I always have a fantastic experience at this quest.Today Lily was extra friendly quick and effective, even though I walked in the minute they closed. I was apologetic and thankful but she was not bothered whatsoever and was patient and kind. In addition, she got me on the first stick, always a challenge. Overall great location and we are impressed with great care every time I come to this quest location. I recommend this location to my family and friends as needed. Everyone did struggle with the screens in the lobby to check in, the trick is to press lighter not harder, The opposite of what you'd think. I do think a sign there stating something like that would go a long way. read more

THIS IS THE BEST QUEST, located A1 Highway in Palm Beach Gardens (Planet Fitness shopping center). I recently moved to South Florida and I used to get my blood work done at Univ of Penn Labs (very clean and professional). This is my third time trying a new Quest and the third try was the charm. The location on 45th Street in WPB is horrible, the location at Good Samaritan hospital is dirty. This location looks as if it was just renovated and it was very clean. I signed in through a text that Quest sent me and I was taken on time. The other two locations stabbed my arm and I was always in pain and bruised for a week. The guy who drew my blood used the smallest needle gauge and I barely felt it. I will never go to any other Quest location except for this one. read more

I must say I had a very positive experience at this location yesterday. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of this facility. The women who assisted me were all very friendly and my phlebotomist Sophia (sp?) was beyond pleasant. She was extremely personable and did a great job taking my what seemed like infinite vials of blood. It's really not that dramatic lol. Originally, I had a 9 AM appointment. I decided to show up before they opened at 7 AM. The thought of working out without eating or drinking did not rest well with my soul so I changed the plan. Here I am at Quest in PBG, 3355 Burns Rd,(suite 301)PBG, I arrive at 11:30,Go to Kiosk put in my code have a Seat.The place has about 8 people waiting. I wait a few minutes,they call my name, so I figured good they are running on Time, I get up,Go to the person who called my name, he takes my info,then tells me to have a Seat it will be a few minutes. Its now 11:50 & I'm just still waiting.12:05, They call my name to be taken.I follow the Lab Nurse into her office, she introduced herself to me,Farah.And asks me a couple questions to verify that its Me, who's there for Bloodwork. She did her job very well, didn't Hurt me when she put the needle in to draw Blood,Very Professional. I finished up & was out of there by 12:11. My opinion of would I return their for Bloodwork, Borderline Maybe...if they were the only place available to the Date I needed for an Appt.The staff inside was very Professional. My rating for the office and service is ZERO stars. Very convoluted process here. Had six appointments for covid pcr for a cruise. Myself and three of my under 18 kids were able to get tested although at 36 hours later still no results available. My wife and 19 year old were not able to receive there tests here at all even though I made them appointments since we are a family all on same Insurance policy. The clerk was unable to process them for there tests and told me in so many words, to bad, not her problem. It was an absolute nightmare and the front desk offered ZERO assistance. I will never EVER use this company for any healthcare needs EVER. I gave two stars as the technician that administered our test offered a location to us as a courtesy where we could get a test for the two of our party that they refused to test due to there poor Information Technology capabilities. The testing center was 17 miles away and cost $100 with insurance. However, the test results were delivered, negative of course, within two hours. The four of us that were tested at Quest are still waiting for results. There system has been down for maintenance since early this am. ABYSMAL EXPERIENCE here. Avoid if you know what's good for you.....cruise leaves tomorrow still waiting for a single result from the dumpster fire that is a Quest for test results. Pun intended. read more

I've never waited over 2 hours when I already had an appointment. This office is understaffed. Parking is terrible and there weren't enough seats for everyone waiting for bloodwork. The TV screen showing how many minutes you have until you're seen keeps going up and down in time. Thankfully my blood tech was nice and efficient. read more

I read the the reviews and honestly almost cancelled as I was so scared. However I am shocked at how fast and pleasant everything and everyone was. Checked in on my phone as soon as I arrived at 8:10am (booked 8:15am appt) Within minutes was called to front desk checked ID another few minutes was called to back. Said I was nervous. She let me go on my phone and quickly took my blood. No pain no issue even 3 vials. Gave me instructions for urine sample and I was out by 8:35am. Quick easy pleasant. read more

This place is a mess! They check people in so it looks like they aren't waiting in the system but then you just sit here way past your appointment. I have watched two people ask about appt times that are an hour past and not seen. We are now 30 minutes past our appointment time. The waiting room is full and since they have taken names off the screen there is no idea how long you will be waiting. At all other quests I have been to they don't take your name down until they call you to do blood draw. I guess that's why this was the only one with appointments open! read more

*UPDATE* I had to get blood work again & I went to this location again out of convenience (trying to work around my job.) So this time the waiting room was much less awkward in terms of how the chairs were set up. They still have 1 chair placed right next to the door & the check in station which probably isn't too safe for people trying to avoid being RIGHT next to someone. I didn't use the bathroom this time but staff was very friendly & I was in & out in 10 minutes. Also, you can indeed take the stairs up to the 3rd floor or the elevator, whichever you choose. The staff is efficient & this visit overall just went a lot smoother than the last one. I would come here again if needed/ convenient. Do I recommend this location? Ehhhh, I would not tell someone not to go here, but I wouldn't highly recommend it either. read more

One name: Brittany. She was the tech who drew my blood. She is incredibly gentle, takes her time (i had 8 vials to be drawn so i was concerned with passing out), is kind and considerate. She was so gentle, I didn't even realize she had started drawing my blood. Wonderful experience. I don't want anyone else to draw my blood! My mom and I got there at open since we couldn't book an appt and were first in line. We were seen, blood drawn, and out the door in 20 mins. Great experience if you go at open since they tend to get backed up in the day, especially without appts. Five starts for Brittany!! Cannot rave enough about my experience with her. read more

First of all I'd like to start out with my review of the employees of this office we're all polite, professional and worked to assist all customers despite the major debacle of the check in process. Lots of frustrated people waiting a long time despite having pre made appointments. I waited 45 minutes after my set appointment time only to find out the iPad check in program never sent the message to the desk person despite telling me I was checked in and confirmed. When I went back to check in a second time as I was asked to do, it told me I was late for my scheduled time and then placed me as a walk-in meaning I'd be there until everyone with a scheduled appointment was seen. I protested and after another 20 minutes I was finally brought back to get my blood draw. Room was clean and the nurse was very attentive and professional. Waiting area looked a little tired and large stain on the entry rug was unsettling. read more

STAY AWAY from this location if you have to get pediatric lab draws. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm a PICU nurse and I am extremely disappointed and astonished about how they go about pediatric lab draws. I was hesitant about bringing my daughter to Quest since we had a great experience at Lab Corp but that's where her Dr did lab orders for. When I checked in the woman looked at me and was like "this order is for her?" I said "yes" and she said with zero confidence "umm I'll try but I can't promise anything". I asked how much blood they would need and the other women said 8 mls. We went back there and she asked the other woman for help to hold her arm. She is 13 months old and hardly 20 lbs. I was holding her body and legs against mine and the other woman was squeezing her arm while the other was drawing blood. She used a 23g 1"... not even the shorter needle. The older Hispanic woman stuck her and had blood return but continued "fishing" in her arm and then the flow would stop. The other woman was squeezing tightly above the tourniquet and they were using a large red tube I believe it was either a 4ml or 6ml. She said she didn't fill the tube and needed to fill a total of THREE! I was told 8 mls and she was trying to get 12-18! She had to stick my daughter in the other arm and again was fishing and probing the vein until it blew. After a traumatic experience for my child, they didn't even get enough blood for two tubes. I asked her if she draws children often and she got offended and said she's been doing this for 20 plus years. She said she was dehydrated and flat. I knew she was getting drawn today and made sure she drank a tons of water yesterday and this morning, and on top of that she breastfeeds. They said come back Monday. I said absolutely not and told her to look at her arm! She has petechiae all over her right arm from the trauma and squeezing her. She told me it was from the rubbing alcohol and it happens to kids all the time. I told her I'm a PICU nurse and that has never happened to any of my patients! If she's been doing her job this long and thinks alcohol causes petechiae and it happens all the time, she needs to be re-educated. She said they don't do micro tubes for this test, yet Lab corp used micro tubes for the same test. The assisting younger woman was nice about it. I can't believe this is how Quest does pediatric blood draws. I hope they at least got blood to run the important ones because this was a traumatic experience and I hope it wasn't for nothing. I've lived in New York, California, and Florida, and more often than not I will see scathing reviews of almost every Quest office in any area that I've lived. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised by my experience. I easily made an appointment online and when I entered the office I was not thrilled to see 10+ people waiting. But I checked in using the very easy kiosk and the monitor on the wall had real time numbers of people's names and their expected wait time, which was nice to see. True to the timing shown on the monitor, I was called and checked in right at my appointment time with Bianca who greeted me warmly and was wonderful. She went over my information making sure I was aware of what my insurance would cover as well as answered a few off the cuff questions that I had. After check in, I was called back within minutes to have my blood drawn. Lilly the phlebotomist was also wonderful and greeted me warmly. Her calm controlled demeanor was welcomed as she put me at ease almost immediately. She too went over my information to make sure all was correct and to my surprise, was incredibly gentle and efficient in drawing my blood. I'm always weary when multiple tubes are used to draw blood, as some people will inadvertently push the needle as they attach each tube which hurts and is uncomfortable. Lilly took great care as she gently drew my blood which was by far the most painless efficient draw I've ever had. Cannot say enough good things about the ladies working at this facility and the system in place. I think most of the other people waiting may not have been aware that making an appointment was possible and that it will always help expedite the process. It might be good to have a flyer on the wall in the facilities encouraging appointments as I only overheard that walk ins get pushed back as appointments arrive. I thought there were two lines / check ins - Where one team services appointments and the other services walk ins. It would be great for people to be reminded of this as most of the reviews I have seen have to do with wait times. read more

Went today for my first time. Usually it's hard to draw my blood but there is always that one person who gets it the first time. One lady tried 4 times finally called someone else and Shireen got it on the first try. She is very sweet and hard working. I will be back to this location specifically for her. read more

Rude front staff. I didn't know I needed a mask, because you don't need one anywhere these days, so when they called me up to the desk one lady said very strongly "you need a mask in here." I said "I don't have one," as I've done many other places where they would simply hand you a mask they have ready for customers. She did give me one. But the rest of the front staff, not involved in our conversation, proceeded to rudely add their commentary; "at my location if they don't have a mask we send them away," "we barely have enough for us," "my thing is COVID is still going on so you need a mask," "I think some of them just say that and they have one." All while I was standing right there and they were assisting other customers. Extremely rude and unprofessional and so out of touch with the world. And not treating people like they're human. Could have been such a simple, commonly handled situation. I normally have a great experience at Quest, but I won't come to this location again. read more

Check in is a debacle! Had made appointments online for my husband and myself previously. All we had to do was scan the codes at the kiosk check in. (And by the way, there was a gentleman sitting only 2 feet from the kiosk - guess there is no 6 foot distancing in this medical facility!) My kiosk told me I was checked in and had a 43 min wait. My husbands kiosk told him he had a 48 min wait. We were checked in at 10:00 which was his original appointment time, so this was very discouraging. After waiting, and waiting, it was creeping toward my appointment time, and I asked why my husbands name did not show up on the board. The very uncaring gentleman at the front desk said "He checked in wrong and he'll have to do it again." I explained that we checked in together and I ca verify that the kiosk said checked in and the appropriate wait time. He was very unsympathetic and said "He will just have to do it again". So my husband did, and guess what? Another 48 min wait time! And he's listed as a walk in! He is diabetic, had not eaten, and that's why I originally made appointments for the fasting tests. The only person showing any kindness was Toya who drew my blood. I explained the situation, and that my husband was currently sitting out in the car as he was so frustrated. She said to have him come back in and she would see that it was expedited, and it was. Very poorly run facility! Can't recommend as even with an appointment we had over an hour wait! read more

I wouldn't recommend ever coming here the employees never file anything right with insurance and besides the outrageous bills I received and have to dispute. The attitude is ridiculous so rude and I went to another quest found out the lady who couldn't take my blood correctly kept hurting me and had to use both arms (which ended up with big bruises for 3 weeks) was the boss. I have been using this locations for a few years. I would always go online and set up the appointment. Even when I set up the appointment, I would still have to wait at least 30 minutes. One time I asked what day could I come that the place wasn't completely crowded. The person behind the counter suggested Sunday. I asked if they were opened Sunday and then the person laughed in my face and told me they were closed. Please save yourself time and do not go to this location. read more

Just awful experience. Checked in at the kiosk, chose to be texted when they were ready. My appointment was set for 11:45 and kiosk said my wait time would be 33 minutes. After waiting outside for 30 minutes I went into waiting room. Staffing did not meet the crowd of people waiting for testing... after another 30 minutes a gentleman and myself asked the girl at the desk if our names were on the list. She rudely said no you didn't check in. I told her I had been there for over an hour waiting. She said oh well and have a nice day in the rudest tone ever! I asked for the manager and she said there wasn't one and again nastily said have a nice day. I asked for her name which she only gave me after asking two more times for- Katie but who knows if she was telling the truth. Again rude rude rude. I was so upset I just left. I made an appointment and paid in advance so I'm stuck with coming back to get the test done, albeit at a different location. But if I could never come back to Quest I would... the lobby was dirty and the staff was rude and despicable. You need a corporate visit to this location to straighten up the staff in professionalism and courtesy and to get the place cleaned! read more
