Seems like a small job but since building is 50 years old, the new doors had to be cut down to size, fiddled with until closing just right and then painted. I cant say enough good things about this company in terms of excellence, friendliness and professionalism. I will never go anywhere else for home remodel jobs.

FIVE STAR rating to Jeff, Keith and the crew at Hawaii Home Remodel!…read more I contacted HHR at the end of December to receive an estimate. Instantly, I heard back from Keith to schedule a home visit. In the first week of January, Keith came by to do a look through. He was very kind and professional. Keith emailed my estimate within several days. Our bathroom remodel was scheduled to take 14 days, but it was completed within 9 days, which was good for our family considering we only have one bathroom. From initial contact throughout the project Jeff, HHR Supervisor, kept open communication with me every day. He kept me afloat on what they found, what needed to be done, what my options were. Jeff and his team were very detailed and the level of work they did was beyond superb. I'd like to send my all my aloha and much mahalo to Keith, Jeff and their Hawaii Home Remodel crew for their expertise and hard work over the past 9 days. You brought our outdated bathroom up to 2026. My COASTAL MODERN bathroom dreams have come true! P.S. so, when's our next project??!?! : ) HIGHLY RECOMMEND Liz Martin & Family

Our goal was to finish prior to the baby coming and they exceeded our expectations and finished early. What can normally be a very stressful time, our renovation was a positive experience with a lot less stress than I anticipated. Attention to detail and a sincere motivation to do things the right way is how I would describe Igor and Vitali from Top Level Construction. A lot of the time these days you will hire a contractor or someone to do work around your house and they will do the minimum to make it work and usually cut a lot of corners. Igor and Vitali truly care about the level of their work and building things to last so there won't be issues in the future. An example of Vitali and Igor going above and beyond is when we decided to put 'Ohi'a posts in at the kitchen Island and they had to cut the countertop and tile around the uneven surface. It took a bit longer but the final product looks amazing! They even joked that they could install irrigation to water the trees if we wanted.. Igor could be a team lead/foreman himself as he showed so much skill as the understudy to Vitali. Whenever a challenge arose (which always happens in construction) they would always have great budget-friendly solutions to move the project forward. As the PM, Oleh, helped sort through everything with us as well. If we have future work that needs to be done on our house we won't look anywhere else. I genuinely would like to thank the Top Level team for everything!

We picked out our shower materials at Home Depot, and he purchased everything for us and provided receipts so we always knew exactly what we were paying for. He even drove to the other side of the island to pick up a glass panel we found on Facebook Marketplace to complete our shower! After meeting with a few other contractors which provided quotes way above our budget, we finally met with Alex, which was through a recommendation. We couldn't be any happier with the opportunity to have worked with Versatile Construction. From the very beginning, while we had an idea of what we wanted, Alex helped us come to a good design/size requirement, providing suggestions and options along the way. Alex worked with his architect to complete multiple iterations of the drawings (making sure we were happy with what would be built), and also obtained the necessary permits for us. We were also able to use our own mason just for the concrete/foundation portion and there was absolutely no complications with bringing in this third party into the mix; Alex worked very well with him, making sure they were both on the same page and that all was in order for the build. As for the build, we are really satisfied with the results of the entire project, and especially with the way Alex coordinates/communicates and how he works along side his team. He was very upfront with scheduling himself and his team along with the other projects they were managing, but they were always there when they scheduled themselves to work on our house. We are pleased with the quality of work that was done. We feel very fortunate to have found a contractor that we can trust, with a team that takes pride in the what they do. We will definitely be calling these guys again for any project the future and would highly recommend Versatile Construction.
