We highly recommended Quality Inn Parker! We stay a few times a year as we travel through and have never been disappointed. From check-in to check-out the employees and manager are great and ready to help. They have extended above and beyond to my husband and myself, as my husband is blind. Our last visit on October 31st - November 1st, 2025, Amrit, the manager, and Skyler in the office were so accommodating and always greeted us with smiles and 'what can we help you with'. Yes it is an older hotel, but kept very clean. We will never hesitate to stay here. read more

Great customer service very helpful at front desk Clean and at a great price got ice for my cooler which really helped read more

Room was clean and service was excellent. The front desk was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again

Disgusting room. Was not cleaned properly at all. Will not be returning and would not have stayed if it hadn't been so late upon my arrival. No excuse for literally not cleaning a room. read more

How this place even gets more than half a star is beyond me. You check in and the grounds are completely filthy. The pictures are so touched up. It's unbelievable. We got to our room. The door handle is broke to get in the room. They didn't even remove previous guest items. Eggs, shampoo. I took it to the guest service area. They didn't even apologize or anything. She didn't even care. Fingerprints all over the headboards. The sink is completely broke. Absolutely disgusting place. read more

I have never wrote a yelp review in my life but this place I need to warn others about. Me and a friend needed a place to stay for a funeral and grabbed a reservation here. Once we arrived and got in the room it was awful. No air, clogged toilet, overhead fan did not work nor did the air conditioner. The door looked like it had been busted in and Jimmy rigged when I asked for another room they said they didn't have one. I asked for a plunger for toilet or for them to fix it when we arrived around three pm never came, I had to call for it again around 10pm and they finally came with a plunger and I had to do it. Room wasn't cleaned well and was very stuffy. Myself and my friend both female did not feel safe at all I do not smoke but my friend did but went outside to smoke as usual. The worst of all of this is they actually took my security deposit saying we smoked in the room. Outright lie.. I will never suggest this place to anyone it was definitely the worst place I have ever stayed. If I could rate no star I would. read more

Hotel was great. It has a very good location on the 95 and the price was awesome. They have a lots of room rooms option. The room was perfect clean recently remodel rooms. Bathroom was clean bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel whenever I will come in this town or I definitely stay here. The front desk guy is awesome. He did a very good job. Always smile on the face. read more

it has a very nice view of the mountains if you can look past all the dirt worn RVs and trailers that look like they came straight out of a episode of breaking bad.nice quit atmosphere besides the dune buggy's that come and go down the street everyonce in while, rooms are on the outside and it's 27 degrees at night. Clean though ,very clean, and good customer service, better than average. Small cramped restroom, lots of fluffy towels though and nice smelling clean feeling soap.the three starts is barely three but hey it's somewhere to sleep. read more

We checked in for a two-night trip and, overall, enjoyed everything the Quality Inn had to over. First: we arrived late in the morning (230am) and were happy to find a friendly desk manager who was bright-eyed and super friendly and ready to check us in. After a long trip, it was just so nice to be able to have someone friendly there to greet us (not always the case when you arrive later). The only issue we had at this point: the parking lot was full. Two cars in the lot had double-parked and the hotel wasn't willing to go wake them to tell them to move their vehicles into one spot. Now, I think they should have (you give them your plate number when you check in, isn't that so they know who is who?) because those double parkers were JERKS. Instead of parking at the hotel we had to park across the street -- which made us nervous about leaving the vehicle. Honestly, there's not much the hotel can do about jerks that take up two spaces, but it would have been nice to wake those people up and tell them they need to park in one space. Had it been earlier in the day (regular hours) we may have found a hotel with a better parking situation. There's no indication that we were "allowed" by the property across the street to park there. Breakfasts were great each morning. Nice beds. Everything was clean and sterile when we arrived. Really loved the desk staff -- she went above and beyond during the breakfast rush! Would visit again (and get there earlier as to be able to park in the hotel's lot both days). read more

The nighttime front desk person was waaaay less then well mannered, to put it mildly. No greeting, no smile, cocky attitude. A shovel of coal is friendlier then this nocturnal creature. A room was fairly clean, price was okay, no thrill typical budget motel. read more

No thrills on the outside, but clean and no odd smells. Parker is an older town, so this hotel is pretty nice for the area. I would definitely stay here again! The staff is really kind. Front desk, Kaylie and Meagon, were friendly and helpful. House keeping equally friendly. Just a few miles from the river and many stores and restaurants within walking distance read more

Great place to stay for a night on a road trip. It's right off the highway, easy to find & in front of the neighborhood so if you're with a dog there's a place to walk. The windows are reflective which is cool because no one can see in easily. It's not a 5 star hotel, our expectations for a hot shower and clean bed were met! My bf did the checking in & said service was friendly. read more

Dirty, no parking, rude front desk, our telephone did not have a ringtone! But the worst part was when our neighbors blasted their music as loud as they could (at 1 am). We couldn't call the desk to report it from our room but used cell. They came up and knocked but the parties wouldn't answer- next thing we know the police show up and asked for identification (one person asked why?!??) It was a bad scene and it is a ishady location and property My advice - don't stay here read more

This place is horrifying. We canceled a reservation and they charged us anyways. Because my husband used my credit card with my last name, the person at the desk wrote down his first name and my last name and never canceled the reservation and now they refused to reverse the charges! Thieves!! We called 3 different places to ensure this was canceled and I did even ask the 800 number folks if it were possible if it was under my name. I can't wait to get a hold of the CEO'S office! Journey the manager hung up on me because I was upset. Hmm. Who wouldn't be read more

I was so impressed with this location. I usually stay at the more pricier Best Western down the street but on the night I stopped it was booked- so went over to Quality Inn. I've stayed at a few over the years and they can be a hit or miss on service, area and cleanliness. Right away front desk service was great! Desk person explained cost, breakfast in morning and where I was in the complex. Now, this is a motel that room doors are on the outside and not secured inside, so if that is a no,no think again, but I felt very safe and secure there and the price perfect for what you got, which was a clean safe room ($80 on a Tuesday). I also had more cable channels than I could watch and a nice fridge in the room with a working freezer! Side note..the excellent Crossroads Cafe (see my Yelp on that!) is next door so you can walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner without having to drive! Note: they close at 8pm during the week. I def recommend The Quality Inn, in Parker! You'll enjoy the service, the cleanliness of the room at a great cost! read more

Our car broke down on a Sunday and there were no mechanics opened so we stayed at Quality Inn. Not only was it the cheapest price around, but the rooms were super nice and clean and the staff was so understanding and helpful of our situation. We we got the news on Monday that our car would not be fixed until Wednesday so we came back to the hotel. Andrea and Jessica at the front test were more then kind and went out of there way to help us. They honestly made our situation a whole lot better with their compassion. I highly recommend this place. 10/10. read more

We were visiting friends who have a house on the river in Parker and needed a place to crash for the weekend. This was the best spot we could find. It's been a long time since I've stayed in a hotel like this, but we didn't have any other choice. Here are some attributes of the joint: + Complimentary Breakfast servered daily. The Eggs are made from a "mix"....they're not country fresh. + Free WiFi, this was a nice amenity to have. + Pets are allowed....we brought one of our doggies with us, so this was a nice thing to have avail. + You park right outside of the door to your room. + There's a great, truck-stop style restaurant called the Crossroads Cafe next door that has some grub! (another review is coming for that) Overall, it wasn't bad but it wasn't great either....I've stayed in much better places. Return Factor - 30% read more

Super impressed! We requested an upstairs room, so we had no issues with noise. Clean room, quiet, everything worked just fine. Polite check-in, felt safe. Will stay here again if needed. read more

-1 star This place is very poorly managed. I gave a cash deposit of $200.00 and someone walked into the office with a random room key and gave my room number and they gave my cash deposit to a stranger! It is now going on a month and they STILL have not refunded me my $200.00!! They are very unprofessional. I had to call the corporate offices of Quality Inn myself to get it straightened out! The property owners now 'claim' to have mailed me my deposit check but that was over a week ago and still no check. Just A LOT of runaround and b.s.! I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

What ever you do, don't park in the parking lot across the street. The tweakers will try to get anything they can, even if it means smashing in the back window of your truck. Took the cigars and portable speaker along with other stuff, left the tool box. Idiots! read more

Rooms were absolutely disgusting. Huge stains on my sheets looked like someone used the restroom and wiped with them. As well as the staff here was incredibly unhelpful. I was checking out this morning(11/7/22) and greeted by no one I waited for around 15min to even be helped and when the lady working front desk came to help me check out she was so rude and seemed to just be rushing me away wouldn't even give me a chance to explain how unhappy my husband and I were with our rooms. On top of that she had children running around being disruptive it was all completely unprofessional. Will never be staying here again. I would look somewhere else if you are looking at staying here. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

Stayed here on two separate occasions. Wonderful rooms. Very good breakfast and coffee. Friendly staff. Only had one issue with an extra charge on my card they claimed they didn't charge me. But it was cleared up relatively quick. I would stay here again. read more

First of all, you have to know that Parker is a river town. There is nothing fancy about it. All the restaurants are hole in the wall diners or dive bars and the hotels are pretty run down. People come here for one thing and one thing only and that is to be on the river so little time is spent in the motel rooms and even less money is spent on updating or even simply maintaining a lot of the businesses here. So when I say 5 stars I don't mean Ritz Carlton 5 stars. I mean this is the best motel you can find in Parker for your money 5 stars. It was bought and remodeled a few years ago, originally a terrible Motel 6. The remodel looks great. You'll be pleasantly surprised to see your room (the outside of the hotel is a bit deceiving). The rooms are clean...like actually clean. The beds are some of the most comfortable I've stayed in and I HAVE stayed at plenty of actual 5 star hotels. The rooms are spacious, too. They come with a large flat screen TV with Direct TV and several HBO channels. They have a microwave and a large mini fridge. They also have a propane gas grill and a nice bench outside if you want to make your own food. We always bring burgers and dogs and make all of our own dinners while we're here to get closer to the camping experience without sacrificing the amenities of a real bedroom/bathroom. The staff is helpful and they are dog friendly. We always bring ours with and he only costs us an extra $10 a night. They have a free breakfast on weekends from 6-9am and on week days from 5-9am. They have assorted pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, cereal, English muffins and toast, OJ and really good coffee. The hotel is right next to a cafe, 2 blocks from a very nice gas station and about 4 blocks from a Safeway. The river has launch pads within 10-15 minutes from the motel and you can park your boat and trailer across the street from the motel in a lot they provide. The prices are reasonable, $65 in the winter months, $85 in the summer and about $110 a night for holiday weekends. read more

Clean. Comfortable. Cozy. Absolutely affordable. The rooms alone are just what you need, soft sheets, fluffy pillows and spacious closet/dresser combination. Clean and fresh. I believe her name is Tani, at front desk, she is thee absolute best! 5 star rating for her!!!. I sincerely appreciated all of the costumer service! There was quite a bit needed. WiFi is always appreciated and their breakfast..well alright, it wasn't the greatest but it was satisgying, happily and gratefully eaten. TV comes in clearly. The curtains, I want them for my room!!! It was a great stay, will be looking forward to next trip out here. read more

This review is coming a little late. But better late than never. First, the rooms are clean. Which is always my biggest fear. Second we stayed when it was 110plus, and their air conditioning pumped. Huge plus. I have to tell you though, when In Parker because it has a lot of Indian Reservation all around, their aren't any Lyft's or Uber's. The closest are in Havasu. So unless there is a big event being held, transportation is almost non existent. With this being said, the woman at the Quality Inn, the general manager and her "all around most helpful employee" I wish I knew her name. Helped us get to where we needed. The manager let the sweet woman leave on a lunch break and drive us to get our car. I can't even tell you how blessed I felt. If ever back in town visiting, I will definitely book with them. I wish I could give them 10 stars! read more

Staff was friendly and helpful, but this place is way overdue for a remodel. It's very worn and kind of depressing.

Sean was a huge help. Thank you very much Sean. I wish that more people in customer service would be like this dude.

First of all this is our first time visiting Colorado River in Parker Az.Our experience were really deligthfull being in Quality Inn because the rooms are clean, there is fridge and microwave at the room, they have free wi-fi,affordable pricing, accesible parking, free breakfast and rigth across the river from California.Veronica in the front desk was very kind and helpfull. From Know on whener we will visit the Colorado River,We will stay in Quality Inn,Definely.Thanks. read more

Our house lost power and it was 115 degrees so we decided to get a hotel. We got the last room that night. We got up to the room and there was no air on. I turned it on and waited over an hour and the room never cooled down. I called the front desk and she sent someone up to check it out. The air was coming out cool but the room was super hot. The bathroom was a steaming hot. She called the manager and she said all they can do is give us a fan. Really?! It was about 85-90 degrees in the room. It was late and we had no where to go. My son had to take an ice bath to cool down. I slept with a wet towel and the fan blowing on me. It was terrible!!! read more

Okay like my fellow yelper said it is a river town and nothing is fancy. With that being said this hotel has been upgraded a lot and more than what I expected for sure. The breakfast we didn't have because there were a lot of people in there and a group of people who were being very demanding and rude to the poor lady making there FREE breakfast she wasn't moving fast enough apparently so I had to walk away as I can not stand people being rude for no reason. So anyhow the rooms were clean comfortable and dog friendly so that's nice. The girl who checked me in was super sweet and the lady that checked me out also very nice and helpful. I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! read more

We called ahead to request a special needs bathroom. When we arrived we discovered management had purchased and installed brand new items to accommodate my needs! The room was spotless, bed was comfy, and there was even a ceiling fan which moved the air so efficiently we didn't need the AC. It was busy here but quiet which was appreciated. There is a nice refrigerator and microwave in the room which was great because there are not many dining choices here in Parker. The breakfast room was the cleanest I have ever seen, with mgmt. constantly checking to clean, refill, and rearrange things. There were plenty of choices to satisfy all dietary requirements and, best of all, good coffee!! read more

The room was nice but I noticed a $25 charge on my credit card. When I called to find out what the charge was for they said a pillow was missing from the room and they charged me for it. They basically said that I stole their pillow. If I hadn't checked my credit card I would not have even known I was charged. I called three times to speak with the manager and she isn't there? They will not call me back. I'm going to speak to corporate to get some help. CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! read more

Best hotel to stay at in Parker! The staff is absolutely amazing with the best customer service. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They also allow pets! We will be staying here every time we come to the river. Well done Quality Inn! read more

Horrible customer service !!! Stayed one night , when I checked out , a few hours later I realized I had left some clothes in the bathroom . I immediately called and the lady at the desk said she would ask the cleaning crew if they found anything and give me a call . I waited most of the day and no call was received ! Gave them a call again talked to a different lady told her what room I was staying in and said I left my clothes there I know for a fact can you please check ! She took down my information and said she will look in lost and found to see if anything was returned and give me a call ! Now it's 3 days later ... haven't Heard anything and I'm pissed ! I don't understand how a guest could forget something and call the same day to get there stuff and no one has found anything ! I called this morning to check one more time ! And the lady was going to put me on hold to look if anything was returned , she didn't even ask for my name or what room I was staying in !!!! Soo I had to cut her off and say don't you need my name ! And she giggles and says oh yes . This is by far the WORST experience I've had staying at any QUALITY INN !!! Finally told the lady on the phone I don't know what hotel your running here and you need to talk to your cleaning crew ! Because it seems very obvious the cleaning crew took my stuff or threw it away!also asked about there policy in guest leaving behind their belongings and she told me they hold it for 90 days ! This is not okay ! , I called same day I checked out and by stuff just disappears!? No apologies or anything ! DON'T STAY HERE! read more

This was most likely the best motel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are not the fake "clean" where they have annoying patterns meant to hide dirt, they are done in very nice wood, with white sheets and blankets. They have free hot breakfast (real breakfast), and honestly, the room is nicer than even the Knotts hotel or some of the Disney hotels. Also, the girl at the front desk, NIki, did everything she could to accommodate us! read more
