That was pretty much the only thing I asked them to do and they didn't do it. I sent them a message about it with pictures and when the lady called me she said the technician told her that I had never mentioned makeup stains to him. Are you kidding?!?! It was literally the only thing I pointed out to him. They charged me $250 for a living room, small computer room, hallway and ONE bedroom! I ended up going at the stains myself with makeup remover. I let them know I was unhappy, especially considering the insane amount of money they charged me. They offered to come back and try again but at this point I've taken care of it myself. I have kids homeschooling and animals. It's not easy for me to make my home accessible for people to keep coming in and out.
