toilet. Although not located at either of the two off-ramps from I-70, the motel is very easy to find and just as convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked with food. We highly recommend this motel and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again on our next trip through Utah. read more

Our stay at this hotel was one of the best. The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very clean, although the bathroom could have used a little attention (caulking around the tub, new faucet on sink). Cookies! They have COOKIES! The gal at the front desk told me when we checked in that if I'd come back in about 10 minutes she'd get the other guest (our traveling companion) checked in and have a batch of fresh cookies ready. Being a fan of cookies, I returned, for a chocolate chip AND a sugar cookie. Our room was clean, the bed is great, and the WiFi works! I stayed here for the 2a state basketball tournament and I got bed bugs. I told the staff about the possible infestation and showed them my bites. They acted put out and didn't seem to believe me.
