I went to cvs urgent care and they weren't allowing walk ins. So I found helix urgent care and went. I walked in the office was beyond clean and the front desk staff was very nice! I had my infant with me as well was worried they were going to say something with how weird everything is now with rona but they didn't mind. They took me back almost immediately. The nurses were great the nurse practitioner was great. I really had a wonderful quick visit! I highly recommend you go here if you're not feeling well. Skip the other urgent cares

I was told I would see a doctor but only saw a lacky nurse practitioner Vasquez that seemed aloof . They gave me a prescription and the Nurse Vasquez told me if this isn't strong enough after a few days to call her and she would call in a stronger medication. After calling 5 times to get a stronger medicaction no one ever called me back or called in the new prescription. And the front desk receptionist got angry with me for calling to do what Vasquez asked me to do.. Bad experience try another urgent care ..

Here is my experience with this clinic…read more I called up the main number to make an appointment. This was the one that I could get in when I needed it. They have multiple locations throughout Palm Beach. I explained on the phone I do not have insurance and asked for a price. They are very vague. They tell you it's a sliding scale but are very tight lipped about what that means. The lady on the phone told me that everybody falls into tiers and she told me based upon what I told her about where I would fall but didn't tell me a price. I should've been suspicious at this point but I figured that this is the clinic that's used to dealing with people that do not have insurance so they work with you on the pricing. To get to the Jupiter location I had to take the turnpike. I spent money on tolls and gas to get there. Again, this is the one that was available about the time I needed prescription refills. I arrive at the office. When the receptionist was checking me in she still couldn't give me a price on what they would charge me. She starts telling me that I don't fit into the tiers which is not what I was told on the phone. She said that I would have to pay the maximum price. I asked her what that was and she still couldn't give me an answer. She said I had to be treated first. So I said that I need a number because I can't even afford health insurance so I don't want to get involved with something that ends up being a bill that I can't afford. She walks away to see if she could get me more information and then comes back showing me a paper that it would be over $200 just to meet with the doctor and that's before they did any type of bloodwork, treatment or anything else the doctor recommended. I just wanted to see someone for refills. I told her that that was absolutely ludicrous because this is supposed to be cheaper than going to a family doctor's office and if you walk into a family doctor's practice they're going to be cheaper than what these people are charging. I also said that I don't understand why what she was telling me was different than what they told me on the phone. My income is not significant which is why I would be coming to a place like this. I ended up leaving. This was a complete waste of time. How can they be so vague about the pricing? They are seeing people who do not have insurance in addition to people who do. I can't be the first person to walk in and have this conversation with them. If they make people pay according to what financial tier they fall into there should be standard pricing unless they make it up as they go. I would not recommend this place unless you are on Medicaid.

I was so upset to have to go an urgent care during my vacation but the staff made the process so easy and frictionless. First of all Annie at the reception desk was so sweet and helpful! She obviously cares about her responsibilities and carries them out with kindness and efficiency. Carly the nurse and Dr. Casanova have wonderful bedside manner and made me feel heard and cared for. My mom and I were on my way to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions in under an hour. Highly highly recommended.

Cory Stanley was kind and knew exactly what to do to resolve my heath issue. When I arrived I had two people in front of me. By the time I finished the online paperwork, I was taken to an exam room. I was able to get a shot and meds right in the office. No having to go to CVS and wait. It is now 3 hours since my appointment & as promised I am feeling so much better I am thankful they are right here in my neighborhood.

I drive out of my way to get here, because it is completely worth it. Legacy Place is undergoing construction, so this might seem difficult to find, but do not despair, it is open. There is free, easy garage parking directly across from the clinic, a few steps away from the front door.The front door kind of looks like the back door because it faces that garage, but it actually makes a kind of private entrance that is not along the walkway where the other stores are. A nice security person opened the door to let us in. This clinic is for children only, so there is no exposure to sick adults. The waiting room is child friendly, as is the TV content, so my kid feels very comfortable. We recently were seen by an incredibly compassionate wonderful nurse who spoke directly to my son in a very child friendly way that he responded to so well. I felt so confident with her mannerisms and expertise. Followed up by a visit from a doctor who was also very real yet friendly. I love being in a child-centric space all over the building. After the visit was over, our nurse gave my son 2 coins to be able to use the toy machine before exiting. He loves the toy he receives and is currently asking when we can go back to the doctor! Thank you to the friendly staff at the front desk, our awesome nurse and doctor. A 24-hour CVS is nearby on Military, and it is easy to pickup late night prescriptions here.
