You just go to a kiosk and check yourself in on a computer screen, scanning your driver's license and insurance card. I had an appointment that I made online, so my wait was not long even though the waiting room was full. Those waiting must have been walk-ins because they take those with appointments ahead of walk-ins. My technician was very nice and friendly, and did a good job. I would give 5 stars except the day before, trying to make an appointment was difficult. I spent over an hour trying to make the appointment but it would not allow me to continue past the initial request to be seen. I finally gave up. Then when trying to call the location directly it was just a recording telling me to go online to make the appointment. Perhaps the website was having a problem yesterday because I somehow got through today and was able to make the appointment. Not sure that I did anything different. However, I think elderly patients would be very frustrated with the system as it is now. I would suggest they look into making their website more user friendly. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.

I had an 11:30 appointment and, knowing that these places are traditionally busy, I went in early and checked in shortly after 11. It was a mad house, standing room only, people audibly complaining about the staff, the wait and confronting the receptionist/Phlebotomist every chance they could. Come to find out a lot of people were walk ins, others had appointments that weren't for hours from the time they came in. The receptionists/phlebotomists were constantly trying to comfort people explain the situation all while trying to take care of their patients. Once the counter cleared I went up to say hello, passed my paper work along and expressed some much deserved sympathy for the way they were being treated. They took my back at 11.25 and since I was going to be there for the next 3 hours they were kind enough to put me in a room out of the fray. So please be nice to the people that work there and make an appointment. Quest could probably do to have some better staffing levels especially coming into season.

I was seated with technician for another 15 minutes while she worked on computer and another 5 minutes to set up . She then attempted three times to find a vein and draw blood. Not successful Then she put a cotton swab on the area and ordered me to hold it . Painful jabs on all three which I never experienced before . Referred me to another associate after 15 minutes who was unable to use the same arm Nor my other due to limited range of motion . Our only option was to draw blood from my hand , which i declined ,( too painful) I left a urine sample and asked them to send that to my medical provider , they declined and sent me a nasty phone message beginning with the words " We won"

First, I attempted to integrate my Access account with Cerbo and did not hear back from anyone despite reaching out to the gentleman who was my account manager. I finally found out how to reach my new account manager (I was never made aware of a change) and was told the integration was denied due to low volume. As a new practice, of course my volume is low. It is also incredibly difficult to speak with anyone at your lab. Now, as a very busy provider with a new practice, I also have to manually enter lab results because my volume isn't high enough.  The first specimen I sent also turned out to be a disaster. The RBCs had expanded significantly, causing crazy results and I was never notified by the lab. The patient was very upset and decided to have the redraw done at Quest and I don't blame her at all.  Today, I received my first invoice and it was wrong. I was quoted lower prices through my Worldlink affiliation and those prices were not reflected on my invoice.  This has been a terrible first impression, to say the least. I am currently searching for other options for my practice.
