I tend to be rather understanding of problems, so it has to be a pretty extreme situation for me to flat out say I will not go back to an establishment. Here's my list of issues: 1) Their credit card machine was down. Actually not a huge problem, except when you consider that the only notice of such was at the other end of the shop.. directly away from where I was ordering. Oh and yeah, I don't carry cash often. And rarer still is the day that I have my checkbook on me. Also worthy of consideration- I was not informed of this until AFTER she had served up one of the ice cream dishes I ordered for myself and my children. Thanks, lady, you just doubled my expenditure because now I have to go to the ATM machine and deal with their fees. 2) The one ice cream cone she managed to serve me had the top fall off of it. I had to ask for a bowl, it was not offered, no apology or even recognition beyond a dull stare. Maybe she's overworked, maybe she's had a horrid day. Empathetic, but really not my problem. 3) *After* I truck over to the ATM and go withdraw cash at my own expense (yes, I probably should have just walked, but I had my kids present and moral yadda yadda, no stealing, etc) I walk back over to find that she's moved on to the next customers. Cool, I get it, but I would have genuinely appreciated it if she had at least acknowledged my return with at least a glance my direction. My daughter who has her ice cream in a bowl, now would like a spoon for her ice cream. She asks, is ignored. I'm now livid, but wait there's more. 4) Aforementioned daughter is 8. When this lady gets done with her other customers, I say, "First of all, could my daughter get a spoon? You didn't give her one." Now this.. this is the part that compelled me post this up in the name of all that is good and holy. Her response: "Well she followed you." OF COURSE SHE DID. We came back. Would it have killed her to hand over a spoon between scoops of ice cream for this other order? The other order wasn't complicated, they were in no hurry. Such a simple little thing, such a simple gesture that would have smoothed over so much, but alas, it was not to be. So, tl;dr version- Avoid this place, because the best case scenario is that their customer service is spotty. Oh yeah.. and it'd be nice to have all of their prices I dunno.. listed on the menu or something.

They are a good drive away so I don't there often, but every time I do, I am pleasantly surpised. Today was no exception. We trepidatiously walked in expecting a long wait. We ordered a couple drinks and within 7 minutes, 2 perfect, grilled to order burgers were delivered to the table. Hot. With endless steak fries. About $16.00 each. I always order a side of their own honey mustard/poppy sauce to dip the fries in. As with everything, the menu prices had went up. But not too much, I was reasonable and the service on a busy night where they run out of many kinds of beer was unpredictably outstanding. And it was great to see the manager going from table to table checking on guests. I'll be back soon.

Not sure if it is a ploy to have you buy something or what. Service after that was amazing from Maryanne. The food description on the menu looked amazing and it look nice coming out but the flavors were a miss. The chicken potstickers were like anything I could thaw from Sam's Club. One side was browned and the other two soggy and cool. The Italian sausage and burrata flatbread tasted of nothing but pesto. We are pesto fans but not to overpower all the other possible flavors. The grilled Asian Prime Skirt steak was tough and short on flavor. There were more cold vegetables and cabbage than rice. The ginger rice was cool and not ginger like at all.
