My home warranty company sent my work order for a leaking faucet to Leasing & Maintenance…read moreSensation. The only good thing I can say about them is they were able to come out sooner than the original scheduled appointment. The technician they sent out had to go to Home Depot to get a valve for the faucet and took almost two hours to return. After fixing the leaking faucet, I noticed a leak from my water heater (keep in mind-- my water shutoff valve is located above the water heater). I immediately contacted them about the problem and they had the technician to return the next day. He tried to fix the leak and told me that it was the valve. He ultimately caused more damage trying to "fix" the problem. As I had recently replaced my water heater and hadn't had any issues with it prior to his service, they went from saying he was nowhere near my water heater to advising me to reach out to the warranty company to put in another ticket for them to repair. I refused to pay another service fee for a problem I had not caused so I declined. I reached out to Leasing & Maintenance once again to resolve the issue prior to exploring litigation options-- I was told by Joyce that they are a platform for contractors and I would have to deal with the technician personally. I contacted the technician for his company's information (name/address) and he immediately became aggressive. I again tried to reach the manager at Leasing & Maintenance Sensation-- they had blocked my number. Thankfully I was on the phone with the warranty company when the technician called me back so they were able to witness his behavior for a second time. My only advice is to save yourself the headache!!! They will avoid accepting responsibility if something happens and they are very unprofessional.. The reviews speak for themselves.. **They only get one star because I have to choose it in order to leave a review
