Recommend this place for any carpet needs, very friendly and professional people who assisted and answer all of my questions!

I found them through FB. I loved what they had to offer. Reasonable prices for new carpet pieces. Works best for my needs. Great customer service! Will definitely visit again!! read more

The owner was nice to deal with. We are realtors and He got our project done fast and at a fair price. They scuffed up the freshly painted baseboards.....but came back to touch up before we hit the market. read more

The quality and service here is top notch! I came with two products in mind, saw the samples, decided on one, and was on my way in no time - everything was very transparent and straightforward! Staff here even helped load the materials into my contractor's van. One downside is I asked for a quote to redo the carpet on my stairs and just never heard back. I'd still come here again for the quality materials and really nice people though! read more

Im giving 5 starts for the honesty!! The staff member was direct and didn't try to get over he let me know that yes I could special order but the delivery time could not be guaranteed do to recent trade changes with china.. he also provided insight into the different flooring brands. He also let me know the pros and cons of each flooring option . I appreciate the excellent customer services He even looked at my paint options and provided insight into which floors would go with my paint read more

Was a prospective customer, got a wonderful quote over the phone. Then I went in person. The carpet samples were difficult to access, and seemed chintzy. The salesman kept trying to upsell me in a condescending tone even when I asked him to please just let me see their inventory. He wouldn't leave me be, very controlling. After a few minutes I simply thanked him and left. read more

We have had carpet installation from Quality Floor Covering before. They listen to what you want and provide different options. The showroom has tons of samples of colors, textures, lower-end through high-end, depending on your needs. The toughest part is choosing from all the samples. Staff is friendly and installers are punctual. We moved our furniture out of the way and they did their work. Highly recommend! read more

excellent quality, nice, efficient, easy to work with, good price, excellent installation, all around A-plus

We had carpet placed in two bedrooms by Quality Floor Covering and they did a great job with the install. We are really happy with the results! Highly recommend for great communication, service, and professionalism. read more

Shoutout to Diego - who helped me find the right material for my needs - was in the market for Luxury Vinyl and found the exact flooring I wanted. Super consultative and honest in the entire transaction. Because of Diego the entire experience couldn't be any better. Their pricing is very competitive too! Highly recommend them to anyone has demanding flooring needs! read more

Diego and his crews delivered great service. We didn't plan ahead and they are the only shop that could squeeze us in with a short notice and he gave us a good price. Our contractor was late on his project and Diego accommodated his schedule, even send his crew out 3 times to finish the installation. The quality of the installation is top notch and he gave us a one year warranty. Couldn't have asked more. We checked Floor4Less next door, the guy didn't have much carpet selection and late to appointments. Big difference from Diego's team. Arrived right on the dot. Highly recommend. read more

It was important to me to find a place that would handle the whole project and not just refer me to an installer after purchasing flooring....like the big box stores. I am so glad that I do. The experience I had was great. While there were product issues from the manufacturer, Diego dealt with all that instead of me! I appreciate his communication and commitment to my 100% satisfaction. I love my floors and the options that Diego came up and get commpliments all the time! read more

I just had an amazing experience at Quality Flooring. I went in needing a small 10x8 remnant for our RV. Maricio went above and beyond I was treated as if I was carpeting my whole house, not just in need of a $20 remnant. I highly recommend them and will definitely keep them in mind for all my flooring needs! read more

We use them for all of our vacant units when we need new carpet. They do really good work

Mauricio was so helpful and extremely patient. He was very knowledgeable and advised us on the different carpets and sizing. Everything came out perfect and we are so thankful for the carpet he recommended. Great quality carpets. Definitely recommend! read more

Due to amount of good Yelp reviews, I decided to go with QFC to replace the flooring of pretty much the entire house, and was not disappointed. After Diego dropped by to give me an estimate, they were able to start work the next day and were finished in two days. As with most large jobs, there is bound to be a couple of problems here and there. Saul and Diego took care of the issues without any hassles. They are really customer-oriented and it showed in the way I was treated. I am very happy with their work and would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others. read more

My friend recommended this place and all my communication and discussions happened with Diago (Owners brother) who is awesome. He is helpful, clear, straight, and flexible. They are always available and have helped us find the right flooring based on our tastes and patiently answered all our queries. They Were very flexible with dates changes. We loved their pristine work and could finish in 3 days. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. They are reasonable, quick, helpful, and does an amazing job. read more

This place is awesome. I'm not surprised that all the reviews have been five stars so far. Saul and his brother work here (family business of three generations!), and Saul helped me find a remnant piece of carpet for the bedroom I'm moving into. Customer service is definitely one of the best. He explained the different pieces to me, asked me what I was looking for, and was patient with me when I was selecting the piece. I was not expecting to buy the carpet the day of but Saul made is so easy that I ended up going home with a 9 x 12' carpet that Saul helped me neatly fold, brace, and carry to my car. Price is unbeatable. I wish I had more friends needing carpet so I could being all the business here. Please go here. You will not be disappointed. read more

These guys helped me fit over 250 sq feet of brand new carpet (from large new scraps) into my tiny Prius and only charged me $40 total! They exceeded all expectations and were also very friendly. I will recommend to anyone with floor covering needs. read more

Im a renter and broke college student in the nearby area and had some pet damage happen to the carpets in my apartments. The owner, saul, was able to guide me and give me professional advice on all the industry tips and tricks for repairing the carpet (since I was trying to DIY this). When I arrived he went a step further and helped me cut major costs along the way by showing me different options besides the expensive showroom samples. Even when looking at other businesses and showrooms, the second time around he was just as friendly and happy to help. He absolutely saved my 7K security deposit. I wish more people knew about this place because it has some of the best customer service I have experienced in a while. Please help support the business in any way possible, as they have generously helped me and deserve the same. read more

The most unusual and impressive aspect of QFC is their uncompromising commitment to assuring that their customers are thrilled with their work. Things don't always get done perfectly the first time around - and sometimes there are differences in understanding or expectations... that's just the nature of renovations. Saul and Diego were committed to customer satisfaction and relentlessly worked to make sure my wife and I were VERY HAPPY with their work.. willing to undo or redo work that wasn't what we were expecting/hoping for. I'd definitely recommend and use QFC again! read more

Saul and the crew are definitely a property manager's best friend. They've done multiple flooring jobs for us and it always turns out great. Especially now, but as always, you need good looking flooring that helps a rental unit stand out. Having used numerous other flooring contractors in the east bay, I can attest to QFC's competitive pricing. I've used them for both laminate flooring as well as vinyl / linoleum. They're straight shooters and get right to work. Give them a call. read more

Outstanding service in all regards. Rapid, competitive quote - highly professional scheduling and communication - great price - and thorough, careful installation the day I needed the job done. I literally couldn't be happier with this work and this team - thank you Quality Floors! My newly carpeted rooms look great, just in time to impress the in-laws. read more

Repeat customer love this place and the owner is wonderful. When I bought my new house and was being pressured by Carpeteria to sign the contract to receive special pricing I went here in a bind years ago. The owner explained the differences in carpets and was priced a lot better. He just did my grandmas house in Oakland with vinyl tiles. Will be using him again read more

It's the gal with the van here to make sure that I give a well-deserved review for the fellas at Quality Floor Covering. Here are the three things that stand out for me: Patience! All the guys at the shop were very nice and patient with me and my quirks. They answered all my questions and did not make me feel like I was an idiot. Honest! They did not want to sell me anything I did not need. They helped me double check my numbers to be sure that I ordered enough material. They gave me all the info about their full package installation rates and the pros and cons to paying a bit more for their team to install vs go and find my own installer. Approachable! Because they were so patient, nice, honest and lighthearted, they made me feel comfortable to ask them questions. You need that when you are buying a high value investment that needs to be done right or it's all expensively wrong. This is very important. I will definitely be back for more and will refer them to all my friends. read more

Wonderful people and are an example of true kindness. We need more business owners like them in our community

Quality did a great job on my condo carpet replacement. Saul (owner) helped me choose an apartment grade carpet that was similar to my existing carpet. Within 48 hours he had his guy Jaime at my house who installed the 75 sq foot of carpet in 20 minutes! I plan to use Quality again for another apartment I own in Livermore. I would recommend Quality to anyone in the Bay Area looking for a reasonable priced carpet solution. read more

We were recommended this company by our real estate agent. My partner and I are in the process of selling our home and we needed our kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom floors done. Diego was great at explaining everything and gave us his opinion on what he believed would look best. He of course gave us the final word but we valued his opinion because we didn't know what we were doing (we went with his because he was absolutely right and our home looks great). He called us before the appointment to let us know they were on their way. They have a lot of options and their prices were very, very reasonable. Had we known about this company before, we would have fixed up our home before deciding to sell it so we actually got to enjoy how good it looks. 10/10 recommend them. read more

If i could give this place more than 5 stars i definitely would! Diego was super sweet! I told him i wanna needed a little carpet for my pet and he gave me a whole roll for free. He was extremely helpful and i wouldn't go anywhere else. Please do yourself a favor and go to Quality Floor Covering! read more

Saul is really personable and down to earth, and he hires really good people. The guy that came to do our floors came in time, was SUPER quick, and did a clean install of my carpet and laminate. Also, the price was affordable AND the materials we bought were high quality. Saul spent a lot of time with me and worked with me on what I wanted and what he could do. Be prepared to spend a few hours in the consulting process because it's just him that handles the sales and administration duties all by himself so you may have to wait a little. He also does not take credit cards so be prepared with your checkbook. All in all, I would hire him again because my floors look AMAZING and he was super professional and was available to talk to me personally throughout the entire process. read more

I had such a great experience with Quality Floor Covering! I first heard of the family owned business from a friend who highly recommended them. I was selling our family home and needed help figuring out what to do with the flooring. Saul immediately met up with me to take measurements and give me some ideas on the flooring. I loved the results so much that I called them to help me with my new home. They are friendly, fast, reliable and professional! I recommended them to my sister and she loved the results as well! This family business treats their customers as family making you want to keep coming back! read more

I want to start of by saying a rarely leave reviews on Yelp but I was so impressed by Quality Floor Covering I must leave them a well deserved review. They're very helpful, prompt with their response time and more importantly they performed pristine work but better yet the price was right. After, shopping around the Bay Area for new carpet I couldn't believe the deal I got with them for carpet and installation. I really needed new carpet and couldn't afford much with the current crisis we're in and Quality Floor Covering, worked with my budget and completed the task within the same week. No questions ask I will use them in the future and I 100% recommend them. read more
