I especially appreciated the convenience of being able to use my credit card directly for the washers and dryers, no need to worry about carrying a bunch of quarters! And I also saw that you can use your phone and download an app. The only thing I found a little inconvenient was that the detergent machines still require coins, so it would be great if those could eventually be upgraded to accept cards as well. There are two benches inside and one bench outside for waiting, and I also noticed the restaurant next door has a couple of nice benches that were available to sit on since the restaurant was closed when I visited. The vending machine selection is small, with just a few snack options like potato chips and other simple snacks. When I visited, there wasn't anyone physically working there, but there is a phone number available for texting, and the response I received was wonderful and very helpful. Another customer mentioned that the liquor store just a couple of minutes down the street is willing to provide quarters. There is also a machine on-site that dispenses quarters and another machine that can break $20/10/5/1 bills. Overall, I really liked this laundromat. It was clean, convenient, and easy to use. The ability to pay by card for the washers and dryers was a huge plus, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a reliable place to do laundry in the area.

I was lucky enough to get same day service and all i had to do was put out two 13gallon bags of laundry and they picked it up in ramona around 7:30pm and the person who was helping me kept me in the loop the whole time while i was still doing errands. The next day at 7:30pm they delivered my perfectly folded laundry in a big purple bag to keep and use for future laundry services. My towels were fluffy again, my cat hair was almost completely gone and it was easy to just put the clothes away. This service was so helpful, couldn't say better things and recommended it more.

If I already paid for a washer and it breaks I deserve credit for it without a big complaining speech, right? Also I'm a regular customer that goes there twice a week and I still can't use the bathroom? It's under the worker's discretion is what I was told. When I asked the lady to let me use the bathroom after her big speech about giving me credit to use another washer she DENIED ME of using the bathroom. That was mean and she didn't use what her boss told her to do. UNDER YOUR DISCRETION. You have bad employees that scared away your customers and then talk to you with the sweet humbling voice for you to believe her. You fall for that because I don't. She did that under retaliation for letting me use another machine. It's not the customers fault your machines break. When people show up instead of your workers sitting on their phones waiting on their clothes to be washed they should be inspecting every customer that comes in to make sure they check how much they are putting in the washers. Don't blame people that do the right thing for your machines breaking. Buy new ones and hire better thinking people!

I was able to get everything done in just three loads thanks to their oversized washers, which was a game changer. Ana, one of the staff members, was incredibly kind and helpful. She walked me through loading a laundry card and even let me know that if you add $50, you get a $5 credit - such a nice little bonus. She also helped me choose the right washer sizes for everything I brought in, which made the whole process super efficient. There's plenty of seating, it felt safe overall (it is PB, so you'll see some foot traffic outside), and parking was easy. Also - the pink decor is really cute and makes the space feel more fun than your average laundromat. Only things I'd love to see added: a few outlets for anyone who wants to work while waiting, and a bathroom (not sure if I just missed it). Overall, such a great experience and I'll definitely be back.
