    Broken door

I have never wrote a yelp review in my life but this place I need to warn others about. Me and a friend needed a place to stay for a funeral and grabbed a reservation here. Once we arrived and got in the room it was awful. No air, clogged toilet, overhead fan did not work nor did the air conditioner. The door looked like it had been busted in and Jimmy rigged when I asked for another room they said they didn't have one. I asked for a plunger for toilet or for them to fix it when we arrived around three pm never came, I had to call for it again around 10pm and they finally came with a plunger and I had to do it. Room wasn't cleaned well and was very stuffy. Myself and my friend both female did not feel safe at all I do not smoke but my friend did but went outside to smoke as usual. The worst of all of this is they actually took my security deposit saying we smoked in the room. Outright lie.. I will never suggest this place to anyone it was definitely the worst place I have ever stayed. If I could rate no star I would.

    Dirty bathroom floor

Disgusting room. Was not cleaned properly at all. Will not be returning and would not have stayed if it hadn't been so late upon my arrival. No excuse for literally not cleaning a room.

THE SINK! They don't even want to take the time to replace a broken sink.

How this place even gets more than half a star is beyond me. You check in and the grounds are completely filthy. The pictures are so touched up. It's unbelievable. We got to our room. The door handle is broke to get in the room. They didn't even remove previous guest items. Eggs, shampoo. I took it to the guest service area. They didn't even apologize or anything. She didn't even care. Fingerprints all over the headboards. The sink is completely broke. Absolutely disgusting place.

Imagine with the water on while showering.

Not sure where all these good reviews come from? Jill just say it's one of these hotels, and leave this here.. If you have the money for it, I'd stay somewhere else..

Nice quiet atmosphere with comfortable clean beds ,tv channels clear with perfect signal, and ceiling fan.which is uncommon.

it has a very nice view of the mountains if you can look past all the dirt worn RVs and trailers that look like they came straight out of a episode of breaking bad.nice quit atmosphere besides the dune buggy's that come and go down the street everyonce in while, rooms are on the outside and it's 27 degrees at night. Clean though ,very clean, and good customer service, better than average. Small cramped restroom, lots of fluffy towels though and nice smelling clean feeling soap.the three starts is barely three but hey it's somewhere to sleep.

No thrills on the outside, but clean and no odd smells. Parker is an older town, so this hotel is pretty nice for the area. I would definitely stay here again! The staff is really kind. Front desk, Kaylie and Meagon, were friendly and helpful. House keeping equally friendly. Just a few miles from the river and many stores and restaurants within walking distance

Staff was friendly and helpful, but this place is way overdue for a remodel. It's very worn and kind of depressing.

My room had a beautiful view of the Colorado River, complete with a full patio and seating--such a nice bonus. The room itself was big, spacious, and very comfortable. Coffee and tea were provided, and housekeeping cleaned the room daily, which was fantastic. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. A couple of things to note: there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms--only available in the lobby--and the pool was closed for remodeling during my stay. There is a small but cozy exercise room, and parking was plentiful. Dining options were great. BlueWater Grill is perfect for casual snacks and breakfast (opens at 7am), while River Willow has a more upscale feel and is excellent for dinner with friends or family. Overall, a great stay with excellent service, plenty of parking, and even free RV parking that can accommodate large rigs. Cheers!

They have recently done a huge upgrade and I really fell in love with the huge cozy bed! I thought…read morethe room was very clean. Everything about the room was very nice. Minus one star for the following: 1) Pool was not working when I came, it had been drained. That's fine but I was looking forward to a quick swim since they'd advertised a pool. But this wasn't 'terrible' and I quickly got over it. 2) When I showed up around 8pm there was no one in the office and a sign on the door saying no vacancy. But I had a reservation?! I called the number on the door (which phones the empty room that I was staring at). Absolutely no one was there. It took a good 45-minutes for someone to show up. When the young lady did show up she said she'd needed to go to the bathroom. But it was a scary wait not knowing if anyone would show up! 3) Next morning I couldn't get the internet to work so I decided to go to the front office. No one was there. Waited 10 minutes then left. 4) After an outing in town, my key wouldn't work. Went to the front office and again had to wait for about 30 minutes (this time with an older couple having the same key issues) for someone to show up. The front office needs to be constantly staffed. It is a huge error to have customers sitting around just waiting for someone. I've never had this issue anywhere else and I have to say, it was not pleasant having to wait for someone. Staff is VERY friendly once they get there. Would go back again, hoping that they've fixed the staffing issues.
