I was lucky enough to get same day service and all i had to do was put out two 13gallon bags of laundry and they picked it up in ramona around 7:30pm and the person who was helping me kept me in the loop the whole time while i was still doing errands. The next day at 7:30pm they delivered my perfectly folded laundry in a big purple bag to keep and use for future laundry services. I brought several high-end garments to this drycleaner, and not only did they come back with new stains and actual rips, but the quality of service was shockingly poor. It was obvious the machines were filthy, and the cleaning was careless. Some pieces came back completely untouched -- still carrying the scent of my perfume. After sending items back for correction multiple times, nothing changed. The same grime and damage remained. Total scam. Even worse, the owner, Jamie, himself was highly unprofessional -- he completely crossed a boundary and mistook my polite demeanor as an invitation to ask me out. I had to block him after he made me uncomfortable. The associate, Vicky wasn't much better -- making inappropriate comments about my body, which was both offensive and unnecessary. Though I could have had a field day ~ I had never commented on her appearance, but the lack of professionalism here is staggering. I've spent hundreds of dollars as one of their top-paying clients -- only to be met with arrogance and bitterness when I raised concerns. The owner suggested I "go somewhere else," clearly bitter about being rejected. I'm currently in the process of disputing charges with my bank, but realistically I should be filing in small claims court for the dresses and shirts they ruined beyond repair. First time I came in, there were 3 people working, 2 of whom did see me but continued to clean, so I figured maybe it was someone else working the front. After an awkward few minutes, I finally called out for help and one of the women cleaning came to take the white linen suit I brought. When I went to pick it up a week later, it was Kay the owner who retrieved the suit for me. We both noticed remaining visible wine stains and black lint all over the suit (which was not there prior), which she marked and said it would definitely be cleaned again. I appreciated that proactiveness and to be fair, I didn't point out the stains when I initially dropped it off... although at other dry cleaners, usually the person receiving it will inspect it themselves to mark spots and will manage expectations that they may or may not be successful at removing them -- which is totally fair. I came back a week later, and one of the other workers (same one who originally took my suit at dropoff) took my ticket to immediately charge me before the suit was retrieved and inspected (like the owner had done and thus didn't charge me yet). The suit was brought out and the worst stain was slightly better but still there, and the black lint was still everywhere which is very noticeable on a white suit. I mentioned the stain was still there and if it had been lint rolled because there's still black strands everywhere -- and the woman basically shrugged dismissively saying it's been cleaned. Wine stains are hard to remove - I get it. But it was obviously not rolled for black lint that happened during cleaning, and furthermore it was made it clear she could not even be bothered to do so. So I sign up to try it out and they contact me the next morning to set up a collection time for Monday evening. A nice young man shows up with a bag, I fill it up and he takes it away. When my laundry is done the next day, they text me to arrange a delivery time. A nice young man shows up and delivers the same bag with clean laundry all folded up ready to be put away - simple as that. Socks were put together, stains removed, and all my clothes smell really nice. This is perfect for busy working adults such as myself or anyone who would rather be out living life than stuck doing laundry. The price is very reasonable, I'm sure it won't last long.
