Doctor Riley is outstanding, and if I didn't like her I would look for another physician. The…read moresupport staff leaves a lot to be desired. I had what I thought was my two year checkup because I was notified by OBGYN via text telling me it was time to make my routine appointment. When I called to make the appointment, I was told that it was too early to book, and that I should call back in two months. When I called two months later I was given an appointment for two weeks later. On the same day, I called and left a message for Dr Riley's PA to renew my script for HRT cream and I included the script # along with the pharmacy phone number. Since my prescription had no refills left, and my HRT cream container had broken, I did not expect an issue refilling the script before my appointment in two weeks time. Doctor Riley's PA called about the HRT cream informing me that Doctor Riley would not renew my prescription until she saw me first. When i explained that my appointment was not for two more weeks and that I was concerned about the side affects I would have in not applying the cream daily as prescribed, the assistant said that Doctor Riley will not renew the script until I was seen. She said that the HRT cream that I was using was never prescribed to me by Doctor Riley. I told her that I didn't call in the prescription. She' was, in my opinion, very unpleasant and was clearly not wanting to be bothered with trying to help straighten out the mess. After all of this. I received a bill for The office visit. As a Medicare patient you are entitled to free wellness visits every two years, so I've never had to pay and did not expect to get a bill. However, I did receive a bill for the visit. I called the billing department and was told that because I made the appointment before the two years that Medicare would cover, Medicare denied the claim. I told the billing department that I made the appointment based on their notification they sent to me. Her reply was that it was my responsibility to know when the two years had passed before making my appointment. I said I received notification from you to make the appointment twice. My problem is that I was out of script refills and I couldn't speak with the Doctor to get the refill. Now I'm responsible for a bill that I would not have if it were not for mistakes made by the staff of OBGYN of the Palm Beaches. When I asked the PA to check with the doctor again, her answer was no, it was confirmed by doctor Riley not to renew till seen. . She said Doctor Riley had never given me that script and would not renew until I was seen. I said I'm not crazy, I did not call the pharmacy and call in my own prescription. She said they had no record of the prescription that I was using and refused the refill. The same day, I went to Gardens pharmacy and had them fix the cream HRT container that I dropped so that I could at least have a few more days of the cream before my appointment. While I was at the pharmacy, I asked the pharmacist the date and the name of the Doctor that called in the script for me and she said it was Doctor Riley's office.

When your kid is really sick after hours or on the weekend, the last thing you want to have to think about is... where do I go? The answer is: here. I drive out of my way to get here, because it is completely worth it. Legacy Place is undergoing construction, so this might seem difficult to find, but do not despair, it is open. There is free, easy garage parking directly across from the clinic, a few steps away from the front door. The front door kind of looks like the back door because it faces that garage, but it actually makes a kind of private entrance that is not along the walkway where the other stores are. A nice security person opened the door to let us in. This clinic is for children only, so there is no exposure to sick adults. The waiting room is child friendly, as is the TV content, so my kid feels very comfortable. We recently were seen by an incredibly compassionate wonderful nurse who spoke directly to my son in a very child friendly way that he responded to so well. I felt so confident with her mannerisms and expertise. Followed up by a visit from a doctor who was also very real yet friendly. I love being in a child-centric space all over the building. After the visit was over, our nurse gave my son 2 coins to be able to use the toy machine before exiting. He loves the toy he receives and is currently asking when we can go back to the doctor! Thank you to the friendly staff at the front desk, our awesome nurse and doctor. A 24-hour CVS is nearby on Military, and it is easy to pickup late night prescriptions here.

I'm genuinely disappointed with my experience at Beaches MRI. From start to finish, the process was…read moredisorganized, poorly communicated, and frustrating. After my doctor confirmed that my insurance approved the MRI and sent over the order, I followed his advice and called Beaches MRI directly to schedule, just in case the referral wasn't received or they were too busy to reach out. I called Friday morning around 9:30 AM and was sent to a voicemail that claimed it was "after hours." I initially assumed they were closed on Fridays, but later learned that this is just their default voicemail when no one answers -- a fact I confirmed when I had to call again to confirm their address and someone answered after getting the same message. Despite leaving a voicemail Friday morning, I didn't receive a call back until Monday afternoon. When I mentioned this delay, the receptionist casually apologized. I scheduled my appointment and asked multiple times about timing because, as a parent, my days are tightly packed and I have to coordinate care, rides, and meals for my family. I was told the MRI itself would take no more than 25 minutes. On the day of my appointment, I found myself with an extra hour and called to see if I could come early. Initially, they told me they were fully booked -- understandable -- but a few minutes later, I received a call that they had a cancellation and could take me early. They ask that patients arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, but I had already completed everything online as instructed. I immediately got in the car and, despite hitting every red light, still arrived 40 minutes early. Since my paperwork was already submitted, I expected a quick turnaround. Instead, I sat in the waiting room with no internet, watching a cooking show, for 40 minutes -- up to my original appointment time. Then I was brought back, changed into a gown, and sat in the hallway for another 10 minutes. At this point, I was already 25 minutes past the time I had been told I would be finished with the test. Morgan, the receptionist I'd spoken to earlier, had assured me I'd be done in time to meet my other obligations. Instead, I was left scrambling, 30 minutes behind schedule, trying to keep things on track for my family. And just when I thought the experience was done, the front desk staff asked for my ID and insurance as I was leaving. What were they doing the entire time I was waiting in their lobby? This kind of poor service -- from miscommunication and misleading time estimates to lack of follow-through -- is unacceptable. I'm tired of businesses not valuing my time or being honest about expectations. I was told the MRI would take 25 minutes max, with only 17 minutes of scan time. In the end, I spent over 90 minutes there for something that was promised to be quick and simple. There are plenty of imaging centers in the area -- I highly recommend going somewhere else. I will not return to Beaches MRI, nor will I refer others. Respect and transparency matter, and unfortunately, I didn't experience either here
