They charged $40+ tip for pick up/ wash and return. Not a bad fee for the service. The service was good. Blanket was properly washed and dried. Only hiccup was my daughter lives in an apartment complex the person doing the pickup got lost. I understand how many apartment complexes can be confusing. The person picking up and delivering was super cranky which made it feel like she was doing us a favor for a task she was being paid to complete. Maybe she was having an off day. Would still recommend as service was completely to our satisfaction.

All machines accept debit card (insert, tap) and they also have a machine for change. It's located in a small shopping center next to Vons, where I purchased some detergent pods and dryer sheets. I had a small load to wash and needed it done fast. $4.50 for 1 small load, washed it in 16 min! Perfect timing with what I needed. I dried my clothes for $2 and it was done in 30 min. Wash, dry and fold in less than 1 hr, yes please! There's a shaded seating area outside and food spots to grab a bite if you're there longer. Very nice laundromat!

It required both of the high capacity washers on each visit. Oh my! She really likes this place too.

So i saw an advertisement on instagram and connected with them through there. Their service was spectacular because they reply within minutes and such helpful people. I was lucky enough to get same day service and all i had to do was put out two 13gallon bags of laundry and they picked it up in ramona around 7:30pm and the person who was helping me kept me in the loop the whole time while i was still doing errands. The next day at 7:30pm they delivered my perfectly folded laundry in a big purple bag to keep and use for future laundry services. My towels were fluffy again, my cat hair was almost completely gone and it was easy to just put the clothes away. This service was so helpful, couldn't say better things and recommended it more.

They have one vending machine with snacks, soda, water & laundry detergent. You will need powder detergent for these machines. They have washer machines that do 1,2,3,4 & 6 loads- costs vary, settings on machines vary. They do have a quick wash cycle. The dryers are quite large and can easily fit over 3 loads. There is no AC, too warm in the large room in my opinion. They have one bathroom- you have to pay a quarter to use it. They have a sink out but no soap which I found inconvenient after touching dirty money. Vons is next door in case you need to buy laundry detergent or dryer sheets.

I cannot believe that I found this place right near where I live! However, it is to be highly considered. I took a dinner jacket in to be pressed and let's just say I was IMpressed. The cost was reasonable and I had the jacket back in 2 days. The decor is fun and somewhat modern, if not homey. The service was friendly and it's the kind of place and people you would want to send your mother to. I dropped off a set of brand-new shirts for dry cleaning, and when I picked them up, one…read moreshirt--buried in the middle of the stack--had a tag saying "previously damaged." That was an outright lie. They created a 10-inch tear through the front and back of the shirt. Why would I bring in a "previously damaged" shirt for dry cleaning? They ruined it, tried to hide it, and then still charged me for the cleaning. On top of that, their laundry pricing is misleading. The website clearly says $3.99/lb, but when I went to pay, they tried to charge $5.99/lb. When I pointed out the online price, they literally asked me, "How much do you want to pay?" and then randomly settled on $4.99/lb. Dishonest, careless, and unprofessional. I will never return, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE BELOW: You must be referring to someone else. If you read the review, you will see that the shirt I brought in was clean and new. You damaged it, did not say anything and went ahead and charged me. Photo attached.

Since the change in ownership, the laundromat has frequently been unavailable to neighborhood…read morecustomers due to commercial laundry services, making it difficult to access a business that was once my go-to, especially for washing comforters and larger items. I also believe customer parking needs to be addressed. Customers should have priority access to parking near the laundromat so they can conveniently use the services. While I understand the need for your vans, business owners and employees should make arrangements to park elsewhere when possible rather than consistently occupying spaces intended for customers. I respect your efforts to keep the business operating, but balancing commercial accounts with the needs of neighborhood residents is equally important. I hope you'll consider these concerns and find a solution that allows the community to continue supporting your business while ensuring customers have reasonable access, convenient hours, and available parking. You are the business owner and parking on site should be for customers only. Not only do your vans take up space for laundry service but also for the other businesses around.
