So i saw an advertisement on instagram and connected with them through there. Their service was spectacular because they reply within minutes and such helpful people. I was lucky enough to get same day service and all i had to do was put out two 13gallon bags of laundry and they picked it up in ramona around 7:30pm and the person who was helping me kept me in the loop the whole time while i was still doing errands. The next day at 7:30pm they delivered my perfectly folded laundry in a big purple bag to keep and use for future laundry services. My towels were fluffy again, my cat hair was almost completely gone and it was easy to just put the clothes away. This service was so helpful, couldn't say better things and recommended it more.

He immediately took a defensive stance with me arguing I didn't have a missing shirt and it was most likely hanging in the back of my closet. He continued with a sarcastic smirk on his face that they weren't at fault and that there is no lost and found etc. I kindly asked him to stop arguing and all I wanted to do was fill out something so they can call me if they find it or if another customer accidentally received and returns it. He then continued his argument getting louder etc. There were other customers in the store and were in shock of his demeanor. To descalate the situation I advised him I was done and would no longer be a customer. I turned around to leave and he kept on how he wasn't at fault etc. All I wanted to do was fill out a missing item report. They obviously have no policy for missing items. So I sign up to try it out and they contact me the next morning to set up a collection time for Monday evening. A nice young man shows up with a bag, I fill it up and he takes it away. When my laundry is done the next day, they text me to arrange a delivery time. A nice young man shows up and delivers the same bag with clean laundry all folded up ready to be put away - simple as that. Socks were put together, stains removed, and all my clothes smell really nice. This is perfect for busy working adults such as myself or anyone who would rather be out living life than stuck doing laundry. The price is very reasonable, I'm sure it won't last long.
