I let him know I had just spoken to a competitor a few months ago and they didn't want to fix anything but replace the whole system over just a clogged drain pipe. Luckily this morning when I made the call, I made the right call to Direct A/C & Heating and no one else. Price was very reasonable, he was very professional in explaining everything and is now listed in my phone as Johnny the AC guy. If you need service, Direct A/C & Heating is the team to go to.

My friend refused buyer's plumber offer (and the pending buyer walked away.) The City inspected line from street to house ~ no problems! My friend always has low water bills, meter shows no activity when water not running, and she checked daily usage and no changes at all. Integrity reinspected and found absolutely no leak. Integrity suggested perhaps someone flushed a toilet before the earlier test was run and that may have given a false test. But we suspect SCAM by earlier inspection...with that plumber clearly knowing my friend's house sale was at stake. RRobert Aguilar Jr. lied about obtaining proper permits and also about the scope of work he…read morecompleted as part of a plumbing job under my house. I busted him and his office manager for lying about obtaining proper city permitting (his office manager Laura had the gall to come up with a fake story about a fire at the Plano court house) and doing my job without any permit at all. And the job he DID do was an insufficient Band-Aid fix that addressed the problems temporarily, while charging my insurance company for a full repipe which was a ton of money that he stole. I sent a 3rd party plumber to inspect his work after the winter freeze to ensure that the new piping that I was tricked and deceived into believing he installed due to his scam and fabrication was left exposed for SIX MONTHS. It was at that point we learned that despite telling me the pipes were replaced, he hadn't touched a single pipe. He hadn't done any work at all but took all the insurance money. When I told him what we discovered after leaving my job incomplete and a hazard risk to the residents, he sent people out to do it and the did it completely wrong, with improper, substandard materials and couldn't pass city inspections. I have a ton of documentation and proof of this including a report with two inspections from the independent 3rd party plumber and witness who work at the City inspection office. Do not hire Robert Aguilar Jr., Serenity's the Art of Plumbing or Serenity's Plumbing out of Mesquite or Dallas, Texas. He will defraud you, lie to your face and scam your insurance company. His license (License # 42207) was delinquent because the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners knew about his felonious malpractice, so if you hire him, please be advised that he could be working with an expired and delinquent license and improper / insufficient permitting. He is dishonest, has zero integrity and is not worth the stress of working with. There are far better plumbers out there. I highly recommend Onesource Plumbing. They had to redo all of the work I hired Serenity's for. They are honest, diligent and amazing to work with. Call them and save yourself a tremendous amount of time and energy.

I hired this company to fix a small break in the cast iron pipe under my rental after a hydrostatic…read moretest revealed the issue. The price seemed fair, but what I didn't realize is that I'd also be paying in stress, delays, and outright neglect. Communication was almost nonexistent. Jacob rarely answered his phone, and when he did, I got the same rehearsed line every time: "We just need to do this and that--we'll get it wrapped up this week." That "week" turned into over a month of chasing them down with calls and emails that were mostly ignored. When they finally completed the work, they left the crawl space a disaster--burying my cleanouts and leaving the access hole open. After more prodding, they came out to address those issues, and I thought we were finally done. I was wrong. They had also left all the cast iron they replaced under the house, along with filthy plastic sheeting that had been soaking in stagnant water. The result? A disgusting smell now coming up from the crawl space. I contacted Jacob again, and--true to form--he brushed me off with vague excuses before disappearing for good. I even gave him a chance to respond and take responsibility, and he didn't have the backbone to reply. This is not a professional plumbing company. They're unreliable, careless, and dishonest. If you have a serious job that requires any degree of follow-through or integrity--look elsewhere.
