After sending items back for correction multiple times, nothing changed. The same grime and damage remained. Total scam. Even worse, the owner, Jamie, himself was highly unprofessional -- he completely crossed a boundary and mistook my polite demeanor as an invitation to ask me out. I had to block him after he made me uncomfortable. The associate, Vicky wasn't much better -- making inappropriate comments about my body, which was both offensive and unnecessary. Though I could have had a field day ~ I had never commented on her appearance, but the lack of professionalism here is staggering. I've spent hundreds of dollars as one of their top-paying clients -- only to be met with arrogance and bitterness when I raised concerns. The owner suggested I "go somewhere else," clearly bitter about being rejected. I'm currently in the process of disputing charges with my bank, but realistically I should be filing in small claims court for the dresses and shirts they ruined beyond repair. So I sign up to try it out and they contact me the next morning to set up a collection time for Monday evening. A nice young man shows up with a bag, I fill it up and he takes it away. When my laundry is done the next day, they text me to arrange a delivery time. A nice young man shows up and delivers the same bag with clean laundry all folded up ready to be put away - simple as that. Socks were put together, stains removed, and all my clothes smell really nice. This is perfect for busy working adults such as myself or anyone who would rather be out living life than stuck doing laundry. The price is very reasonable, I'm sure it won't last long.
