I had 3 bubbles in one of my tires that was going to pop. I contacted Acura support and they send this company. They took about 45min to arrive. ( Its NY) The driver was very nice and took care of the car just fine. I rode in the front seat with him to the service area. First impression was a good one, I would call them again. read more

My car was towed from parking spot by rotation tow and impounded at this location. For rotation tow to impound , the tow should only cost 125$ by law but they charged me 350$ plus other illegal fees to retrieve my vehicle. I already contacted the DCWP to have them refund my money. read more

Be aware of this place and probably multiple precincts (in my case, it's the 9th precinct.) The 9th precinct towed my vehicle, then sent it to this place after saying that it'd be in storage and it'd be free to get when I receive my paperwork. Now it's in this chop shop. They said my vehicle was there for 2 months, and they tried to charge me $2600! They weren't even sure if my vehicle was there, and I said "what would you do with it if I don't pay for it) and they said they'd send it to eric basin, which is what the NYPD is originally supposed to do. So this place, and probably many precincts are in on some scam of taking peoples vehicles, and I'm going to report this to every agency there possibly is. I'm not going to give them one penny, but what I will do is expose them, everywhere I possibly can. read more

unprofessional was told one thing and they did the totally opposite communication problems

A refreshing start to the AM RUSH HOUR. Quality Automotive Services Inc. greatly assisted me in towing my vehicle to their headquarters in queens. Larry, who works for this company, was very hospitable and brought me directly to the office to meet the owner in which they serviced my vehicle promptly. There are many mechanics at Quality Automotive, and it was all hands on deck. Great customer service. read more

The service is very lousy , the customer service is even worse .. when the truck finally got to me it was I who drive my vehicle onto the truck as if I was doing the drivers job for him smh .. id rather push my vehicle or walk for 5 miles than call them again . The only thing im grateful for is my vehicle arrived at the destination in one piece aside from that Quality automotive service is no good read more

The worst tow service I have ever experienced. It's difficult to recall a worse customer service experience in my entire life. The first time I scheduled a pickup, they called at the supposed time of delivery that they would be 2 hours late. After canceling the service, they came the following day 45 minutes and did not advise anybody. If you choose to use them, may god have mercy on your soul. read more

I would give 0 Stars if I could. The unfeeling callus lady on the phone misinterpreted where I was and the driver lied about where I said I was I did not see any tow trucks pass by and I was waiting and waiting and was left stranded when I called back and asked why they had canceled the request I basically just got yelled at during a very rough time thanks. I would avoid this place like the plague and if you get them good luck read more

Bad service. Got yelled at and lied to when I needed a tow. I was very displeased with the customer service. I called for roadside service and the lady yelled at me. They never showed up and lied. This is the second time allstate went through this company and both times they canceled on me when I had appointments. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Take my advice and DO NOT use this place for any roadside assistance! I tow cars for a living and needed a tow and was told 90 mins and 90 mins later I was told another 90 mins. WORST SERVICE EVER. No scratch that. No service. They never came. We were broken down in Manhattan, and called AAA. They found these guys and they said they'd be there an hour and a half. In an hour and a half, they called AAA saying that they completed the job. Then they called us and said they were just leaving Queens. Said it would be 40 minutes. We called an hour later. Said 20 minutes. Call again, said they were "on the bridge" and it would be 20 minutes. AAA calls them, and they hang up on them. AAA cancels the call and sends us another tow truck. They lie repeatedly so I wouldn't count on them for anything. Stay away! read more

The worst company you can ever let touch your car. Not only are they unprofessional but they lack basic communication skills. It's like dealing with a bunch of class rejects looking for revenge on the cool kids on the block. Rosemary is a miserable old bitter Bitch who need to learn wtf manners are. Anthony and Larry you should really look into hiring new staff they're etiquette sucks MAJORLY bad for business!! My car broke down it was true worst the Driver Kyle came to help me and my little one. He helped the place I was going was closed

It seems everyone is having the same complaints here. Be careful if you request their service. My company roadside assistance recommended us to this towing company and it was the worse mistake ever. I was given an ETA of 7:38pm from when i requested service at 5:45pm. I was told I would receive a "courtesy call" when the driver is on route to me but never got a call so I got anxious and called back to check in on the status. The lady on the phone sounded like she was too busy to be bothered and put me on hold for 20minutes. I called the company that requested the tow for me to check on the eta and they were somehow able to get a hold of a support staff who told them 10-15minutes after 7:38. So I waited until 8:15pm and surely no tow truck came by. It just so happens that the tow truck driver called me to ask me for my address again for the 3rd time. He said he just finished his other job and is just starting to be on his way and will take 30 minutes so I have to wait again until 9pm. I was given all the wrong information and they sadly couldnt even take down my address. They choose to lie to you instead. The driver was courteous though, this was not the driver's fault but the company is wack. read more

You should get NO STARS!!! I called my tire warranty co. and they put the call out to this disaster of a company. When I called the office to tell them I had to change my drop off address because I had to wait 90 min for them, I was put on hold 3 times and then the girl told me she had to go to the bathroom and would call me back and hung up the phone on me. Then i called back and the next person said "Well it's a big job to change the drop off." I told her to cancel the tow and that i would call AAA. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! read more

THE WORST. Would give a zero if I could. They were assigned to us through Ford Roadside. They called, said they would come in 90 minutes. Fine. They called an hour into that 90 minute window and said they were on their way. Waited and waited. Never came. Kept calling, they kept saying, he is on his way. Now it was 2 hours. They said he will be there within 30 minutes. Every excuse in the book- short staffed, the driver had a problem, every time I called I got a different excuse, and a "he is on his way". I asked to speak to the manager, he wouldn't get on the phone. After having to call literally every 8-10 minutes he finally got on the phone. Still excuse after excuse. WE WERE STRANDED FOR 4.5 HOURS. AND THEY NEVER CAME. We ended up with a different company. Awful. Who treats people like this? read more

This place is a joke. Possibly the rudest customer service experience I've ever had, not even counting them showing up over an hour late. Hanging up on both your customer and the service department of the dealership who arranged the tow is maybe not the best way to run things. Fun waste of a frigid morning though. 1 star is generous. read more

Absolute worst customer service. I needed my Vespa towed from Greenpoint to Vespa Brooklyn and Progressive hired these dummies to do it. They gave me an eta of 90 minutes and ten minutes after that ended, they called me and said it was going to be another thirty minutes because one of their trucks was in the shop and the other one was on it's way back from the Bronx, Vespa Broolyn closes at 6:30 so I was pretty boned and when I told the lady on the phone that, she goes, "let me see what I can do and I'll call you right back." Twenty minutes later Progressive calls and says that this company called them and cancelled the service that I've already been waiting on for over two hours. Honestly, you have *one* job. You literally just have to understand traffic patterns and you don't even have to be that great at it because Google will do 95% of that work for you. If you don't understand how traffic works, you probably just shouldn't work there. This entire company can go straight to hell. read more

If I could give then zero starts it would be too many. I have cadillac roadside assisitance. The 1st time they were dispatched I was told the would be an hour and a half. I got a phone call 5 min before they were suppose to be here and told be the truck broke down. That had a domino affect. That meant I couldn't get my car to the dealer in time before they closed. So now I had to make plans for the next day. Dumb me caked roadside again this morning g at 7am. To my bad luck, they called Lack of Quality Automotive and the were to arrive an hour later. Guess what?? Yep .. this time, there was a police call. This place is bs. Don't use or trust them. Thank me later. They need to go out of business. read more

As I'm writing this review, I'm still waiting for the tow truck to appear. Requested a tow thru Allstate Roadside at 7:30am and unfortunately these guys were dispatched. The ETA was supposed to be 9:30am and it's not 11:30am and they still haven't showed up. Called the office and they said they "extended the ETA"...how do you extend an ETA and not inform anyone? Idiots. What's worse is that I arranged with my mechanic to have the car by him early so he can work on it and I'll have my car to use over the weekend, so much for that. read more

My roadside assistance dispatched this company and they never showed up. 4.5 hours later i called my insurance company to inquire about the long wait and Quality automotive had canceled their end of the agreement but failed to let myself or the roadside assistance company know. This service is horrible and if I could give 0 stars I would. They estimated to come at 9:39-9:54am then they called at 9:55am to tell me they would need 40 MORE MINS. Save your time and call another tow company. read more

The company was dispatched to come and tow my car by Toyota and they came on time

I truly wish they could get less of a rating, but that option is not available. I got stuck on the highway with 2 flat tires. The person at the call center gave an eta, after waiting an additional half hour I called to check the status I was told that the tow truck was stuck in traffic a few exits away and it would be an additional 30-45 minutes. I advised that I could see the traffic but I waited and then called back within 45 minutes. I was again told that the driver was 10 minutes away. I was truly stranded by this company. What makes this worse is that they had the never to call me back after 3 hours after their ETA to see if I "still needed a tow truck". What company does that? Especially when they had me waiting from 4pm and calls me back at 8:30pm to see if I still needed help. They have HORRIBLE service! Pray that you NEVER get this company. read more

Had a motorcycle tow today. I was assigned Quality Auto Towing by my roadside assist company who paid them directly 100%. My Roadside assist is thru American Motorcycle Association. The driver showed up, more or less, within the time range I was given. Driver as super polite and took great care to make sure my bike was protected while strapped down. The driver even asked for my approval and input as to how he intended to and how I wanted to strap down the bike. Additionally, the driver actually drove quite slowly ( never exceeded 25mph) to the dealer that was 10 miles away to make sure that the motorcycle was Not jarred or rocking on the flatbed while going over potholes and speed bumps. Very satisfied. ZERO issues, & my bike arrived in perfect condition, I followed the driver the entire 10 miles to the Harley dealer. I would use them again for a motorcycle tow. read more

This company is the worst ever.. My insurance company dispatched this company to come tow my car,. It took 2 hrs for them to come then when they arrive they flat bed it. HORRIBLE. I have roadside Acura assistance, they called and connected me with this tow company. An hour later they call me back and the tow driver says he refuses to come it's too far he's cancelling. Fine. I say that's fine I'll call back Acura and have them find a different company. I then get a call back from the dispatcher for the tow truck company, some young girl has the audacity to yell at me, give me an attitude tell me I was rude to her driver. She will not let me speak, talking over me, yelling at me.. is THIS really your way of handling customer service?!
