But the croissant... that was a moment. Round, flaky, crispy on the outside and on the Inside Chocolate custard heaven. Then more chocolate on top. And those little crispy pearls. It's a lot, in the best way. Every bite was crunchy, soft, rich, and messy in a good way. Straight-up chocolate overload. I can't believe this place has been here all this time and I barely noticed.
