Bought a 2002 ford explorer in 2009. It still runs great these guys helped me out when I had bad credit. For some reason yelp thinks my review shouldnt be recommended not sure why. I bought the explorer in 2009 and it still runs great. Ive had some issues come up from normal wear and tear (ball bearings replaced a few old hoses etc) but overall this vehicle has run great. Most of the issues I have had have all been factory defects common with my vehicle. Like I stated before i had terrible credit, yet got financed on a high interest rate and built my credit back up. People always take a car to a mechanic to get it checked out before buying. This is common sense. I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Sonata in November of 2014. I have had the car less than 2 months and the following things have occured: The radio in the vehicle does not work and they have given me the run around about replacing it. Last week the rear brake pads completely went out after only having driven a few thousand miles and this week the Ignition Switch is bad and has cost me $ 335.00. The extended warranty covers nothing and I figured that due to the car being less than a few months in my possession that they would want to help and save face from all of these problems I have had. NOPE. NOTHING. Too bad. Not their fault. Now with their responsibility not being to replace everything that goes wrong in a vehicle, I can understand - but given that the vehicle has only been mine for 60 days, you think that they might just maybe want to save a little public condemnation and public relations issues by at least offering to pay for half of the repair. NOPE NOTHING. Not their problem. So with that said, I have no choice but to tell the truth in my dealings with them. They told me to say that I put 3,000.00 down when I only truly put 1,500 down so that they could skate through the acceptance. They are almost never available for issues and when they are it's rushed and inconsiderate. And given the above list of issues, I would strongly recommend to anyone that when they see the sign for Quality Car Connection that they not walk but run in the opposite direction as fast as possible. Unshockingly since this is a car dealer they are amongst the crooked, they rip you off in any way possible from over charging for plates to lies about the price, milage and condition of vehicles, I've never seen a place lie like them three different prices for the same car even lied and said its a one owner they'll even turn off service engine lights just to sell a car and no they do not stand behind they're products. Please don't believe a word out their mouths and if possible shop else where and save yourself a headache. read more

Quality Car Connection is more like Quality Crap Connection. They will sell anyone a car but don't plan on it running very long. I purchased a car from them in Feb. and the next day driving to work my Service soon light came on. I was told when purchasing the car that they had a mechanic look and test drive it and everything was working great. LIE! Come to find out it was my transmission. You had to drive the car about 30-45 min in order for the transmission to begin acting up. I went back my next day off which was a week from when I purchased the car (since I do work 40+ hrs a week) with my boyfriends uncle to talk to them about it. When I arrived there Josh was very rude. When I began to tell him what I was there for he kept telling me that it wasn't his problem and how could I even be sure it was the transmission that I probably didn't even know what I was talking about. He offered to commit fraud by giving me a warranty and back dating it to the purchase date but I could not file a claim for about a month. So I took the car over to his buddies at Goverts so they could check it out and sure enough it was the solenoid in my transmission which would cost $779 to replace. They called Josh and his response to them was tell her, it's her car not mine. So they told me and I went back to see Josh just as we agreed. When I arrived there he acted as if he never heard from them. When I told him what they said his response to me "I'm telling you now I will not eat $779". We went back and forth and he looked at my boyfriends uncle and said "Will you give her money to fix her car"!!!! How dare he do that. If I were to ask him that's one thing but he has NOOO business asking anyone to give me money, that is disrespectful! He also called my boyfriend while he was at work to ask him if he would give me money to fix my car. He talked to everyone but me (owner of the car) about making arrangements to get it fixed. Finally after talking it over with my boyfriend and his uncle they each agreed to pay $200 to fix it. I offered to give the car back cause I no longer wanted anything to do with them and Josh's response "I'm offended that you would say such a thing." and my response was "I'm offended that you took advantage of me." When my boyfriend went to get a copy of the payment agreement to get my car fixed Josh was very rude to him as well. I was never contacted by Josh at all either to notify me of the agreement. He did inform me though that he would figure out an agreement for a warranty through an outside company to contact him in a few days. I called on multiple occasions and even went there to sign the agreement and he was always "busy" and would call me back. Finally after trying for weeks to contact him, I was able to get ahold of him in which he wasn't very pleasant still. He asked for an hour notice before coming to sign the papers. I had my boyfriend call 3 hrs in advance of me coming there. When I arrived he was rude and said he was not informed that I was coming. After speaking to one of his office staff to verify I had called he was not so pleasant about having to do the paper work. He was rude from the time I walked in until the time I left. Since then I've gone to get an oil change and found they broke the plug when changing the oil and put a rubber piece in replace so now I need a new $200 oil pan. Not sure which mechanic they had look and test drive there cars but I think they need a better one (or just quit taking advantage of people). I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people. They will take a penny from a homeless man without thinking twice. They are mean! read more

Do not buy a car from this place!!! We bought a vehicle there in march. Just a car for my hubby to drive back and forth to work. We bought a 01 Honda civic. We got raped on the price, but we had looked several places and this car had the lowest miles and we were told that Hondas will last and run forever. Well now 5 months later and less to 2000 miles put on it...the transmission has gone out on it. It's costing us $2000 to fix it. So we paid $9,500 for it and now putting another $2,000 into it. At this point we could have bought a brand new one. The guys there are really nice when you are their looking and wanting to purchase and then they can be real rude when you call for something. My husband has already had to take it to Honda to have a seatbelt sensor fixed which was an issue when we bought it and they gave a hard time about taking care if that. So if you want to purchase a car, DO NOT go to Quality Car Connection!!!! if you do...you will have to deal with major and very expensive issues down the road. They will bad talk any other used call dealership, but really they are the worst! read more
