The room they gave us smelled like a sewer backed up. My husband asked if we could have another room. He mentioned his wife noticed the odor. The absolute BEST place to stay in Parker, AZ! All of the rooms have been redone and are absolutely beautiful. I especially love the rock floors in the showers. The rooms have one to three beds in them depending on what you book, and a lovely kitchen area with a full size refrigerator! This hotel is super clean and fresh with air conditioning (a must in Parker)! Denise and Ken are some of the sweetest people! They are so warm and welcoming and will make you feel like family. They have list of local restaurant and bar selections in each room. The pricing is very reasonable for the location and amenities! If you have an electric vehicle they have Tesla and regular chargers to charge your car! Make sure you book in advance for big weekends because everyone wants to stay here! This quaint motel was simply delightful with all the comforts of home! Along with a kitchenette and full-sized refrigerator, they give you a waffle maker and waffle mix! How sweet is that! Could have used a little more detailed cleaning but the important stuff like the linens, sheets, blankets, and towels were all very clean and stain free. Very roomy, safe parking, make sure you call before you arrive. If you don't have Verizon, you'll have to go into Parker or Havasu for phone reception. WiFi was fast, comfortable mattresses, full size fridge and freezer, stove, toaster, waffle maker, microwave, dining area, cute custom furniture. Would've loved to stay for longer but was there for a family emergency. read more

Booked this on Booking.com , normally they associate themselves with above average customer service establishments. I booked and accidentally booked the wrong date. when I contacted them to change the date to a more expensive day, because it was on that date, they would not give any refund. Crappy customer service for a so called "mom and pop" organization. Just a money grab-no offer of even $1 credit-just took my money with no human regard. I have worked in customer service my whole life and a Holiday inn, Comfort Inn and all the big chains would have done SOMETHING for me.They didn't even have the good grace to call me. They will not see another penny of my money ever..I will sleep in my truck first.....Poorly done Harbour Inn. read more

This place is such a wonderful surprise and the true definition of a hidden gem. You will be amazed at the room - it is newly updated, very well-done, and features one of the best showers I've seen in a hotel in a long time. Almost spa-like in its appearance and with the soap and shampoo dispensers on the wall. It's the little touches like that that make this place so welcoming. I also loved the Tesla and EV chargers. This place is awesome! We've been coming here for over 7 years now and consider it our" River Home". It's very reasonably priced and close to where we we like to go on the lake. They remodeled it a few years back and it is very clean and comfortable. The best part is how awesome the managers Ken and Denise are. The management has changed over a few times recently and we were unsure what direction it was headed in, however we have been very happy with the new manager Neveah. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate us for our upcoming trip. I will be recovering from surgery and requested a specific room and she made it happen. Where do I begin! RUN!!! We have been coming here for years. What happened??? Where are the original managers that were friendly and kept this place in tip top shape! Wow! Beyond disappointed. I called two weeks ago directly to the hotel and spoke to a young lady. She took my reservation and everything seemed great. I was wrong! We got here and our room was already occupied. The two managers notified me that the room was booked and they couldn't get the occupant to leave. So they offered us (party of 6) two single one bedrooms or one room with two beds. The original booking was for their large suite that accommodates 6. I was told the room was dirty and would have to be cleaned. It's 7pm and I have to wait to have a room cleaned. If there were available rooms elsewhere I would have left but everything was booked. They asked me if I booked online or direct they didn't remember?? Then they asked me what I was quoted? Omg! I asked them are you not writing this down when you take reservations? They said the previous managers took everything with them including the computers. They let me know they didn't know who was coming and what future reservations were coming. I thought I was dreaming. Was this a joke? No!! I asked why are you taking further reservations ? If you can't get the new ones right? I didn't have a choice so I asked them to clean the room. They cleaned the room and we entered the room early to see how much longe it would be. The young lady manager was vaping as she was cleaning. Wow just gets better! They leave and take my info and leave the keys. I checked the room and of course it is not cleaned. Full dishwasher of dishes, smeared mirrors, old razor in shower, dirty refrigerator, cob webs, it's goes on and on. I would have gone else where but we had two kids that were tired and hungry and there was no where available to stay. WiFi is not working we tried multiple times and locations. The lights outside on all door entrances are randomly flickering like a horror flick. The grounds use to be well maintained and clean and now there's random trash and equipment. So sad this place is falling apart. The dust in this room is all over and in corners. Young management couple that seem overwhelmed and unorganized. Good luck! Won't be back. read more

My husband and I stayed here over Fathers Day weekend. We were looking for a place and our friends suggested here. We were not able to find any other rooms on booking sites. The room was so reasonably priced and had a kitchenette in it which we didn't know ahead of time! And since it was over 100 degrees, it was great having a full sized fridge to keep our food and drinks cold. The motel and management style is very mom and pop but for us it was great and felt very personalized. Management (which consists of one-Adriana) isn't in the office as she is out and about on the property but she provided a cell phone number and was always responsive. She was very flexible and super easy to work with. We couldn't have been more happy with our stay there and will definitely stay there again. The price for the accommodations work a full kitchen is amazing! read more

I spent 6 wonderful weeks at the Harbour Inn. The owners spent a lot of time and effort in making the rooms to be perfect. I noticed this immediately once I walked into my room for the first time. The owners made the rooms feel like you had a place away from home. I also enjoyed the location of the Harbour Inn by being able to be a short drive from Parker, Lake Havasu, Desert Bar, and various hiking trails. What impressed me was how the owners would ask how I was enjoying my stay at the Harbour Inn and what could be done to make their place better. I have to say in all my travels I have never had a more comfortable stay than at the Harbour inn. The new management was extremely hospitable offering to take us to our destinations and help us navigate an area I was not familiar with. Our room was VERY spacious with Memory Foam Beds! Best night sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The location is beautifully set right across the road from the river. The hotel is secluded and private. Overall the combination of the incredible new management and high quality rooms, this has been the best hotel stay to date. I would recommend this place to ANYONE. read more

This quaint little Inn is in a perfect location between Buckskin State Park & Parker Dam. The customer service is fantastic! We arrived very late and they literallly "Left The Light On" for us. The beds are comfy and the ammenities include a FULL SIZE fridge, stove top & microwave. They even provide dishes, utensils, pots & pans, full size coffee pot & toaster. It was very clean & smelled very nice. You can gell that the manager takes her job seriously and puts your comfort first. We usually haul our fifth wheel & camp, but decided on a quick weekend trip instead. We were very pleased with everything from the reservation process to the checkout. We will definitely stay here again on other weekend trips and highly recommend it! read more
