Obviously upon appearances this place is anything but quality but we were staying here for just one night during our road trip so we thought it'd be fine. This was a terrible experience. We got in right before midnight and the hotel stated they didn't have our reservation and the rooms were booked. We had booked in advance through Hotels.com and they didn't have our reservation information. We showed them our receipt/proof and had to be on the phone with Hotels.com trying to resolve Quality Inns issue. Hotels.com stated that it was a Quality Inn issue and they would have to resolve it but the Quality inn refused to find any resolution for their own error. Quality Inn was not helpful and didn't not provide any assistance or alternative options for us. We ended up having to rebook and eat the cost even though we had already paid. We obviously fought otherwise but at this point it was past 1am. In addition to customer service being absolute trash, this place is disgusting. Dirty as hell, nasty breakfast, and unclean. People should really be paid to stay in this dump. Would have rather slept in my car for the night. read more

Worst front desk service I've ever received. The man was rude, shouted at us, even came up to our room and yelled that our dog pooped in the lobby. We didn't bring a dog! When we arrived at the hotel we enjoyed the location. It looked like it was an older building but that wasn't a problem. (There was a restaurant walking distance called timberline which I highly recommend) We had a lovely couple that helped me check into the hotel who was helping the owner while he was away. When we walked in the room we noticed that the room was very clean and tidy. They have a refrigerator and direct TV. (Which is all you can ask for when you're staying at a hotel.) The best part about the room was the bed and pillows. It was very comfortable and soft. DOWNFALLS: -The shower wanted to change the temperature on its own from scalding to ice cold. There was no consistency. -the hotel was extremely noisy. Throughout the night/morning there was a ton of traffic coming in and out and unfortunately kept waking us up throughout the night. -the walls are thin. We can hear conversations and stomping around. Just passing thru from salt lake to Phoenix. It would work well for us to stop in beaver around midnight and sleep in to catch up on sleep. So that's what we did. So here it goes! Staff: Raj was very nice. Hand delivered sausage to our breakfast table. I was quite surprised after reading his horrible customer service reviews! 5 stars! Housekeeping started that annoying knock around 9 and didn't let up till I got up close to 10:30. Sorry Raj, looks like your staff fried your egg here! 1 Star for housekeeping. Room: room is clean, updated, clean towels and bedding. Beds had good pillows. The shower is to die for!!! VERY good water pressure and easy to fine tune for perfect temp. A/c worked very well! 5+ stars here! Breakfast: waffle was meh. Eggs sucked!!! No flavor. Had to add salt which sucks because I am very anti salt. 3 stars just because at least the had the salt and Raj hand delivered that sausage! My advice would be... install an elevator!!! You can't cater to pets downstairs and then tell someone handicapped that you don't have a room available because you only have stairs and all the lower level is full of dogs. Sad part is I booked thru Priceline and it assigned my a pet room. The lady ahead of me got sent away for no availability when she needed the room I was given even tho I had no pets. Odd. read more

1. We used Priceline. We explained to Priceline we are traveling with our small dog. Priceline did NOT share with the hotel that we had a dog. 2. We requested a king size bed. When we got to the hotel the front desk person said they do not allow dogs in the king rooms so they gave us a double queen room. And charged us extra for the double queens. 3. His attitude was "take it or leave it" - horrible attitude, as if he could care less; customer service severely lacking. 4. The room is unfinished and dirty. Hair on the tub in the bathroom, dirt along the baseboards, where there are baseboards. There are no baseboards in the other half of the room. 5. The room itself has crud on the walls and the security deadbolt on the door does not work. 6. I wanted to watch TV to wind down after driving almost 10 hours. The remote wouldn't work. Called the front desk. He said he'd call the TV repair tomorrow, would that be okay? I said no. His response was "oh my god". I had him come look at it. He turned the TV on but the remote didn't work. Maybe it needs batteries. Again, the customer service is lacking. We would NOT recommend this place if you are looking for comfort and kindness or employees who care. At least they take dogs, even though he hates dogs and was afraid of my small scottie who loves everyone. read more

My expectations were met and our 2 stays(going to/leaving from) Yellowstone were quite satisfactory. Rooms were clean and a/c'ed. Beds were comfortable and pillows fluffy. Shower had strong water pressure... felt like a human power wash which is what I want. Cable worked and internet adequate. In the morning, breakfast was good with coffee, juice, waffles, eggs, and sausage. Lastly, Raj, the hotel manager, was polite and professional. Value. Value. Value. For a hotel under $100 you can't beat this place. The staff was hospitable and friendly. They offered us suggestions on where to eat. Veterans, senior and AAA discounts make it even more affordable. We brought our pet and stayed in a clean, tiled floor room. Bath towels were bright white and clean. The bedsheets and pillows super soft. The mini fridge was large and the free breakfast was filling.we enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi which felt amazing after a long days drive. I'd say, the best hotel under $100 you can stay. Rv parking next to the hotel was plentiful. The Timberland restaurant next door offered some of the best "home cooked" meals available in such a small town. There is even a dump station and Rv wash available. Very nice clean motel. Price is reasonable. Staff is friendly and efficient. Shower has hot water , good water pressure. Towels are a little small but soft, not sand paper. Rooms are spacious. We arrived to find a fan on in a very hot room, the manager knew at checkin that the AC was not working. After connecting our room phone I called the manager and as I started to say, "There is a fan in our room so I assume that..." I was then interrupted and was given a generic speech, "the AC is not working and the technician will not be out until morning. We put a fan in the room and you can open the window. ". THERE WAS NO APOLOGY!! I then said we we need a discount on our room?" Manager then said, We'll discuss that in the morning." Towels were dirty, cleaning fluid was left in the bathroom and the fan they left was loud so I finally turned it off. I had already opened the window but it wasn't until about 2am that the room started cooling down. Again, if there was no AC and Management knew, Why would they not inform us at the time of check in, apologize, and make some time of compensation? I was going to confront the manager in the morning, but decided not to wast my time. He had his chance at check in and failed. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. Don't let this elderly edifice fool you. It has everything you need. A clean room, a warm shower, continental breakfast and heated pool till 11pm. The building needs some TLC and its arsenal of security cameras are a bit peculiar, but that only adds to the amazing character of the place. The best part of our stay was the manager Raj. He is as "O.G." as they come, His smile and pleasant demeanor were refreshing from all the angry drivers we encountered on the way to Beaver. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! THESE PEOPLE WILL SCAM YOU!! My husband and I are in the middle of a military move across country and we stopped here after driving all day. We got there around 3am, when my husband went inside an old man was sleeping in a chair and he had to wake him up. My husband asked if he had any pet friendly rooms and he said yes. My husband said to him that we had 2 dogs and they gave him a pet fee and gave us a room. Well about 2-3 hours after we checked out and left the manager called and told my husband that we had them in a non pet friendly room and that they're going to charge an extra $300 because we had dogs. The man over the phone was very very rude and said that pet friendly room are all on the first floor. Well how are we supposed to know that? We didnt pick our room it was given to us by the man that was half asleep!! We called the hotel back that night to the man that was working that night, he was in denial and said that we did not ask for a pet friendly room when that was the first thing my husband asked. We mentioned to him about how he also called our room that night because we had a noise complaint from downstairs, and asked what was going on, my husband said it was the dogs that they were rowdy but that they were calming down and that we were going to bed and he said okay and hung up and said nothing about us being in a non pet friendly room. The man said he didnt recall us even saying we had pets over the call, but both me and my sister witnessed the phone call. Well tonight they just charged our card another $300!!! So over all we've nearly paid $700 for this hotel room when the original charge was only $90. We cant even speak to the manager because when we call he gets mad and hangs up on us. read more

This was our first stop on a week long car trip and it was horrible. First, the card key was not working for our room so the very rude front desk man had to let us in every time we entered the room. At one point he was mumbling under his breath how inconvenient this was for him! I said, what about your "paying" customers? He claims, it was worse for him. Next, there was mold on the ceiling above the shower, a loogey spit in the shower and the shower wouldn't drain. We showed him the mold, he said it was being fixed tomorrow along with the door. He told me he would give me a customer review card. The next morning I went to the front desk, his wife came out with a filthy shirt on, he rolled out of bed. I asked for customer card, he handed me a piece of paper, said, "write on this, I will send it in"... yeah sure he would!! So, I'm writing this review. I DO NOT recommend this Quality Inn, Beaver Ut, South. We stayed in another Quality Inn in Colorado, it was a much nicer experience. I don't know if these are owned by individuals or if they need to FIRE this man, but I repeat DO NOT stay at the Quality Inn, Beaver Ut, South. If I could it would have gotten 0 stars. read more

5 Stars because the staff was so pleasant, positive and happy. My niece and I found ourselves caught in a snow storm this past Sunday night. We were trying to make it to SLC but decided to tell Mother Nature she won and call it a night. We were unexpectedly surprised to find clean rooms with comfortable beds and a grab and go bag in the morning. Since we told Raj that we were headed home to Columbia Falls MT the previous night, he was ready with weather and highway information when we were checking out in the morning. While passing through on business we stopped at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service we received. We recieved Top notch hospitality from manager Raj as well as the rest of the staff. The rooms were clean, the beds were super comfy.. not to mention the complimentary breakfast and 24 hour hot coffee!!! The pool and jacuzzi looked sparkling clean and inviting. We would have loved to take a dip if it wasn't 25 degrees out. Hence why the hot coffee was a super bonus for me. We had forgotten some toiletries and Manager Raj was more then happy to provide them to us! I definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again my next pass through. Thank you Raj and staff for making our long business trip not so long with your great hospitality! You made home seem not so far at all. My family has stayed at this hotel in Beaver Utah on 4 separate occasions (3 to 4 nights each visit) while skiing at Eagle Point. Each stay has been excellent because of the friendly and helpful staff. Our rooms have always been clean and the refrigerator and microwave help us with snacks for the kids. Our rooms have always been quiet even though the hotel is located near the highway. The free breakfast is great with plenty of options and my kids enjoy making their own waffles. read more

For the price we paid, we couldn't have been happier! We thought it would be your typical highway motel, but the people were super friendly and the staff were great. Slept like a baby there and that is saying a lot because I have issues sleeping on the road. I had a better stay here than I did at a resort in Vegas on the way home from our road trip. I don't know why this property was rated 4 stars on hotels.com. I would say maybe 2 , 3 stars would be a stretch. People rated staff as friendly. I didn't find this the case at all. Felt that that the staff were staring at us like an etymologist would an insect. Guess they are not used to mixed couples where one person is brown. No proof to this assertion just a feeling. Breakfast was pathetic. I got there at 9:18 am there were no coffee cups, only 2 creamers left and there was no batter left in the waffle machine. There 2 frozen Jimmy Dean egg and sausage frozen biscuits. No microwave directions posted anywhere. This is what I had at the quality inn in Florida for a much lower price and friendlier staff. Room also had paint scraped from the wall. Positives - clean, open for check in at 2 am, great water pressure although the temperature changed a couple of times while I was in the shower, beds were comfortable, pillows were puffy and they gave you 4 per bed which was nice. read more

The rooms have a terrible dirty water smell and the pool is too hot. People are walking around evrywhere with no mask and quality in does nothing to enforce it. Upon arrival, I found a broken door handle, missing covers on plugs in wall, stained carpet, but the worst of all was the blood in the bathtub! I was there for less than 5 minutes and both the hotel and Choice Hotels will not give a refund! read more
