8/4/24 Short very skinny woman (unlike everyone else in Pennsylvania), furiously cleans the breakfast counter in such a way that I couldn't access anything. It was obvious she was blocking my access. Her co-worker pointed that out to her. Skinny woman laughed. No one needs crap attitudes like that. Perhaps counter preparation could be completed before the breakfast counter opens, or at least put customers first. read more

Well... if you need a place to sleep, you got it! We stopped here in the middle of the night during a roadtrip. This was not a planned stop, but weather caused us to book a last minute room. The room was pretty dirty and smelled of smoke, but I did appreciate the wood floors (website photos showed carpet). The pictures will speak for themselves! Be wary of booking a room here, esp. through Hotels.com. Double booked for two rooms and when it was canceled, the hotel charged for one room claiming that there was no cancellation for the other, blaming the "system" for the issue! Just a poor excuse for customer service in my opinion on both fronts. It's just easier to avoid places like this. Happy travels! VERY POOR QUALITY INN. Warning: do not go here. Although the lobby was clean and shiny, it went rapidly downhill from there. We drove to our room, and there was a man outside blowing what looked like pieces of styrofoam off the entrance area. The carpeting in the hall was filthy, and there was a sickening smell. We had a suite, which was not clean at all. But, we thought we'd tough it out for one night. After we returned from dinner, we noticed 2 BEDBUGS. At that point, 9 pm, we knew we had to leave. I called the front desk, and while I was on hold, found another place a half hour away. As we checked out, having spent 3 hours there, the people at the front desk seemed indifferent when I told them about the bedbugs. Never again. read more

They made the beds but the bathroom sink was dirty, tub filthy and hair on the back of the toilet. If there was a possibility to give -100 stars, I would! We stayed here for a wedding and ended up leaving at 4:30am because my husband got bit by bed bugs and we physically saw them crawling on the sheets. This was room 325, but I'm sure if there were bugs there, they would be everywhere. Yeah, we received $20 off of our room, but we shouldn't of had to pay anything. If I wasn't super grossed out and determined to get the hell out of there as quick as I could, I would have demanded a full refund and requested to talk to a manager. DO NOT STAY HERE until they get it all fumigated or demolished and rebuilt. read more

Quality may be in the name, but that's not what you're going to get. We stayed here on a whim while traveling, and everyone was too tired to drive. We attempted to stay at the Hampton Inn next door, but that didn't work out so this made the most sense. I've never stayed at a Quality Inn before, and I can tell you that I will never stay at another one again. The overnight employee, Kelly, was super friendly, and that is the only thing this place had going for it. Our first room, had nastiness our the shower tile and the floor molding was strips of carpet nailed to the wall and falling off and there was trash left on the floor, and hairs on the towels.The toilet was pouring water all over the floor so we ended switching rooms. The second room was just as bad, I doubt it's been honestly cleaned in years. The tub has so much nastiness in it, we didn't have flip flops to use so we opted to skip the showers and just wait for the next stop. Beds were doubles (weird) and super uncomfortable. In the back of my mind, I was praying there weren't bed bugs. Breakfast was typical 'free breakfast ' fair, but it was fairly inedible. Morning staff was friendly to the regulars (truck drivers) not so much to anyone else. Maintenance kid creeped me out, stared at us the entire time we were getting breakfast. Don't trust the vending machines, said items were on stock, would take money, then attempt to bend before saying out of stock and wouldn't return full amount of money. So moral of the story, don't stay here. Kelly is awesome, and the Wi-Fi is free, otherwise, stay away. read more

There is NO Quality at the Quality Inn. The hallway had a bad odor. Our room also had a bad smell, the bathroom fan ran constantly - there was no switch to turn it off. The air conditioner was loud and the room was so tiny that there was barely enough space for the two of us and our stuff. To top it off it cost over 200 dollars. The place just felt icky and definitely not worth the money. read more

It's what you expect to get from a under $100/night hotel if you're on a road trip and need to stop for the night, especially if you're keen on saving $70 over the only competition off this exit. The bed was fine, the room was big (had a sofa) and the towels were not hard! Not exactly plush either, but soft and thin are better than thick and hard in my book. There was also a fridge in our room. Sure there are some details within the room that can be addressed (water damage spots, re-caulk the bath tub, etc.), but again it's a room for under $100/night. The free breakfast was decent and the setup was clean and nice. The lobby itself is also clean and nice. read more

This place over all I would not recommended, when we got here we where given a door key card and sent to our door and parked our car next to it. We found a rock holding the door we where sent to being held open by a rock. We moved the rock and closed the door (just for safety). We left and came back to the door and it was locked and apparently they weren't working. The entire outside of the building also smells like manure. The only things I liked where the shower and he beds where comfortable. read more

Stay in this hotel feb 23 2017 Arrived late at night and there was URINE all over the toilet seat. Was disgusting!! I cleaned it myself because I didnt want to hassle late at night and was very tired. When I reached out to the front desk they couldn't resolve this at all. Bad service!! read more

Very dog friendly. Not very human friendly. We stayed here to break up a road trip we were on. It was the only place in the area that accepted dogs, so we asked for a room without any prior research. I could look past the paint chipping on the walls, and age that was showing at every turn. What I can't look past is the lack of housekeeping. Our tub had someone's old bar of soap left behind... The sink vanity was covered in hair as if someone had just shaved... There was dog hair all over the sheets... Cobwebs in the corners... And spiders on the walls. The room was nice and gave the impression it was updated recently- the bathroom was grungy and dirty, the water ever got hot and the water pressure was almost non existent. The rest of the hotel was dates and dirty. The best part of the hotel was the staff who were all very friendly and courteous. read more

Stayed here on our way to New York. It was a convenient location, right off I-80. The staff was very polite, both when checking in late at night and out in the morning. The room was comfortable and fairly big for the low cost. The free breakfast included hot breakfast, make your own waffles, and a wide variety of pastries, cereals and yogurts. Decent coffee. The free wifi worked well. Parking was convenient also. A couple things to mention- the ac/heater in the room doesn't have a temperature control but rather a knob used to guesstimate how hot or cold you want it. Although I agree with other reviews that it is a bit rundown (particularly the elevator) it was a pleasant stay overall. read more

This was the worse hotel EVER. Rooms were dirty and smelled of cat urine, stains on the comforter. No water when we got there of which they said it was being repaired. No hot water for the two days we were there, the TV was nothing but " snow". Corridor carpets were dirty. I felt very sorry for the young girls who were working the desk. They kept apologizing but it didn't make the stay any better. This place should be condemned. read more

This place needs condemned or shut down. The front desk lady tyrant is the worst. I don't know how anyone wants to stay here after her rude and obnoxious episodes. I have to give my door a full body check to get the door open. The bed sheets are washed with some type of harsh detergent. I wish I could give it a quarter star simply because at least you get fed a little better than your county jail. read more

Worst Hotel Ever - disappointed I can not give this a big fat ZERO Star. We were very disappointed upon check in however we were part of a group and decided to suck it up for one night. 6 days later 3 out of 4 of us in the room are covered arms and legs with Bed Bug Bites. I was very impressed that the staff created free To Go Lunch packages for their early travelers, mainly truckers, but it was for anyone. This was on top of the free breakfast included in the room rate. All the staff was super nice and friendly and provided great customer service. Would definitely recommend. :) read more

This hotel needs some remodeling. It is a bit run down. I stayed one night and found some bugs in the bathroom and next to my bed. Trust me and just go next door to the Hampton. It was much nicer. The reason I give 2 stars and not 1 is because the staff was very friendly. read more

We had never seen a bed bug until we stayed here last night. Found bugs in the bed, did a Google search today on what they looked like... I am disgusted I stayed in that room the whole night. The place is falling apart and we should have known better. Spend the money and go next door. This place should rent by the hour. read more
