They gave me all the info about their full package installation rates and the pros and cons to paying a bit more for their team to install vs go and find my own installer. Approachable! Saul is really personable and down to earth, and he hires really good people. The guy that came to do our floors came in time, was SUPER quick, and did a clean install of my carpet and laminate. Also, the price was affordable AND the materials we bought were high quality. Saul spent a lot of time with me and worked with me on what I wanted and what he could do. Be prepared to spend a few hours in the consulting process because it's just him that handles the sales and administration duties all by himself so you may have to wait a little. He also does not take credit cards so be prepared with your checkbook.
