Not successful Then she put a cotton swab on the area and ordered me to hold it . Painful jabs on all three which I never experienced before . Referred me to another associate after 15 minutes who was unable to use the same arm Nor my other due to limited range of motion . Our only option was to draw blood from my hand , which i declined ,( too painful) I left a urine sample and asked them to send that to my medical provider , they declined and sent me a nasty phone message beginning with the words " We won"

The first time, we arrived to have a blood draw of our 1 year old, but they did not have the proper equipment. Brian said that we could return 2 days later and he would make certain that they would have what they needed for a pediatric blood draw, even if he had to drive and get it himself. We returned later, and Brian was able to get our daughter on the first stick. I had been wracked with nerves for days leading up to the blood draw, extremely worried that we would have a very hard time getting what we needed from our toddler. I was so happy and grateful to Brian's skill, and he gave us 3 stickers for my toddler. I then had to return for my own routine labs. I had had a very difficult morning and had been fasting all day (it was now noon) including no coffee. Brian was there and instead of making me wait until after his lunch break at 12:30, he took the time to see me at 11:58 and cut into his own lunch break for a few minutes so that I wouldn't have to wait. I have small veins and was dehydrated, and I've had a few times where they've had to stick me more than 4 times to get a vein. I was worried that would be the case again, but of course Brian got it on the first stick. He was so friendly, so nice. I am a clinician, so even beyond my personal experiences with lab draws, I have interacted and worked directly with so many phlebotomists and technicians. I know how rare someone like Brian is in the healthcare industry. I will truly be forever thankful for our experience there, especially with how well it went with my child. There are plenty of other surveyors across the pan handle, do not hire this man. John Banister did an initial quote for a walk through a survey after we completed our boat, the quote was $4,500. He did the pre purchase walk through for $1,500. HE DID NOT NOTICE THAT ONE ENGINE WAS TOAST. $200k later and we have two new engines. We paid John Banister for thermal imaging of our vessel for $2,600. That was without a shadow of a doubt the most worthless report we have ever paid for. 9/1/24 we completed our vessel, about 8 month after we contracted Mr Banister. John told us the price was now $3,800 instead of $3,000 to come back. We have all of this clearly stating in writing, John is trying to fabricate some story that it was initially for a pre purchase survey. Hey listen you assmat buffoon, nothing changed here except your price because you felt it was too low. I don't care if we have to pay $10k, you are a liar and a cheater and you don't deserve to touch anybody's boats. This man is a thief! I will be reporting him to the state license board with all of our written communication hoping to have his license revoked. We will be suing him for his negligence with our initial reporting and hopefully drown him in debt. This man is a complete asshole and POS!!

Occasionally I have to travel to a location further from my home because a scan may not be available or done at the closest location. But no matter what, I have always gotten great service and they always seem to exceed our expectations.
